East End Kebab House in Belfast

No customer service at all. Avoid!! I ordered a kebab with no salad and actually said to the guy, "no salad, just the chips, meat and sauce". My delivery comes and there's salad in the kebab. Phoned the shop and got sharply told, "No! You said you wanted salad". So kebab thrown in the bin and £12.50 down the drain. I feel robbed.

Won’t be doing East End again… serving sour chicken. Near seen what I’d eaten of the kebab again. Nil points..

too much yeast used on the base .

no tissues and spoons and fork and taste was weird .

10/10 every time, special mixed on chips takes two goes and I’m a big eater 😂

Didn’t arrive for a start, rang and got told be here in 8-10 minutes. Then asked what’s the address as he already knew apparently already knew then got told it will be here in two minutes. Food yet to arrive.

Food never arrived. Driver rang 3 times to tell me he was outside. I told him over and over he was at the wrong address. Told him my address, same as on just Eat. Still didn't deliver. I have cctv at front door so proves it didn't get delivered. Get me a full refund sorted.

i was late home and driver went above and beyond, especially on a late night order.

Kebab was tasteless and nan bread was like a bit of cardboard, no flavour at all not a nice texture either, very disappointing

I orded a House special Kebab through JustEat and a 1.25L bottle of coke and when my order arrived at the door the bottle of coke was a 1L bottle and when i sat down to eat the house special kebab there was no salad and no house sauce which i paid for and i had to bin the kebab as the chips were raw in the middle i near been sick when i eat one. so folks please do yourselves a favour and DO NOT ORDER FROM this place. When i rang up to complain the fella who answered the phone refused to refund my money back on to my card. they are thieves the stole my money and sent me food that would make you sick and sent me a bottle coke that is less than what i paid for on justeat. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Left a delivery note saying do not knock the door and to just leave it on the doorstep as I’ve a baby and family sleeping and would’ve kept an eye out for it. Driver ignored my request and loudly bashed the door causing disruption in the house and just sped off with no communication. Food was cold and tasteless however arrived on time.

Asked for steak kebab and was given dog food instead. Not ordering from here again

Meat was not fresh! Tasted awful

Food was over an hour late, staff were rude and unable to understand what I was saying, I had to call 4 times to chase the order and was told 15 minutes each time. The food was cold, soggy and not as described, their idea of salad is a few bits of lettuce and a piece of tomato. Driver was rude when delivering.

they are an outstanding company their food is really delicious and they do everything in their power to help the customer and make sure that their customers are happy

food is good but ordered a kebab very very tight on sauce...small amount of sauce put over chips nothing over meat was to dry for me.would recommend ordering extra sauce

Avoid this place and simply just go to Iceland and get there frozen pizza and kebabs as you will find there much better quality.

i heard such good things about this place how it was beautiful. my experience was anything but that. I got my food last night and to say I'm glad I wasn't intoxicated because maybe then I would have attempted to eat it. the chips must have been fried 10 times over the last 8 hours. that was definitely not gravy it was hard greasy like lumps all over them cardboard chips. never ever again

Absolutely boggin. Phoned for fresh food, after an argument with a very rude man he sent the delivery driver to pick it back up with no fresh one sent. Called me and said he would send a new one. Sent me the same one just reheated. Sauce very lumpy clearly spoilt. Never ever again will i order from this place. I dont know how its still open

Fast delivery, amazing kebabs, naan is so soft and meat is fresh and hot. Left a note to have sauce separate and unlike some places they actually read it and did it. Second time have ordered from them and would choose them over anywhere

Delivery was early by 15 minutes. Food was hot and plenty of meat and chicken in the kebabs . Delivery person very friendly and polite. I would recommend this carry out

Wrap was full of meat but not much salad. Wish they'd do a burrito as a wrap packed with meat is quite sickening, some rice would be the ticket. Not bad.

Food was freezing only had one bite and was turnt 🥴 plus the hassle with having to run up and down twice didn’t make it worth it feels like they cooked the pizza before making the kebab you could tell by the taste and temp it had been sitting a while

Great delivery time, big portions. Burger was nice but the chicken on the kebab looked / tasted undercooked which really put me off

East end Kebab is getting better every time I taste out of it and the portions are a great size

East End Kebab House is a fantastic company their food is absolutely amazing and delicious they treat their customers with respect and if they deliver your order and it turns out to be the wrong order they will rectify it straight away and deliver as fresh and correct order I would recommend this company to my family and friends

Really not happy with the quality of the food. Chips where soggy, doner meat was like rubber and I ordered a special kebab and I only got doner meat and 2 pieces of chicken pakora. Really not happy with this. First time I've had a bad kebab from this place though that's why it isn't getting a 1 star

Absolutely delicious food at a great price. Love that I can order kebab meat without the bread or chips, chicken tikka & doner meat are perfect. Salad always fresh & sauces are delicious. Plenty of cheese & toppings on the pizzas.
