We visit here often and we are never disappointed. The staff espically a girl called Amy goes above and beyond we will 100% be back again and again

We were looking for fast food so we thought we would give this place a try. I ordered the veggie burger and fries. The burger was very good and I was pleased I could get one. The fries were doused in butter, very unhealthy, I think because they were garlic fries, but tadted ok. My husband had fish and chips and he said it was terrible, too greasy, and he never wanted to return. The counter person was very helpful and answered all of our questions and worked hard to get our order to us quickly. We were thankful for the bathroom, but it was definitely a janitor closet / bathroom so not very glamorous at all.

Food OK. £4 for a milkshake that's not great. I can see why the large cue is for McDonald's beside it.The place is baltic freezing 🥶 too

I ordered a takeaway tonight since I didn't feel like cooking and decided to try there new festive chicken burger and brie bites with there festive fries the brie bites were very nice so was the fries but the stuffing pattie in the burger was rock solid like it hasint been cooked properly I couldn't get my teeth into it so I had to remove it the rest was nice but considering I'm paying extra for delivery aswell I was disappointed about the burger.

Dined tonight as a party of four The food was excellent The three young men on duty tonight Harvey Conor and Reese impressed all of us with their Coleraine humour and it made our evening looking forward to returning

Could do with some nice music playing. The Xmas hot chocolates are lovely and the velvet cake too. Very much enjoyed! The service is somewhat friendly but could definitely be improved. The tables could be tidied faster. We waited about 5 mins until a table we were at was cleared by a member of staff.

This was a brilliant find! Stayed in the Ibis hotel and wanted to eat without going too far. Absolutely beautiful decor. Warm and welcoming and comfortable. On Sunday early evening great guy playing and singing. The staff make this place without a doubt. Danielle, Amy, Neeru and Harvey. A fabulous team and we’re so friendly. To be greeted with smiles can be somewhat rare in hospitality these days!! Danielle chatted to us and was so helpful. A big asset to this restaurant!!!!

Disgusting..... Last time I was here I made a large order for my family as I wanted to treat them to a takeaway. After I ordered I could see into their back storage room. There was a tiered cart on wheels with chips in each tray. To my absolute shock and dismay I could see someone with a mop and bucket right beside this. When I watched the person PLUNGE HARD into the bucket, they splashed the chemicals from the bucket all over the chips. Obviously this is disturbing to anyone about to eat the chips out of here. I don't want myself to get sick. Told the girl at the counter and she seemed very disinterested. I therefore felt I would just cancel the order and leave as I don't want to be at risk or my family.

filling wasn't inside the sub, like some was forgot and thrown in at the end. lesson of the day? don't have it delivered

This is my nearest McDonald's and always has been, food barely ever has any problems, this branch somehow messes up your order less than the average branch. But. Recently they moved around all their opening and closing times. With a big bright shining 24 hour sign but not even 24 hour? Then they sometimes are meant to be open but they bang some signs across the drive through so you can't get in. Now I do understand cleaning needs to be done aswell as other things but not even an app warning or maybe a Facebook post? I live a 25 minute drive away and about roughly 10 pound of fuel that could have been saved if they notified somewhere when they do this? And finally this is the only McDonald's I've been to where the app NEVER works. I've had the app not work for this McDonald's so try a different one and it works fine? I'm not sure what's going on there but it's been going on a few months so I'm begging this gets sorted. All in all I love the food and the staff are all so lovely and if there are ever problems they work fast to sort it and it's never too long of a wait unless it's busy which is expected and I have no problems waiting a little bit longer to ensure my food is good, the staff aren't unsafely rushing etc. Summary: I recommend but beware it might not be open when you get there

Called in today and when I got to till lady (used loosely) behind till started shouting about being too close (which I wasn't), I told her I was standing on the 2 metre sign x then shouted at me to get back a bit then when I went to pay she was really snottery xx I don't usually shop in here but after today I won't be back xx
