Wrong order sent. Burger burnt to a crisp.

Food was cold and very few fries , no side

Currently in a&e due to food poisoning from KFC last night, have been here seven hours due to the risk to my life the food caused my type one diabetes. Won’t be here again

Never received order even though it states that order has been delivered. That's £22 down the drain

Ordered off JustEat, the meal I was given was not good. Burger looked like I asked for it plain. Was there a lettuce shortage or what? Not to mention, the following day I seen a tiktok of a whole family tree of rats running around the outside of the place. Would not recommend. Would give less than 1 star, but need to leave 1 for the review. Giving 1 star for atmosphere as the rats looked like they were having a good time.

one third of our order never came so we rang kfc and the refused to send the rest out even though we paid the delivery fee

Food was terrible it was dry and I asked for drumsticks and did not get any. This is the second time I have ordered kfc and i5 was a negative experience it will be the last because it is a terrible outlet to order from. I will not recommend

Ordered around 21:00 and got delivered around 23:05. Bot acceptable at all and did t even get an apology or anything for free. Will not be ordering again

Waiting over 2 and a halve hours for a delivery that says delivered but there has not actually been any food two and a half our wait time for food is unacceptable and absolutely horrible I expect a full refund and have screen shot and time stamps and food still isn’t here

delivery driver was very friendly and fast, 5* to my driver. Missing my Large Side Gravy!! I also asked for napkins and some salt etc but nothing. food was just ok

All the items in the bag were wrong. Only roght thing I got was my water bottle. Glad I paid almost £30 for a kids burger and a 3 fillers. Nonsense

Service through the drive through speaker was absolutely horrendous, the woman taking our order was beyond incompetent, pushy and rude. Actually awful treatment towards a customer, gave no time to speak between order and order confirmation, seemed completely unprofessional and uncaring towards us and had 0 customer service skills. Entire experience was disappointing and anxiety inducing and has put me off ever returning. The bag holding our food also immediately ripped while being passed into the car. The drive through was not busy and there was no excuse for this level of rudeness whatsoever. Truly and genuinely disappointed and made our driver feel uncomfortable and upset after the entire interaction.

worst kfc known to mankind . always rushing you in and out and always forgetting something ! in this case forgetting most & kids sundae ? wouldn't think it comes part of the meal . usless staff never seem happy .

It was just a bit cold when I got but it’s probably because it has to travel from the restaurant to my house so I’ll let it slide

food quality was poor and to be honest uneatable I am pregnant and very unsatisfied customer your resturant needs huge improvement in terms of food quality and standards because in my opinion it has serverly lacked, sort this out otherwise I will have no choice to report the standards to a higher power.

Deliver driver didn't deliver the food as I did not give him the code he went to the wrong address and he told the person the highest would deliver the food to correct address

delivered 2 hours after the order was made and the exlected delivery time kept changing. when the order did come the bag of chips were half empty woth about 10 chips inside. Overly priced for how long it took and how little you get for it
