Lovely food and great service,thankyou

Food was good (what came) a little on the salty side for me (but that is personal preference I guess). We had a side order of fried rice missing and we ordered a chicken satay but got another chicken dish instead so this meant one person was left without their food order.

Thought I would give this place a try as I heard about it being good....well not tonight food was awful..the chips were a greasy stodge all conjealed together ..chicken chow mein had one slither of carrot and dry zero flavour with boiled chicken..I have pics to prove

the tracking details is not true it says delivered (enjou your food) but i never received my order and waited for an hour but no show. the restaurant called to appologize yet the order did still not arrive. now me and my friend were starving and thought ordering online would be convinient but not until now. we were from the isle of man and never experience like this before. its so upsetting now we wanted a refund for the food we ordered that never arrived. 😔 worst experience ever.

nicest salt and chilli chips !! came roasting. large portions aswell so plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day

Absolute shambles stay well clear. Rude staff and delivery drivers that can’t get the right address only to be told they did and manager told the girl on the phone to say she was away. You are a joke I’m hardly ringing if I received my food. Not if you where the last place on earth doing food would I place an order here.

Bought two portions of Curry and Chips; received two very large bags of delicious chips and a container of curry sauce. Can say in all honesty that they were the best Curry and Chips I have ever tasted.

kfc order.allegedly no taxis available for delivery. when phoned got cut off by staff.never again.late food was cold greasy and stuffing was solid white pudding.horrible.never again!

The delivery driver flat out refuses to drop the food to the door every single time. Great food though, just a pity.

I ordered the Malaysian shrimp curry. The shrimp is rancid. I rang the takeaway and was told "its fine, no refund, no change in order". I'll be handing this to environmental health tomorrow. Beware.

Really tasty and portion size is unreal! Chips from Chinese/Asian takeaways are usually mediocre at best but Lemongrass chips are really good. First time ordering, will definitely be back

Quality food and very generous portions

Everything was very good, however found the Singapore chow mien dry for my taste, would order a sauce with it next time. The battered chicken was very good and the Malaysian curry superb. Overhaul very good.

Amazing food but impossible to order from yet only located around the corner from this place. Ordered three separate times now and they cancelled my orders with pending payments from the bank (which i know will eventually be refunded). If you are not able to take orders then take yourselves off justeat

The food was amazing, however I only had one small issue I ordered 1.5 litres Fanta and when my food was delivered it was 1 litre Fanta. The food is very tasty.

Wrong food delivered. Duck in pineapple sauce, not plum sauce as ordered. Just Eat refused to assist as I couldn’t take a photo. Very disappointed as we’ve found Lemongrass to be good in the past.

Poor quality on this occasion, such a pity. Called the restaurant to query the quality of sauce which was basically coloured water and was fobbed off. A pity because I usually order twice a week. Will give them a miss for a while now.

the food was left sitting on our doorstep in the rain and no one rang the bell. I even rang the restaurant to see where it was. It was freezing unbeatable and covered in rain water left where dogs or cats could have peed on it. When i rang the restaurant reluctantly to complain they did nothing and offered no recompense. we were left hungry and down money. Only hoping just eat can get our money back for us

Terrible quality, thought I'd give them another go but no the food was dreadful again. Very expensive for old reheated chips, curry that was lukewarm and seriously bulked up with onions! Used to be so good but now just another takeaway who dropped their standards. I won't be ordering again! Prices went up and quality went down!

I placed my order online using a card payment and paid £5 for delivery. 5 mins before delivery I received a text and also a call from Lemongrass advising that I needed to to pay the driver another £2 for delivery as I lived far out. I explained that I had no cash on me as I had paid by card and that I had already paid £5 online. The staff member was quite rude and abrupt with me and when I said it wasn’t the best customer experience the staff member was extremely argumentative. Unfortunately will not be ordering from here again after this experience.

Ordered from Just Eat for convenience tonight before my other half went to work at 7:10pm. Ordered with the estimated delivery time 6:35-6:55, received a notification to say it was on its way at 6:40… I rang the restaurant at 7pm as we live a 5 minute drive away and still no food and my fiancée had to go to work very soon. The food arrived at 7:10 so he did not get to enjoy it before his 12 hour shift…. Very disappointing. We were waiting for it to come since the notification.

Shocking food, I had the black bean dish…duck me must have been black pepper dish. Not good at all..will not be ordering from this take away again.

I ordered from here as my mum and I decided to stay in Derry/Londonderry overnight on a whim. I'm so glad I chose to order from here as the food was incredibly tasty, piping hot and arrived literally 10 minutes after ordering. Portions were huge too!

Chicken fried rice dishes in polystyrene boxes so were not very warm, chips and oinion rings were cold and hard and didn't appear to be freshly cooked, curry could also have been hotter, disappointing meal for the money.

Always really early and the food is delicious. The last time we ordered they forgot the drink but must have noticed and drove back because 10 minutes later they showed up at the door with it. Very impressed with the service!

Ordered Singapore fried rice, got noodles. Just a mushy mess with burnt egg and bits of what I think was meat of some sort. Disgusting! Straight to the bin.

Is it me or the restaurant, ordered with no curry sauce and frequently comes with. Food returned, keep the money, time for a new takeaway .

Ordered on just eat over 30 pounds of an order to then for then to cancel the order and refund money that takes 5 days!

Food was lovely, we don’t usually order from here. after paying £4 delivery through just eat I was texted by Lemongrass asking for £1 for the driver - I said no to this as I already paid for delivery and really don’t live far enough to justify a £5 delivery charge and the driver was very unhappy. definitely don’t think i’ll order again, bit weird!

We have ordered a few times from Lemongrass, and each time the food has been excellent, definitely order again, would recommend it.

Was asked to pay £1 on delivery for driver, I phoned restaurant as had paid by card and was told they would make my 1.5 litre coke a 500ml coke if I didn't pay driver a pound. Won't order from here again!

I ordered a salted chilli chicken special and a chicken ball special. The salted chilli chicken special came without curry sauce. It doesn't state on the menu that this dish doesn't include curry sauce and should be bought separately. The option to add on different sauces was available for both specials but so was the option to add rice or chips, both also standard ingredients in a special, therefore I did not choose any "add-ons" as it didn't seem necessary to tell them to add a standard ingredient to the meal. The chicken ball special came with curry sauce as is customary with all "specials" in all the local Chinese takeaways in this city. I'm extremely disappointed in the dry meal they delivered.
