Ordered food waited 2 hours so rang up and they said food here just waiting on driver food never came and never got a refund

Waited almost 2hrs - they kept upping the temperature me. Then they claimed it was delivered all £68 of it- nothing arrived

had to wait 3hrs for a delivery of one meal

Food arrived cold. I'd already specified for it to be hot or even warm. Freezing cold can of drink next to my food. Greasy and not edible. The whole lot went into my recycling bin. I didn't ring and complain the reason being if my food was sent out in that state then it says more about the staff. I will definitely not be ordering anything. it's food standard is way below Zero. lesson learned the hard way.

I visited this KFC for the first time and was disappointed by the cleanliness. Most of the tables were cluttered with leftover food and trays, which almost made me leave. I ended up clearing a small table myself, and even with an antibacterial surface wipe, the dried ketchup was difficult to remove, raising concerns about the restaurant’s hygiene standards. When a staff member finally came to clear the tables, his cleaning routine was far from thorough. He swept the floor before removing the trays, which seemed like poor prioritization. Then, when wiping the tables, he simply brushed leftover food crumbs onto the floor. The chicken burger was average, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the coffee—it was unexpectedly good for a fast food chain. If customers were more considerate about disposing of their packaging in the bin before leaving, and the staff improved their cleaning routine, this place could be worth visiting more often.

freezing when arrived and as we tracked the driver was the other side of town. he had to do 3 delivery's before coming to my address. the driver told me this. this is not the first time we had problems. ordered a McDonald's and got no food just 2 mc flurries and a drink. this day and age you can get the bare essentials RIGHT

Food took 2 hours to come, when arrived everythingbwas cold and soggy from laying about for so long. I assume it was made when ordered but the delivery driver was late. 100% unsatisfied and don't feel too happy about paying for food and service of such a low quality

Delivery is good. but the food is too salty. I eat regularly in KFC, but this time highly disappointed. fries are burnt. not edible to eat. four fries are waste. ate only few stripes. rest all I thrower because it's too oily and not cooked.

The worst service they have, I no longer want to eat with them. The problem is not with the food, but with the racist service, and it is very bad that you feel that they are giving you food of their own inspiration.

my account state's that I'm disabled and need my food delivered to my apartment door. your delivery man left it at the tree outside the door and refused not to diliver it to my apartment even though that's what I paid for. delivery means to your door, out of order.

Stupid fries, not even homeless people eat them. Speaking of homeless people, KFC just let homeless people beg us for food in the store. I think this is terrible. The store staff can choose to give the homeless food or kick him out. , except that homeless people should not be allowed to harass guests.
