Lemongrass is the best Chinese in Derry. Everything is always fresh & top quality, fresh veggies & amazing flavour. We only order from here now because it never disappoints, the salted chilli king prawns are to die for- never had a bad meal from here

Brénainn was super helpful! Gave great drink suggestions and answered so many questions about things to do, local Irish culture, and best sights to see. 10/10 would recommend Brénainn as a server/bartender

Ordered a chicken tikka and cheese toastie. It had peppers in it when I didn't order that. And it wasn't even half toasted let alone warm. Also ordered a side of coleslaw and didn't recieve it. Had to go up and ask and pay for it.

Speedy delivery. Food was on point. Would highly recommend the signature burger!

Really impressed with the lovely meal we had here on Sunday. Hadn't been here in a while as last time we were here we didn't enjoy it but recently heard good reports so thought we'd give it another go, so glad we did. I had the salt & chilli chicken with baconnaise fries, loved every bit of it. My brother had the daube of beef, mum had the chicken supreme, niece had kids penne pasta & nephew had kids burger, everyone really enjoyed their meal and the staff were friendly & attentive. Only two minor things why I didn't give 5, garlic bread was missing with the penne pasta & cookie dough ice cream was missing with the brownie but these things could easily have been fixed if we had've mentioned them. Mum had the pavlova for dessert, which she loved & it looked amazing. We will definitely be back again soon.

Was looking forward to the spicy pasta used to be lovely here not anymore..sauce was far to peppery! Also my son got chicken goujans and they were that hard couldn't even break them apart. Bar man was rubbing his face constantly while pouring drinks I couldn't even drink mines thinking his beard hair or skin could be in it. Got 2 desserts they were lovely.

Had a great breakfast, poached eggs were spot on. And proper crispy bacon. Service was fast, and if you’re a coffee lover they do Segafredo coffee. Lovely.

Absolutely appalled with the service only went in for a quick bite was served by a young lady with black hair who asked what was wanted in the sandwich that was grand she didn’t ask if me or my partner wanted anything else and just said for us to pay that was ok but my partner wanted a coffee and I wanted a drink so we asked for a coffee and a drink and it seemed to be the worst thing to ask because she started scoffing and throwing dirty looks which is horrible service considering we only asked for more food she then continued on and put through all the stuff in the till but forgot to give out the cookie so we asked could we please have the cookie while paying the machine wouldn’t work and even after we had paid she still forgot so we asked again and she just threw the cookie at us and walked away get in mind there was no one else there just the two of us so it’s not to say she was under pressure or serving lots of customers but horrible service all together when we were nothing but nice… disgusting.

I went in with my family for a quick dinner. Once I waited my half an hour to order, we received it 20 mins later. Opened the 4 boxes and every single one was wrong. Went back up to the desk to ask for replacements for what we actually ordered. Manager and staff were both very cheeky and supplied us with replacements that were all wrong again. Multiple other people went up with the same issue and all got the same cheek out of manager and staff

Place was messy and the floor slippery. Staff was really unfriendly throughout. We didn't expect for a McDonalds in the town center to close early, so we ordered at 6.30, nothing was mentioned of the time frame, we had to wait a bit for the order as it was busy. Then we were unexpectedly kicked out rudly at 7.08. We were with kids, so it was a rush then to eat up and leave quickly. Burger was ridiculous, bacon half raw, ingredients missing. Never experienced a McD like that.

Had lovely food tonight! Starters and mains were amazing, no room for dessert!! Pizza was super tasty and the steak was cooked to perfection- great quality juicy meat. Would recommend the honey and chilli flatbread for a starter- absolutely unreal! Was served by Lisa who was so attentive and friendly. She really looked after our table. Connor made some speciality cocktails and they were to die for! Defo recommend the food here and the atmosphere was so relaxed. Will definitely visit again!

Served by a very courteous amd polite trainee barista on our visit in July.. Nero should be proud of this member of staff as service is what makes or breaks a ln experience.

Had a nice lunch here today. I was surprised at the range of nice dishes available. I had goat's cheese on flatbread with salad and it was lovely. My daughter had a mango chicken wrap which was ok but it was basically a curry mix and the sauce leaked out onto her clothes. We also had lattes ok but a bit weak needed more coffee. Bill was £14 very reasonable. Pleasant staff and nice to sit outside. The front of the cafe is very bleak and uninviting they should do something about that even put up a cafe sign instead of a sign saying BackOpen. Good toilets with a baby changing area.

Ordered a family meal deal and a complete burger and curry dip not included in the bag! Paid £18 and a good chunk of the meal not there!!! No help offered whatsoever on the other end... absolute disgrace...will never go near it again!!!
