Given several different times for delivery but no reason why, an update would be nice

Still waiting for a refund or something to make up for the fact I wasted £38 earlier and the food all came incorrectly made, this is a joke and still haven’t heart nothing on what they are going to do to fix this problem

I like the Subway brand and today this restaurant had everything I wanted to eat. The location is just inside the shopping centre, and it has a spacious seating area with lots of room. Nearly all of the tables in the seating area needed wiped down or cleaned. Staff were slow to start with my order. The bread was not particularly fresh. What is usually a lovely sub was OK. The cookie was good and well the bottled drink was as expected.

Part of the order was WRONG. A completely different WRONG footlong arrived and to top it off there is no working contact tel number to ring the store to complain what a joke last time using subway. Get better staff

Never toast my sub eveb when requested.

order delivered with wrong toppings on wrong meats. due to allergies this made the meal inedible for us

Ordered a BMT salad and got no meat at all in the salad

One sub was toasted with cheese which wasn’t asked for. We also found parts of lettuce through this which again wasn’t asked for. My son couldn’t eat his Saturday treat

Just ordered 2, 6inch subs. And 2 bottles of pepsi and it cost £15.86. Havent eaten in subway in a while and cant believer the prices. And they gave me pepsi max instead of ordinary pepsi which i asked for. I am in shock. It was cheaper to get a sandwich yesterday on my flight back a holiday. I wont be back in subway. Total rip off.

Food was good, but just a Scape of butter on the garlic side needs MORE BUTTER please otherwise really enjoyed plus delivery driver was nice

this is the 2nd time that this subway has given me the wrong order. I paid for a foot long sub and received a 6 inch . absolutely disgusted that I have paid £10 for this tiny sub.

Food was actually disgusting. Hash browns greasy and cold. Crinkles wedges undercooked and disgusting. Subways toasted when not wanting toasted. One of the worse subways ever experienced.

The bread was as hard as a rock i ended up chucking it in the bin.

Food is always delicious, but don’t order from here if your in a rush! I ordered this 2 hours before I was going to work, and it didn’t come until I was just leaving to go to work, luckily I was able to take it with me but it means I had to eat it cold on my break. Should update the delivery time as it’s really way out of its advertising delivery time.

Hello, order placed at 13:42 and only received at 15:20, directions were to leave at entrance of hospital but obviously I waited for a call to say they were here but they never called me and I was waiting Food was tasty just cold Thank you

Took 2 hours for delivery and order was not correct unable to contact store as phone line was unavailable.

It got toasted when it was put down as not toasted so

No drinks where delivered although they where ordered

5* food except the cheesy bites as these were mainly the crumbed batter- not much of ANY cheese, 5* Delivery. Will DEFINITELY be a repeat customer

loved it,,didnt get my poached egg though but still a tasy meal.

The food itself was good, but it has been wrapped in such a careless and messy manner that there was more sauce on the box than in the sandwich, the sandwich which was falling apart and stuck to the wrapping paper, hence the low service score. Delivery time was outstanding, arrived just about perfectly on time.

All came, just didn’t toast the tuna. But toasted the other one? Possibly they don’t like the smell of warm tuna but it was wanted warm. Still nice cold but wanted it warm. Even stayed in notes to toast both. Delivery was very fast also. Will order again happily

I've been eating meatball with plenty of salad in the subway for three years, it's the first time I've seen an employee making such a bad sandwich. My meatballs fell, my salads fell and she didn't put it in the bread without caring. when i said she Why did you do that . this sandwich so bad. Another friend's reply: SHe said that you had all the vegetables put in it!! There are employees who are very sloppy, disrespectful, bad, and have a style.

They delivered someone else's order and despite calling 2 different numbers, one from Just Eat which happens to be Just Eat Customer Service, not the actual restaurant. I got the restaurant's number from Google but no one picks up so I was unable to fix the problem.

this driver missed up the orders and gave me someone else’s, what i’m i suppose to do with somebody else’s order. clearly lacking in common knowledge of how to look at the order and the name on the phone to put the same to together.

Supposed to be open till 6, went at 5.40 and they told me they are closed and had everything read off the counter. And that they are only open till 5.45 which is a blatant lie. More interested in packing up and leaving early that serving paying customers. Not impressed at all.

Horrible everytime I went here, dry even though I got 2 sauces on my sub, bland tasting meat, horrible all around I went here multiple times to keep giving it a a chance over the years, never coming back, only nice things is the staff is nice.

No bread, open at ten and said bread wont be ready till 11 what's the point of opening if not prepared

Opens at 10am but today only salads and wraps available until 11am. No bread for the subs had been baked. Seems extremely strange when that's their main business.

There are so many places who has no time to explain types of food that you may like. Not here such a excellent place for all. The staff were friendly and polite, made time to explain the types of sandwiches & although their were people behind me the staff were very professional always smiling. First time at this particular subway but it wont be our last, great food fantastic staff & a sitting area. Thank you folks

Your standard Subway shop. It is in a good location, but can get easily jammed when driving in during busy spells. The food and ingredients are mostly fresh and in stock, as this place does a good bit of trade, even late at night

Opening times state that they're open until 9pm but apparently they close an hour early on a Monday and Wednesday for some bizarre reason. Also, If you're actually closed, put your shutters down!

Why when you ask for a foot long they automatically cut it in 2 making two 6 inch. I said I didn't want it cut and she just laughed and wrapped it up. Won't be ever back.
