Lovely food and experience. Sad to see it change

We visit here often and we are never disappointed. The staff espically a girl called Amy goes above and beyond we will 100% be back again and again

2 hours to get food that was lukewarm at best. 2 small steaks stuck together so not cooked properly. It wasn’t cooked on one side, totally raw. When I took it back the guy didn’t apologise or offer another steak cooked properly. Just looked at me. For £48 I expected good food and service but got neither. Used to love Yoko, haven’t been in a while and it was a totally different experience than the last time I ate there. It wasn’t even busy when I was in so I can’t even use that as an excuse.

The food was one and a half hours late, the food was so cold that the chips didn't look like they ever seen the pan, the driver just dumped the food in my arms and ran didn't say why it was so late or why the food was not able to be ate. Tried to ring after and the phone just rang and rang, will never be back

Good size helpings and flavour (fish and chips & cheesy shredded chicken). Probably don't need quite so much cheese!

Great atmosphere super friendly staff and the food came very fast and staff were super patient and kindly provided a good and safe atmosphere

Dined tonight as a party of four The food was excellent The three young men on duty tonight Harvey Conor and Reese impressed all of us with their Coleraine humour and it made our evening looking forward to returning

I don't think you could get a more miserable team of people if you tried! Not one member cracked a slight smile, could barely even make eye contact or speak to customers. All staff were the same! No one looked like they wanted to be there. The drinks were all wrong and not what was ordered at the till, which wasn't surprising given the guy taking orders showed no interest in what we were asking for. The woman behind the cake counter stood there as we were trying to guess what a certain cake was, with a face like thunder. Just leaves a pretty rubbish atmosphere. What was supposed to be a seasonal coffee special, was basically a simple latte with a bit of cream ontop, very different to the picture, topped with sauce and Sprinkles. Just miserable!

This was a brilliant find! Stayed in the Ibis hotel and wanted to eat without going too far. Absolutely beautiful decor. Warm and welcoming and comfortable. On Sunday early evening great guy playing and singing. The staff make this place without a doubt. Danielle, Amy, Neeru and Harvey. A fabulous team and we’re so friendly. To be greeted with smiles can be somewhat rare in hospitality these days!! Danielle chatted to us and was so helpful. A big asset to this restaurant!!!!

Disgusting..... Last time I was here I made a large order for my family as I wanted to treat them to a takeaway. After I ordered I could see into their back storage room. There was a tiered cart on wheels with chips in each tray. To my absolute shock and dismay I could see someone with a mop and bucket right beside this. When I watched the person PLUNGE HARD into the bucket, they splashed the chemicals from the bucket all over the chips. Obviously this is disturbing to anyone about to eat the chips out of here. I don't want myself to get sick. Told the girl at the counter and she seemed very disinterested. I therefore felt I would just cancel the order and leave as I don't want to be at risk or my family.

Bacon and brie except they had no brie so got a bit of mozzarella. Bacon was minimal, slapped on some onion but was mostly a pepper sandwich, looked like it had been sat on and was sloppy. Staff slooooooow, not Evelyn pleasant. Seats in the place are wrecked. A dive

Great McDonald's especially the lobby staff probably the finest anywhere couldn't be more helpful

Called in today and when I got to till lady (used loosely) behind till started shouting about being too close (which I wasn't), I told her I was standing on the 2 metre sign x then shouted at me to get back a bit then when I went to pay she was really snottery xx I don't usually shop in here but after today I won't be back xx
