asked for burgers plain and both came dressed

Food was cold he had the uber bag but definitely wasn't piping hot.. He probably did a few deliveries at one go. Something. Not right I ate it anyway

Gravy container wasn’t closed properly and ruined all the food inside the box.

All the items in the bag were wrong. Only roght thing I got was my water bottle. Glad I paid almost £30 for a kids burger and a 3 fillers. Nonsense

second time I've Had a proplem ordinary from this kfc.first time delivery never turned up and I hadi go the shop myself tell them and reorder and this time my order had missing stuff from my order

I’ve ordered a Supercharger, and got the wrong burger instead - even though the price isn’t the same - I know it’s hard to read a docket with 3 meals on it - but come on!! Can you higher staff that isn’t Illiterate… Thank you very much for your incompetence…

food took too long to come and not what I ordered, I asked for plain but it came fully loaded.

My food was never delivered and it says it was on the app had a missed call and tried to ring back no answer / rang kfc 12 times still no answer

Service through the drive through speaker was absolutely horrendous, the woman taking our order was beyond incompetent, pushy and rude. Actually awful treatment towards a customer, gave no time to speak between order and order confirmation, seemed completely unprofessional and uncaring towards us and had 0 customer service skills. Entire experience was disappointing and anxiety inducing and has put me off ever returning. The bag holding our food also immediately ripped while being passed into the car. The drive through was not busy and there was no excuse for this level of rudeness whatsoever. Truly and genuinely disappointed and made our driver feel uncomfortable and upset after the entire interaction.

worst kfc known to mankind . always rushing you in and out and always forgetting something ! in this case forgetting most & kids sundae ? wouldn't think it comes part of the meal . usless staff never seem happy .

Deliver driver didn't deliver the food as I did not give him the code he went to the wrong address and he told the person the highest would deliver the food to correct address

food quality was poor and to be honest uneatable I am pregnant and very unsatisfied customer your resturant needs huge improvement in terms of food quality and standards because in my opinion it has serverly lacked, sort this out otherwise I will have no choice to report the standards to a higher power.

I don't eat here offen, but I do enjoy a KFC, and it didn't let me down

delivered 2 hours after the order was made and the exlected delivery time kept changing. when the order did come the bag of chips were half empty woth about 10 chips inside. Overly priced for how long it took and how little you get for it

terrible experience we waited in the line for an hour because some random person sat in front of the queue looking at the menu and if you told him to leave he would scream and start crying when we told staff they said they couldn't make him leave because he owned the place 1 star

An absolute kip that's never clean. Food quality is awful too. There's 2 chicken shops in Derry, Mother Clucker and Chicken Plaza that are way better than this place

They got my order wrong! I clearly wrote no mayonnaise only lettuce in capital letters and they gave me a glob of mayonnaise and no lettuce

Staff don’t bother to read your delivery notes and send you the wrong order- when you call the store they tell you it’s not their problem and speak to just eat directly - no accountability and no help

Food was ordered at 4pm and didnt arrive until 6.30. Two and half hours for food is unacceptable. Food also arrived cold

My side orders were wrong I asked for rice and mashed potates but gut beans and corn instead. Was looking forward for the mashed potatoes and rice.

I will be talking about two times I have been, first time the place was disgusting, food dropped not picked up the 45 minutes I was there. I was waiting for 45 minutes for food while employees stand doing very little they were spilling drinks all over the place wasn't busy so they were not Rushing. Second time I wanted something small so I was going through drive thru we called at call box for maybe 7 odd minutes but nothing so we pulled up to window. They was very rudely told to go order at call box and when we tried to tell about it they dismissed us and we asked to talk to someone higher ranked we were told to go to call box or leave.

The chip portions were tiny, very few chips and the chicken was too well done, really dark coloured instead of golden brown

Was missing items, 3 gravy's and a large gravy tried ringing them for about 10 minutes they just answered then hung up again, food came cold also. I don't usually do this but you just annoyed me with the answering and hanging up.
