Though the food was not too bad, the environment was not well kept. There were dirty and unkept tables.

Not only is there crap everywhere, which proves the service and culture of the British, but also the food is a disaster. The chicken must have been there for quite a long time because it was smelly and inedible. An advantage is the ability to choose several languages

I didn't even get the food for over 2 hours. Had call restaurant and then just customer service to cancel my order and they marked it as delivered .Very un satisfactory and my last order was the same very late

The one thing I asked for wasn’t in the order I specifically ordered corn and no corn was here I was sent gravy which I did not want delivery driver also drove around for 5 minutes when he arrived instead of coming and giving me my food he left and drove around for 5 minutes and my foods now cold when I finally have got it and it’s not even the correct order I’m so unhappy

Never recieved order. I ordered the same order on my partners account it never arrived so ordered again on my account. Both orders said delivered and we got neither. I work at the hotel where it was supposedly delivered to and checked cctv. No order.

recieved a call to say the order I placed couldn't be fulfilled due to not having enough and I have to say the lovely guy who rang more than made up for that that's what you call great customer service and I greatly appreciated it, the food came lovely and warm and not only that but the person who i dealt with did make up for the shortage plus added a tin of Pepsi thank you so much 😊

Food arrived cold. I'd already specified for it to be hot or even warm. Freezing cold can of drink next to my food. Greasy and not edible. The whole lot went into my recycling bin. I didn't ring and complain the reason being if my food was sent out in that state then it says more about the staff. I will definitely not be ordering anything. it's food standard is way below Zero. lesson learned the hard way.

I visited this KFC for the first time and was disappointed by the cleanliness. Most of the tables were cluttered with leftover food and trays, which almost made me leave. I ended up clearing a small table myself, and even with an antibacterial surface wipe, the dried ketchup was difficult to remove, raising concerns about the restaurant’s hygiene standards. When a staff member finally came to clear the tables, his cleaning routine was far from thorough. He swept the floor before removing the trays, which seemed like poor prioritization. Then, when wiping the tables, he simply brushed leftover food crumbs onto the floor. The chicken burger was average, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the coffee—it was unexpectedly good for a fast food chain. If customers were more considerate about disposing of their packaging in the bin before leaving, and the staff improved their cleaning routine, this place could be worth visiting more often.

The worst service they have, I no longer want to eat with them. The problem is not with the food, but with the racist service, and it is very bad that you feel that they are giving you food of their own inspiration.

my account state's that I'm disabled and need my food delivered to my apartment door. your delivery man left it at the tree outside the door and refused not to diliver it to my apartment even though that's what I paid for. delivery means to your door, out of order.
