Subway in Derry

Great. Beat Subway I’ve had in a while.

I was giving the complete wrong order and now can’t eat it because of it

Order was correct and delicious. Service was good, but wasn't ready when it said it was.

This was a stupendous meal and the delivery driver was amazing

Food was extremely cold and it took over an hour and a half to come. Wrong items delivered along with that

order was messed up and put tomato’s and cucumbers on an order which didn’t add them, also told me they “forgot” about my order although the app said it was ready to collect so i had to wait an additional 15 minutes as they rushed to finish my food.

The women was shouting at staff and customers and couldn’t keep up with what was being said, it took 20 minutes to be seen to even order despite there being 1 person in front of my in the que and upon being seen to I’d say it took another 10 minutes to get the food made, this place is consistently ridiculously slow with an atmosphere of scared staff and fed up costumers. Despite paying £6.58 it was still half empty and the paper was stuck to the top of the bottom, ripping it apart on opening and making it relatively uneatable. This place is a joke, never opening when it is supposed to, closing before it should. Additionally, watching meat from a separately labelled box going into another made me feel ill.

Items were missing from the bag the bag was open ! The meat balls tasted like disinfectant

One staff behind counter at 1pm. Just too slow unfortunately.

I don’t know what subway consider as a cookie, but the two that were received, were not great. Extremely thin and one had part of it broke, I personally would not have sent them out with any order. From the time of the order to the delivery time, took longer than normal.

0 out of 5. 1 hour and 20 minute wait. Food cold. No dip with cheese bites. Drinks flat. Never again.

Too early, order was clearly rushed and everything was wrong, horrible service

got a salad and cheese dippers. nothing in salad fresh, box less than half filled, barely any meat or cheese. Wrong sauce. cheese dippers were soggy and tasted awful.

By far the worst order I've ever had, Half the items from the order were missing and the items that did arrive were made wrong and ice cold including the meatballs.. not a thought or ounce of care put into them

Waited 2 hours for a delivery, nothing came, order update changed to ‘delivered’ but didn’t receive nothing, phone number also dosent work for this place, joke. AVOID, order from another subway

Probably the slowest subway in the country, never enough staff on, always so slow, with just eat orders too. Currently waiting over 1.5 hours on a just eat order, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a wait like this in just eat, though the in store waits can be quite long to. Phone number provided Dosent work either. Shambles.

it was freezing, not heated, I requested items to be left out but they weren't, will not order again

Didn’t receive half of order. Wrong crisps, wrong drink and also no dip

The order was completely wrong. Wrong food, wrong receipt, wrong order number. Driver was nice but couldn’t do anything about it. Just shrugged. Plainly a mistake at Subway end. Disappointing. Just ask for a refund isn’t a great answer although I’m sure the refund will come through ok.

Got order totally wrong and still managed to get it wrong when I went back

Second time ordering but now will be the last time , the meat was so little even though I spent an extra £4 for extra was very disappointed that this is the second time they have done this. Wouldn’t get away with it if you were in the shop was why do it too customers online

Everything was correct, on time, nothing missing, tasted beautiful.

Extremely scabby with toppings and clear they are saving money, spent £38 and got completely ripped of!! Ordered all toppings and got half what I ordered and very little of it at that. Never again will I order from here

Half my food is missing I don’t have my crisps the cookies or the drink even after waiting half an hour for them to prepare it so you’d think it would all be there after taking that long but it’s not.

Absolutely disgraceful on how long the wait was decided to come here to be more quicker than McDonald’s but was longer had to wait over 30 mins as they were too busy making food orders and also barely understand me we came on the 26th of October and one of the worker was kiran never want to come back

The quality, preparation and amount of salad was awful. Order was also wrong and one item missing.

Waited half an hour to be served because the staff were so busy making up Just Eat orders. Ridiculous waiting time. Will not be visiting here again! And it's not the staffs fault, they had far too much pressure on them

missing jalapenos which paid extra for on nachos and missing drink. delivery was quick and nice delivery driver

Disappointed with the order. Quite a few ingredients missing and very small amounts of sauce.

Paid for a sauce that was jot received

I got the meatball marinara, every item including the bread felt like it was all taken out of the fridge and thrown together!! No cheese or anything.. absolutely Baltic cold food all over!! Missing items also.. nothing was even lukewarm in my order, was all freezing, not even eatable, chicken nachos was rubber, waffle chips rubber.. delivery was 15 mins late also!!

Wrong order completely after me paying over thirty pound

6" delivered instead of a footlong, submelt arrived untoasted, inedible because it had mozzarella

Order was not ready or even getting prepared when I went into the store. I had to read out the toppings that was going in the subs to the staff member. The point of ordering on just eat was for fast collection.

Bread roll was burnt and delivery is very long

Ordered a foot long from Subway and received a 6-inch. I don't mind I got less food, but it's less than what I paid for for more money which was frustrating.

chips and sandwich were really cold

Delivery time was good but the thing is I didn’t get what I ordered and that’s unacceptable after paying nearly £13 for a Footlong. I ordered the “Baller” from Subway and ended up being given a sub with chicken, bacon, lettuce, onions and southwest sauce. Not even the right bread I ordered. Absolute joke if I’m being brutally honest.

Literally through together and the paper of the sub stuck all inside can’t get through on phone to get another one. Absolutely disgusted

no cookies both sandwiches had the wrong things on and was cold, the breadstick was rubbish and the sauce for the churro had leaked over everything, subway is generally nice so unsure what happened this time

the food arrived just under an hour after ordering... our delivery time kept getting pushed back. however, the ordering service was very easy to use and our order was correct.

I ordered a rainbow cookie and received a white chocolate nut

Food was shoved in one small bag, with drink bottle, everything squished and cold due to the bottle being shoved in too, also missing a bottle of Diet Pepsi I paid for

I have never had a subway wrap folded or salad toasted. Who toasts cucumber and asks if you want sauce on, and that gets toasted also

subways were put in same bag as freezing cold drinks so sandwiches were freezing when we got them. wrong drink and cookies sent also and it took ages to arrive, was supposed to be delivered 18:40 finally got it at 19:10

Order missed most of the items (no cookie for either of the Meal deals and missing crisps), one of the 6 inches was toasted and missed most of the veg toppings.

My order came and I only wanted it plain and toasted I am very very unhappy with this order and they have a number to phone and u can’t get threw

ordered 12 cookies and only got 3 most of them were broken up

2 salads spilled out of boxes into bag! 2 subs wrapped in paper instead of put into boxes, laying squashed at bottom of the bag as salads had been put on top. Staff might as well have threw it into the bag because thats what it looked like! No care taken with order like the way lisnagelvin branch makes up their orders. Next time i’ll wait until lisnagelvin open before ordering! Food said delivered before it had reached us!

Ordered at around one said it would take 20 minutes, still not here at 1:50 and had to go to work. The delivery driver had two orders took the further one first and left mine to last while I only live 5 minutes away from subway, really disappointed I want a refund

Missing 80% of the order. The delivery was cold, missing 6 cookies, and a foot long. Still charged 26 for it. Ridiculous.

Ordered at 11:50 and at 3 there was still nothing, there just up the road as well… MAD!

ordered a salad. They sent out a box filled to about 1/4 of the way. no lettuce at all. Ordered the philly cheese thingy. There was hardly any meat in there. For the prices they are charging, you should at least get what you ordered.

ordered a chicken breast sub that was meant to have chicken in it and didn’t also paid extra for hash browns and bacon only recieved the hasbrowns also ordered a classic bmt and it had no ham on it ???!!!!

5* DISAPPOINTMENT 😞 First off my chips & breakfast sub were ❄️ COLD, then I was MISSING ::: 3 paid for dips 🫙, a cookie 🍪 PLUS my drink & crisps were substituted from what I asked for. What a complete DISASTER 😭 SUBWAY you used to be AWESOME, please please 🙏🏼❤️ go back to how you used too be; AMAZING FOOD, HOT, GREAT PORTIONS, NOTHING MISSING, 5* SERVICE 5* QUALITY

I wasn't very happy as ALL of the food was cold 🥶 ("I mean the "HOT" Food)& my "LARGE" portion of crinkle chips was barely even a small portion, as I had ordered extra dips. The staff used the SAME box to store both; the dips & a couple of chips. INSTEAD could you give me a full portion of chips & THEN put the dips in another box/bag🛍️ 🎁 Please can this be adjusted!! This was a real shame as the food is NORMALLY VERY GOOD 👍🏼

Awful services in Crescent Link...went in for Subway at 7pm...only 1 foot long and 1 6 inch left...server couldn't care less and was only concerned with getting us out the door. Ordered both, got the 6 inch order wrong because they weren't listening and too busy barking orders at other staff member.

The delivery driver was quick and polite

I had asked for my sandwich not to be toasted, but got it toasted. I had also asked for 2 packets of crisps but only received one.

Only orderd 2 items and managed to forget my kids sub, your job ain't hard cmon now

The cookies missing from order

I was given the wrong order by the courier and therefore didn’t get what I had ordered👎

Had asked for hot chocolate staff Said there's no milk left right after a man asked for tea with milk and they pull out a half cartoon of milk and I had asked for milk

Subs were freezing and cookies missing.

I payed for "double meat" but I don't think it was double. Also was supposed to have cheese but there was only a tiny bit on it not a normal portion like when I go in the shop. But all in all it was still a tasty samich

My food arrived freezing witch I requested a refund shortly after it arrived witch I have not received im totally unsatisfied with the service of just eat and also subway. I am formally requesting a refund
