The best restaurants in Down South Eastern NI

Great food freshly made chicken fillets which are actual fillets not some processed meat, chips which are crispy but not burned, really recommend as I'm really picky on food with my kids

Go when im busy at work and need a snack quickly.

Food is generally good, recently stuff missing from order and taken back....said they made the whole order from scratch but they didn't as the original items were cold.

Had carryout food, it was excellent with good portion sizes, will definitely get out of Sea Palace again when staying locally

Came here with family expecting a nice dinner experience. Bottle of Malbec way overpriced. Ordered 3 tomatoe and jalapeño soup, bland and tasteless.. I wonder does the chef taste his food 🤔. DISAPPOINTING. Ordered 4 mains, steak sandwich which was 20 pound was grisly plus 3 pound for fries. The salmon that came out was very small with a few greasy fried potatoes. No veg! No sauce. Priced at 24 pound. The beef burger appeared and tasted like cheap frozen beef. McDonald's or burger king burger would taste better than that. Lastly ordered a steak... The only one on the menu.... At 34 pound expected a good sized steak. It was very small, very chewy and quite grizly. The peppercorn sauce watery too. Again no veg just a pathetic small bit of rocket salad and cold tomatoe. This place is way overpriced and over rated I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and definitely won't return. The waiting staff were nice and friendly and attentive to us that was the ONLY positive. Service charge was included and we paid it. it should not be included though and people should give a tip if they feel the need.

Food was top tier! Got everything I asked for and was perfectly fresh and warm, would highly recommend this place, onion rings were absolutely delightful too! Great job!

The best Chinese in County Down the food was delicious 😋 and the staff are friendly and they come over to talk to you. 10/10 .😊

Love this chippy the food is delicious. It does take a long time to wait on the food tho that's the biggest down side.

Just had a cortado. Very weak with very little coffee flavour. Also, staff should wash their hands after sneezing into them.

In overends cafe today for lunch at around 2.20. There was hardly any food in the display cabinet empty spaces and half filled bowls. Asked for quiche none available. Mushroom soup was available with one slice of bread for 9.50 euros !!!!! Very very disappointed Paid 42.30 for soups I sausage roll 2 biscuit bars tea and 2 coffees. Ridiculously expensive. Other people were complaining about 5 euros for a small plain muffin. Will not be returning.

Lovely place to dine with friends. Athulya was very helpful and the service overall was nice. The food was very nice and filling and I would come back again.
