Food was underwhelming and lacked flavour, the chips were awful and went straight into the bin. Wouldn’t recommend and will not be ordering from them again, completely a waste of my money

The large chip was beyond the joke .. it wasn’t even a handful I never ever complain but for tha price it’s awful !!! Also no dips again

Food was hot and fresh, couldn't fault anything, staff was friendly. Hot wings were beautiful and the mint sauce in the aero Sunday was to die for. Will be coming back again.

I loved it! Loads of chips with my order, never had a generous KFC order as this + they gave me garlic mayo when I asked! 🥰🥰🥰 My 1st generous meal from KFC I'm definitely buying from them anytime I'm in Londonderry 😘

Went on the 3rd of September. The young man serving could not of been bothered was to busy drinking his coffee. The chips were disgusting very soggy did not look anything like the advertisement such a joke money wasted.

Service absolutely shocking looked like the staff didn't want to be there. Asked for normal chips instead of signature as takes a wee bit longer(this was before went ahead and ordered so they had time) but waited nearly 20 minutes on them. The front door was locked with no sign to say use side door. The rubbish laying about inside was shocking. And bathrooms wer disgusting. Need to up grad there standards and staff.So all in all what did they close for that time they were closed for a while.

If you want a your order correct and don't want them to get it wrong twice and then have to drive back down after collecting it from the drive through, after arriving to be greeted by absolute chaos with everyone order wrong and have to wait 30 mins for them to get you your food then just go to mcdonalds up the street. None of the staff have a clue and I actually feel sorry for them as the system they use must be shocking. Management must not give a toss and I'm surprised this place is still operating considering the wastage alone. Get it together.

The worst KFC I’ve experienced. A cup full of ice, not filled, with a trickle of cola. Wings were tiny. I think they counted the chips, not the usual amount. Burger had way too much sauce and mayo in it making it a sloppy mess when trying to eat it. Not a place I’d recommend, nor go back to. EDIT: Stock reply from KFC directs you to a portal where you need to put in all the details (and more) from your complaint, very frustrating. Obviously this ploy takes their response away from this site, making others think that they care about customer service, where they are just hiding their bad service behind another frustrating website that is a $hit$how to navigate through

My order is always missing the gravy. I ordered an extra gravy but still no gravy. This happens all the time and is in acceptable. You charged me 2.99 for it and it’s not here.

Out for delivery around 4:40 didn’t get here till 5:24 and it’s absolutely freezing it’s horrible horrible service I seen the delivery driver taking horrible routes which added so much extra time to delivery it’s practically inedible being chicken based and being so cold.

I ordered regularly until last closure the first order after reopening was the worst take away order I have ever received in Derry cold overcooked chicken burnt chips what there was of them and instead of a cold can of coke I received warm brown water in a plastic cup revolting for the overcharged price

Only half of my order was delivered and when I tried to call them (multiple times) no one ever answered the phone...totally rubbish service.

The location of this KFC could not be more scenic, it's right on the banks of the River Foyle as it opens up into Lough Foyle, and yet as soon as you get off the path and onto KFC's property, it is absolutely disgusting. I've never seen a car park in Ireland that is as filthy as this one. Derry is a very clean city compared to most on the island, so it's even more noticeable against the backdrop of the rest of the city. Not to mention they have a big "we're hiring!" banner with positions and hourly rates, where not one is above the current minimum wage. Needs some sorting out, to say the least. 3 Stars is because the food & service are spot on, much better than you'd expect from seeing the outside of the place. Edit: The day of this review, they removed the banners with the out-of-date job vacancies, it even looked like things were improving for a bit. The car park started getting tidied a bit, at least. The store has been closed since the first week in July, as you'll see, they're still responding to comments about the store being closed, but as of 22/07 they have not updated the status of the store to show that it's closed. They say to find another KFC on their website.. This is the only KFC in Derry, I don't think anyone's going to Omagh or Coleraine for some chicken. TLDR: Go to Hillbilly's instead.

This KFC is an absolute joke. While the food itself is not the worst, it’s irrelevant most of the time as they regularly run out of chicken (in a chicken shop). The opening hours are ridiculous, with the shop more often than not being closed well before the times listed on google (such as right now, at 4pm in the afternoon). I feel sorry for any staff who have to try and keep this joke of a restaurant running.

This store is closed more times than it is open Crazy the amount of times it closes..mostly I understand due to lack of staff/ management. Head office does not want to know.Today it was closed again ..same as yesterday but this is one of the few times they have put a note on the door. Hopefully Derry gets a new KFC store that can be run properly.Update :The store has now being closed a week ...HEAD OFFICE do not seem to have a clue what is happening at the store either...they tell me they email the store directly but no response.

Drive through was over a hour with five cars parked and yes parked because that's what it felt like food was not properly cooked everyone how eat it feels very sick today do not eat out this place shocking shocking service whe have one kfc in the second biggest city in North of lreland were is the owners or even the manager aways a problem if you Dine in Take out or Delivery would highly not regimen so shocking

This place is hit and miss. Could land at 4pm and they would be closed and out of chicken or you could go at 9pm and getba great feed. Chips are always soggy thats a downside.

Food can be nice, but service is terrible. They also can't open on time, which is supposed to be 12pm. waited until 12.15 be for I had to go back to work and still wasn't open and no way near ready to open, as staff was standing about doing nothing.

Alright, I love KFC, but this is the 3rd time in a row I've been without gravy and/or dip. KFC tastes great imo, but it is very VERY dry. If I knew that I wouldn't receive the very thing that I ordered to alleviate the dryness, then I wouldn't have ordered. Also why do they keep turning the deliveries on and off on a dime? I've had multiple times where I've had KFC turn off deliveries in the middle of me making the order, its become a bit of a running gag in the house now.

The place was dirty on the inside and outside. Outside bins and inside bins were overflowing tables had leftover food and trays on with rubbish on the floor. My wife had to return her chicken burger as there was no chicken only batter. I would avoid this place like the plague
