Literally through together and the paper of the sub stuck all inside can’t get through on phone to get another one. Absolutely disgusted

Got completely wrong order paid for delievery and was told if I want right order I had to go collect it

I ordered a foot long and got a six inch

no cookies both sandwiches had the wrong things on and was cold, the breadstick was rubbish and the sauce for the churro had leaked over everything, subway is generally nice so unsure what happened this time

the food arrived just under an hour after ordering... our delivery time kept getting pushed back. however, the ordering service was very easy to use and our order was correct.

I ordered a rainbow cookie and received a white chocolate nut

sent me a footlong churro with no sauce had do eat a dry one

Asked for no salad or veg on all subs and got both on the footlong

Ordered and PAID for a foot long cookie and it never came

Food was shoved in one small bag, with drink bottle, everything squished and cold due to the bottle being shoved in too, also missing a bottle of Diet Pepsi I paid for

I have never had a subway wrap folded or salad toasted. Who toasts cucumber and asks if you want sauce on, and that gets toasted also

subways were put in same bag as freezing cold drinks so sandwiches were freezing when we got them. wrong drink and cookies sent also and it took ages to arrive, was supposed to be delivered 18:40 finally got it at 19:10

ordered bacon and cheese melt and got ham and cheese i didn't receive the dips. won't be ordering from this place again.

Order missed most of the items (no cookie for either of the Meal deals and missing crisps), one of the 6 inches was toasted and missed most of the veg toppings.

My order came and I only wanted it plain and toasted I am very very unhappy with this order and they have a number to phone and u can’t get threw

ordered 12 cookies and only got 3 most of them were broken up

food was prepared completely wrong. clearly didn't even look at the order.

2 salads spilled out of boxes into bag! 2 subs wrapped in paper instead of put into boxes, laying squashed at bottom of the bag as salads had been put on top. Staff might as well have threw it into the bag because thats what it looked like! No care taken with order like the way lisnagelvin branch makes up their orders. Next time i’ll wait until lisnagelvin open before ordering! Food said delivered before it had reached us!

Ordered at around one said it would take 20 minutes, still not here at 1:50 and had to go to work. The delivery driver had two orders took the further one first and left mine to last while I only live 5 minutes away from subway, really disappointed I want a refund

Missing 80% of the order. The delivery was cold, missing 6 cookies, and a foot long. Still charged 26 for it. Ridiculous.

ordered a salad. They sent out a box filled to about 1/4 of the way. no lettuce at all. Ordered the philly cheese thingy. There was hardly any meat in there. For the prices they are charging, you should at least get what you ordered.

ordered a chicken breast sub that was meant to have chicken in it and didn’t also paid extra for hash browns and bacon only recieved the hasbrowns also ordered a classic bmt and it had no ham on it ???!!!!

Awful services in Crescent Link...went in for Subway at 7pm...only 1 foot long and 1 6 inch left...server couldn't care less and was only concerned with getting us out the door. Ordered both, got the 6 inch order wrong because they weren't listening and too busy barking orders at other staff member.

I wasn't very happy as ALL of the food was cold 🥶 ("I mean the "HOT" Food)& my "LARGE" portion of crinkle chips was barely even a small portion, as I had ordered extra dips. The staff used the SAME box to store both; the dips & a couple of chips. INSTEAD could you give me a full portion of chips & THEN put the dips in another box/bag🛍️ 🎁 Please can this be adjusted!! This was a real shame as the food is NORMALLY VERY GOOD 👍🏼

I was given the wrong order by the courier and therefore didn’t get what I had ordered👎

Had asked for hot chocolate staff Said there's no milk left right after a man asked for tea with milk and they pull out a half cartoon of milk and I had asked for milk

Subs were freezing and cookies missing.

I payed for "double meat" but I don't think it was double. Also was supposed to have cheese but there was only a tiny bit on it not a normal portion like when I go in the shop. But all in all it was still a tasty samich

Was a bit cold the sub had very little meatballs and no cheese

Ordered on the subway app food wasn’t even ready when I went to store. Poor girl on her on taking just eat orders app orders and customer orders. When I went to collect to be told no honey oat bread and no meatballs that I had ordered. Management need to take a look if something not available on app take it off the menu. Plus get more staff instead of one person on to do everything.

Absolute joke. - leave a note specifying not to toast it cos yous always mess it up and also specifying ONLY cheese. So you send a toasted one without cheese and with just lettuce and pickles. Number doesn’t work when you phone to complain. DISGUSTED.

the portions are awful. the delivery guy goes to lisnagelvin instead of crescent link. They're miserable up there. Including delivery, for the best part of £20 a sandwich for nothing but disappointment, you might as well be ripped off by anyone else.

Very stingy with the ingredients and sauce in comparison to other subways in Derry. The gluten-free bread was also stale. Although it was cheaper than other subways on this site, it wasn't worth it.

Nachos cold, hardly any salsa...BMT had no meat, only sauce and salad, other sub was toasted and it wasnt supposed to be, delivery took over 45 mins for a monday lunchtime

The delivery time was good and the fact the sun was actually right was good the only thing was the fact I asked for Pepsi max and got Diet Pepsi

Chicken was hard, asked for extra sauce got a drizzle, paid for extra cheese didn’t get it.

Says it’s been delivered and it hasn’t. Took 2 hours and still isn’t here. Can’t rate the quality of food because it wasn’t received.

I was in last week and the man serving me whos name badge said Mark was an absolute angel, he helped me so much as I'm not an avid subway consumer, he was so kind and had the biggest smile on his face and was so funny and nice to speak to. Will be back!!! Thank you mark

Always love popping in for a sandwich they make them super and add a treat of cookies to make you smile. You pay a little for a sandwich, drink and cookie and get alot.

Subway is a Subway is a Subway what can I say , better than a McD but run by kids who only want to know what their FB or What's app or what ever they are checking on there phones.

Subway is an ideal place to stop for a quick snack good value

Rude boy on the till, ordered tea, never offered sugar or milk when he handed it over then went on to serve the next customer before I had chance to ask. Waited my turn again, asked for sugar and milk, he must of thought I was going to stir it with my finger as had to ask for a stirrer also. All he could say was "wha" to everything. Won't be back to crescent link again.

Clean and very helpful and friendly staff.

Ordered through just eat and in all fairness the order did arrive very quick but the sandwich I ordered was wrong but the cookies, drink and crisps were correct. I tried ringing the number listed online to no answer 3 times and had to go through Just eat to get my money back. I then got £4 back from a order that cost £11. That's a joke. It's not like this is a one time thing with this subway as the time before this I ordered a similar order and my crips were already burst open and the sandwich was stone cold. Good delivery, not very good food/service.

The girl that served me on Friday 6th November was an absolute delight, so warm and friendly and a credit to the store. This more than made up for the previous time I was in where both members of staff had an air of no clue about them, and they had no idea about the 'order ahead to collect in store' option. This girl though raised the bar

Enjoyed the subway but the tables hadn't been wiped unfortunately.

Fast service, pleasant staff and nice surroundings. The tables and seats outside are a real bonus.

Recently have been getting orders wrong, been chatting about they're "crazy" nights out while serving customers and been visibly hungover at weekends

My son and I stopped at the subway on Crescent link for our lunch and decided to have a footlong meal each. The restaurant is your standard subway with the usual layout of counter and seating arrangements. We both had our foot long subs, which was the normal standard, but my sub bap was a little crumbly which took away from the experience.

No drink with large meal, charged separately for that ££££ girl at the till looked like she was tired

As expected for a food franchise, you know what to expect. It's the same you've had at other Subways. Service is quick but not particularly friendly.

Service would be faster if staff spent less time chatting with each other

Love the food but why have a coffee tact number if no one ever answers abit annoying

Great food and service but sliding doors at both ends causes lots of cold breeze through, therefore, not ideal when you want want and comfort.
