KFC Londonderry - Lesley Retail Park in Derry

Ordered two cookies and didn’t get either of them, and a can of Pepsi max didn’t come also. Would have preferred to be notified of this before it came to my door

An absolute kip that's never clean. Food quality is awful too. There's 2 chicken shops in Derry, Mother Clucker and Chicken Plaza that are way better than this place

They got my order wrong! I clearly wrote no mayonnaise only lettuce in capital letters and they gave me a glob of mayonnaise and no lettuce

I ordered the wrap, there was 2 dry fillets in there, with little mayo and no coleslaw on it, which its advertised. The rest of the chicken was dry. I ordered a diet pepsi drink, we have a diabetic in the house and they sent a full sugar Fanta

Staff don’t bother to read your delivery notes and send you the wrong order- when you call the store they tell you it’s not their problem and speak to just eat directly - no accountability and no help

Food was ordered at 4pm and didnt arrive until 6.30. Two and half hours for food is unacceptable. Food also arrived cold

My side orders were wrong I asked for rice and mashed potates but gut beans and corn instead. Was looking forward for the mashed potatoes and rice.

I will be talking about two times I have been, first time the place was disgusting, food dropped not picked up the 45 minutes I was there. I was waiting for 45 minutes for food while employees stand doing very little they were spilling drinks all over the place wasn't busy so they were not Rushing. Second time I wanted something small so I was going through drive thru we called at call box for maybe 7 odd minutes but nothing so we pulled up to window. They was very rudely told to go order at call box and when we tried to tell about it they dismissed us and we asked to talk to someone higher ranked we were told to go to call box or leave.

The chip portions were tiny, very few chips and the chicken was too well done, really dark coloured instead of golden brown

Was missing items, 3 gravy's and a large gravy tried ringing them for about 10 minutes they just answered then hung up again, food came cold also. I don't usually do this but you just annoyed me with the answering and hanging up.

Got issued with a £90 parking fine for over staying in their car park on Sunday the 10th Nov. Parking fine issued by Euro Car Parks Ltd. Whoever they are! Had on idea there was a time limit to park. Ordered my food and ate in the carpark, after I decided to have a walk along the river side. On idea what the time limit is, apparently I was there for 1hr 42mins. Disgraceful!

Delivery driver was quick once he received the food, the restaurant itself took over an hour to prepare the food, chips all under cooked and inedible

Got food here for the first time in 4 years as the place was in a bad state back then , tonight I ordered a kfc 3 piece or as it was called back in the day . The colonels 3 piece, let me tell you the fries were absolutely amazing so delicious 😋 they now put some sort of mild spice on them and they tasted amazing 👏 the chicken was also amazing cooked to perfection so tasty just like back in the 90s it felt real not that cheap processed rubbish, and the drink wasn't flat .. the only thing they got wrong was the order I got handed a 3 piece of tenders not the drumsticks but am not complaining it was very tasty all the same . 5 stars 🌟 🤩 ✨️ 😍 💛

I didn't receive what I ordered. I ordered three items and I received 1 bucket of 20 hot wings 1 twister wrap with Pepsi can But what was missing is Boneless Bundle 8pc. Actually this order consisted of two items 8 mini fillets and 4 chilli bites. They just sent 4 chilli sweet bites and not the 8 mini fillets.

we have ordered one bucket and 2 burgers and 2 hot wings, but we didn't receive 1 hot wings and 1 popcorn chicken and 1 large gravy.

Very slow service. Only 2 girls on. The drive through & 'just eat' are taking priority. We ordered at 213 & it's 230 and we, along with another 5 tables, are all still waiting. Not fast food!
