Subway in Derry

Waited over an hour for cold food with absolutely no explanation.

Food came incorrectly when ordered extra cheese none was on my subway at all and I shouldn’t of been charged for it

The order was completely incorrect

Missing items and not just small items. A whole tuna salad 🥗 and Vanilla Coke Zero

Delivery grand. Order not so good. One item missing and the another totally inedible. Stacked cheese & bacon toasties came with 2 bits of steak bacon, 2 triangles of cheese and was not toasted! Will not order from subway again.

The food was absolutley freezing because they didn't expose it to heat, ordered a coke zero and I got a diet coke ordered baked crisps and was sent a grab bag cheese and onion, fumin is an understatement.

5* Product, 5* Service & 5* Delivery. Will DEFINITELY be a repeat customer

waffle chips were completely uneaten as hard as rocks and ordered large but portions size is tiny. other than that subs were yummy 😋

They keep moving the times on delivery then they’ve cancelled between me and my wife a few times just before it was due to come. Awfully ran establishment!!

in for lunch with my friends, the server kiran was extremely rude and always seems to be when i am here.

Staff isn’t very pleasant when in store so avoided them by ordering online and when I’ve ordered online the food comes wrong ordered 2 bottles of coke so they sent 2 bottles of Diet Coke ordered two meals with cookies and crisps only received one sandwich and 1 packet of crisps/cookie has came totally unacceptable then when try ringing the phone there’s no Awnser deffo won’t be spending another penny here

Food was extremely cold and it took over an hour and a half to come. Wrong items delivered along with that

order was messed up and put tomato’s and cucumbers on an order which didn’t add them, also told me they “forgot” about my order although the app said it was ready to collect so i had to wait an additional 15 minutes as they rushed to finish my food.

The women was shouting at staff and customers and couldn’t keep up with what was being said, it took 20 minutes to be seen to even order despite there being 1 person in front of my in the que and upon being seen to I’d say it took another 10 minutes to get the food made, this place is consistently ridiculously slow with an atmosphere of scared staff and fed up costumers. Despite paying £6.58 it was still half empty and the paper was stuck to the top of the bottom, ripping it apart on opening and making it relatively uneatable. This place is a joke, never opening when it is supposed to, closing before it should. Additionally, watching meat from a separately labelled box going into another made me feel ill.

Items were missing from the bag the bag was open ! The meat balls tasted like disinfectant

I don’t know what subway consider as a cookie, but the two that were received, were not great. Extremely thin and one had part of it broke, I personally would not have sent them out with any order. From the time of the order to the delivery time, took longer than normal.

0 out of 5. 1 hour and 20 minute wait. Food cold. No dip with cheese bites. Drinks flat. Never again.

By far the worst order I've ever had, Half the items from the order were missing and the items that did arrive were made wrong and ice cold including the meatballs.. not a thought or ounce of care put into them

Probably the slowest subway in the country, never enough staff on, always so slow, with just eat orders too. Currently waiting over 1.5 hours on a just eat order, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a wait like this in just eat, though the in store waits can be quite long to. Phone number provided Dosent work either. Shambles.

The order was completely wrong. Wrong food, wrong receipt, wrong order number. Driver was nice but couldn’t do anything about it. Just shrugged. Plainly a mistake at Subway end. Disappointing. Just ask for a refund isn’t a great answer although I’m sure the refund will come through ok.

Got order totally wrong and still managed to get it wrong when I went back

Second time ordering but now will be the last time , the meat was so little even though I spent an extra £4 for extra was very disappointed that this is the second time they have done this. Wouldn’t get away with it if you were in the shop was why do it too customers online

Extremely scabby with toppings and clear they are saving money, spent £38 and got completely ripped of!! Ordered all toppings and got half what I ordered and very little of it at that. Never again will I order from here

Half my food is missing I don’t have my crisps the cookies or the drink even after waiting half an hour for them to prepare it so you’d think it would all be there after taking that long but it’s not.

Absolutely disgraceful on how long the wait was decided to come here to be more quicker than McDonald’s but was longer had to wait over 30 mins as they were too busy making food orders and also barely understand me we came on the 26th of October and one of the worker was kiran never want to come back

The quality, preparation and amount of salad was awful. Order was also wrong and one item missing.

Waited half an hour to be served because the staff were so busy making up Just Eat orders. Ridiculous waiting time. Will not be visiting here again! And it's not the staffs fault, they had far too much pressure on them

Paid for a sauce that was jot received

I got the meatball marinara, every item including the bread felt like it was all taken out of the fridge and thrown together!! No cheese or anything.. absolutely Baltic cold food all over!! Missing items also.. nothing was even lukewarm in my order, was all freezing, not even eatable, chicken nachos was rubber, waffle chips rubber.. delivery was 15 mins late also!!

Order was not ready or even getting prepared when I went into the store. I had to read out the toppings that was going in the subs to the staff member. The point of ordering on just eat was for fast collection.

Ordered a foot long from Subway and received a 6-inch. I don't mind I got less food, but it's less than what I paid for for more money which was frustrating.

Delivery time was good but the thing is I didn’t get what I ordered and that’s unacceptable after paying nearly £13 for a Footlong. I ordered the “Baller” from Subway and ended up being given a sub with chicken, bacon, lettuce, onions and southwest sauce. Not even the right bread I ordered. Absolute joke if I’m being brutally honest.

Literally through together and the paper of the sub stuck all inside can’t get through on phone to get another one. Absolutely disgusted

I have never had a subway wrap folded or salad toasted. Who toasts cucumber and asks if you want sauce on, and that gets toasted also

subways were put in same bag as freezing cold drinks so sandwiches were freezing when we got them. wrong drink and cookies sent also and it took ages to arrive, was supposed to be delivered 18:40 finally got it at 19:10

Order missed most of the items (no cookie for either of the Meal deals and missing crisps), one of the 6 inches was toasted and missed most of the veg toppings.

My order came and I only wanted it plain and toasted I am very very unhappy with this order and they have a number to phone and u can’t get threw

ordered 12 cookies and only got 3 most of them were broken up

2 salads spilled out of boxes into bag! 2 subs wrapped in paper instead of put into boxes, laying squashed at bottom of the bag as salads had been put on top. Staff might as well have threw it into the bag because thats what it looked like! No care taken with order like the way lisnagelvin branch makes up their orders. Next time i’ll wait until lisnagelvin open before ordering! Food said delivered before it had reached us!

Ordered at around one said it would take 20 minutes, still not here at 1:50 and had to go to work. The delivery driver had two orders took the further one first and left mine to last while I only live 5 minutes away from subway, really disappointed I want a refund

Missing 80% of the order. The delivery was cold, missing 6 cookies, and a foot long. Still charged 26 for it. Ridiculous.

ordered a salad. They sent out a box filled to about 1/4 of the way. no lettuce at all. Ordered the philly cheese thingy. There was hardly any meat in there. For the prices they are charging, you should at least get what you ordered.

ordered a chicken breast sub that was meant to have chicken in it and didn’t also paid extra for hash browns and bacon only recieved the hasbrowns also ordered a classic bmt and it had no ham on it ???!!!!
