Bought 14" pizza with three extra toppings, there was not even enough of the toppings to have a piece on each slice.

Delivered late and forgot my dip

Great pizza, fast delivery. Really great garlic dip in Four Star. Wings are phenomenal and of course pizza is always good. Can’t fault it.

Got 3 pizzas wen home they wer burnt at the sides and the curly fries wer cold not worth the money and the staff did not wash there hands handling all different kinds of toppings and rubbing there hands on there cloths not once but twice they coughed over the food not mines

Ordered party package for my son's party. Jack went over and above for me, he was a great help on the phone and sorted everything. Pizzas arrived on time and were piping hot. Fantastic customer service and pizzas!! Definitely will be back..

Never EVER give the dips that you request. Food is excellent and delivery service top class.

Says on the app 20min wait, arrived in 25mins after the order and waited another 25mins! Don’t mind waiting but please stop telling us it will be ready when it clearly isn’t going to be ready! Also order was wrong! Ordered cookies and got jalepino dough balls

Ordered £29 of food, it said it was delivered and when I contacted the shop to say it wasn’t they said nobody delivered to that address and they couldn’t help me !! Shoulda stuck with dominos 👍🏻

I love to get from here every now and then and I have to say it is some of the best pizza I’ve ever had they always put plenty of toppings on the pizza and they have a fantastic selection of sides and their cookies are just amazing and the customer service is brilliant I’ve only ever had one problem in there where I got the wrong pizza but a man named Matthew went above and beyond to help me get the pizza I actually ordered.

Always went here but just got the new chipotle they’re plugging, don’t bother!!! 7 pieces of chicken an entire 12 inch pizza total disgrace and won’t be back!! I do not recommend, save your money

Pizza was supposed to be 9” but looked like a 7” in a 9” box, pathetic and missing items that I paid extra for. Staff must be unable to read simple orders. Not good enough for the price. Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience here and will not be ordering again.

Cold food, not tasty, thin dough.

The garlic cheesy bread had no cheese, there was no curry dip and there was 14 louisana wings instead of 7 and 7 BBQ. However after ringing up, they gave us BBQ wings for free due to the mistake

Food was freezing when arrived

I love love 4 star pizza and recently started using the drumhoe store due to moving to waterside. And iv already had 2 bad experiences First time i ordered a small pizza and I got a personal pizza. When I rang back the staff were so u helpful and weren't interested. Tonight I ordered a medium pizza and it landed half cooked and cold. I ended up putting it In to my own oven to cook it properly I don't know if City side delivers to waterside but il not be using the waterside ones again

Always been a fan of four star's pizza, but had one recently and it was awful. Burnt and barely edible. How it was allowed to leave the restaurant I do not know. Won't be returning.

The toppings on one of the pizzas were wrong. I rang separately to add dips to my order, they took payment for the dips and the delivery driver showed up without them after I specifically asked that they wouldn't be forgotten about and I was assured they would be delivered with our pizzas. Now I have to wait 5 working days for a refund.

Food OK but do not give these people your phone number, you will receive 4 or 5 texts a week and you can't stop them. Twenty Stop texts later and I'm still getting them. Bloody annoying, it has put me off ordering from them again.

Pizza was really spicy for some reason, one pizza was supposed to have no cheese, but it did have cheese. The server was lovely though. I’d just say if you were to order from here phone it in instead of using just eat, to make sure the order is correct.

Food was 30 minutes late and was cold driver sat down the street for at least ten minutes before delivering it?

Would help if they had a phone line where i can get through. Happening too often now.

Great food. The dips were missing just, sticker was on the bag, but nothing inside apart from the drinks.

Ordered a meal deal, delivery came and went missing sides, tried to ring to get it corrected and the line kept going dead after their recorded message

I'm 90% sure they sent the wrong size pizza they were tiny and I ordered the 9" I checked before ordering and that's a regular pizza size. Food did come fast and hot.

I asked for a BBQ base and a topping of chilli flakes ingot an original base with what I can only describe as a full box of chilli flakes over the base it wasn’t even edible it was that spicy really disappointing £17.50 for a small fire flavoured pizza hard wedges and cold chicken dippers

I ordered pizza with peperoni and alot of parmesan shake. The parmesan was so little that you cannot even see it, the peperoni almost broke my theets, because they were too dry, less cheese, less sauce... I will never order again. First and last time.

Both pizza and sides tasted like they had been reheated at least twice, disgusting. Ordered two dips BBQ and Curry but was sent out two garlic and herb what a joke. Through the lot clean in the bin. Won't be back again.

The food was lovely but the fries and wedges were not crispy due to the items being put into a plastic bag. When I order again I will ask for this not to be done.

the member of staff when i answered the phone had terrible customer service skills. His attitude was shocking. Never ordering here again and he was even sarcastic.
