Supermac's Foyleside Shopping Centre in Derry

Service is horrible. They are so slow a line nearly all the way to the Chinese and waiting 20 minutes just to order!! It’s meant to be fast food but yet ur waiting forever

Was in here for lunch on Saturday past. Haven’t been in years and was well impressed. Just how I remember it, delicious, fast and well priced. Will return again!

One of the busiest nights in the run up to xmas in Derry is always santa arriving to turn on the lights. As packed as the food court in Foyleside was, the biggest queue was at Supermacs. Most people had a half an hours wait or more in the queue, standing with young kids, babies in prams and grandparents etc If the staff were moving quickly theres not much you could say but there was just a handful of staff that could not manage the numbers, were talking with each other, laughing, waving at their friends in the food court and shuffling around with absolutley no urgency. If there was a manager there he/she was either turning a blind eye or joining it. People in the queue were disgusted. when we finally got ordering, after 35mins, we were told to take a buzzer down to our table and come bk when it went off! Felt like walking away at this stage but with 3 young kids under the age of 7 it wasnt an option after waiting that long. Supermacs food is fine for fast food but its the service and staff at this particular chain im outraged with as there was nothing fast about it. Even the cleaners of the food court were going around saying how ridiculous the service had been all day and how the staff were so slow. Steer clear if your visiting Derry for anything. Plenty of other faster food outlets to choose from!

I was served a wrap with pink mold and had to be refunded,my friends accompanying me were put off of their own meals due to this. The woman serving us was very unpleasant also.

Great selection of food on offer & efficient service. The burgers are well dressed & really tasty. The seating area is very open plan & not at all snug, just too bright & a bit chaotic for my liking! Would definitely recommend though.....

Stopped in here to get the kids fed and they all liked it - especially the loaded fries. I was told they had no fresh chicken left though - only frozen so I skipped it.

I was not impressed by the food here. It looked bad and tasted equally bad. It's among the worst fast food I've eaten

Have visited here quite often and have never received a bad meal, staff are very helpful and efficient food excellent and no matter how long the queue you never wait to long

Was here last Saturday evening with two children under 3. The staff were very busy, but one employee in particular, a vice-manager perhaps, went out of her way to be helpful, assisting me with putting the children into chairs, giving them toys etc. I was very happy with the food and service, and would definitely recommend it to parents with young families.

Best fast food in Ireland. Love the chicken fillet burger and chips. Piping hot, served prompt, tases delish

Myself and my son went here for a snack and had a large burger meal it was very large with 3 burgers and all the dressing you want with chips and drink 2 meals for under a tenner that can't be bad

Very good . I has there iceream and muffin. It was very nice. The chips and chicken burgers are also nice.

Love super macs . Chicken fillet burger one of the best and love their chips. Food always tasty and piping hot, hard to beat!

Good quality food for the price that you pay. The staff were extremeley friendly and courtious. In my opion a better altnernative than McDonalds.

like McDonalds and KFC in one - prices seemed ok to me and service was fast and pleasant. Ice cream similar to McFLURRYS and just as tasty

Bien, si McDonald's está demasiado llena en Foyleside Supermacs siempre hay. Ofrece una gran variedad de alimentos, muchos más de McDonalds! Hemos comido aquí varias veces tuvimos el desayuno y el almuerzo, y tengo que decir que la comida era de muy alto nivel y el personal era muy bueno en su trabajo y cortés sin duda volver

On a Christmas outing in town today we decided to have lunch in here with my small grandchild and my daughter.The food arrived and the had my daughter's ordered upon taking it back a member of staff was very sharp to the point of been ignorant and intimidating,she really shouldn't be serving members of the public with that attitude, I can't fault the rest of the staff there they were amazing.It has though put me of ever eating in there again which is a shame .That girl would need a course on customer service .

I had never heard of Supermacs till I had moved to Londonderry and the Mrs who is Irish told me it's like the equivalent of McDonald's. For the kids the food is great, typically chicken nuggets and fries and a choice of drink and a toy thrown in. My kids love it. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey for burgers or fried chicken compared to the likes of McDonald's and KFC. On my last visit I ordered a double cheese burger and fries and it tasted alright but for what I was charged I couldn't help but think I'd have gotten more for my money at McDonald's. However I still enjoyed the burger and on the plus side the fries taste loads better than McDonald's cardboard fries.

Queued with others and ordered from friendly staff. Food cooked to order but given pager that informed us when ready. Had to wait for a while, but worth waiting for. Lovely burgers which were hot unlike some other fast food places. Will be back!

love this place, always great "HOT" food, food is mostly cook to order whixh i like so you now you are getting it fresh, staff are really helpful and friendly even though they are always busy, would def recommend this place to anyone.

My wife wanted to try a fast food burger while on vacation, since the beef was advertised as English or Irish. I balked at McDonalds, but was curious about Supermacs, so we gave it a try. The burgers were actually good, especially for fast food in a mall, with crisp fresh toppings. My wife ordered a milkshake with her meal combo, instead of a soda. It was actually made from ice cream and milk, and just a 10p upcharge. That was quite a bargain. The chips were also very good, and tasted better than almost all fast food fries in the States. The value wasn’t bad either. It was more expensive, but given the quality, worth it. I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely eat at Supermacs again.

We finally got around to having a burger here having walked past it almost daily and it was well worth the wait, hope to come here more often in the future.

One of the better fast food restaurant chains. Serving what I would call proper potato chips, and decent beef in their burgers. Staff are usually busy, but friendly, and helpful. They have a good selection of meal deals, at a comparable price.

This is a terrible fast food place. Seriously under staffed. There are always broken tills here so normally only serving food at one The quality of the food is very poor based on the price and service.Avoid this place.

go to supermacs every week while out shopping, meal deals are great value for money, always lovely fresh food especially the chicken wraps and supermac burgers. Much superior food than another well known similiar restaurant in foyleside. Staff always friendly and not stingy with sauces and you will always get a seat no matter how crowded, which i like.

Got chicken goujons and half of them were still frozen solid, dont know how a resturant could make such a rookie mistake but i wasnt impressed, been before and its been ok, taco chips are nice but will avoid after the last time
