Yoko at the Jet Centre in Coleraine

Me and hubby love it here. This is our second time here. Very good portions and yummy foods. Attentive and nice staff also. Definitely will come back and highly recommended. 🎉❤️

1st class service, the restaurant was fully booked apart from a small table. The staff and management dealt with the customers in a fast and efficient manor with attention to detail Excellent food and brilliant customer service received. Highly recommend this restaurant.

First class food and service! Only negative was that the light above the area we were sitting in needed a new bulb and left our table poorly lit. Easily sorted though! Thank you for a super dining experience and we hope to return soon!

Food was Excellent as usual but 5 of us were squeezed in to a table for 4, the the 5th person being a large adult. There was not enough room for the dishes. Food came initially very quickly but 1 of the dishes a good 10 minutes later. Another came but we waited a good 15 minutes for the side order. Then had to ask for a plate and cutlery. We also had ordered an extra portion of soft noodles but we had to ask twice for it, eventually coming a good 30 minutes in to our meal. First time ever this has happened and I wouldn’t let it put me off from returning as food is always Excellent and staff so good. Just being honest. Nachos were amazing as were the vegetable Fajitas.

Placed an order for takeout, we were told the order which was not a big order would take 2hrs. After arriving we had to wait an extra 45min. On top of this our order was not 100% correct. We have eaten here many times but unfortunately on this occasion our experience was not a positive one. I would suggest avoiding busy times/weekends.

Highly disappointed in visit last night. Tables very close together that if server was taking an order or delivering food to next table their rear was almost in your food. Not server's fault but management trying to push so many customers in. My starter of chicken satay had very little sauce and was tasteless. The wife's mushrooms were beautiful and tasty. My mixed grill was dry dry dry. Says comes with crispy potato which I took to be a side. It was in fact a dip dish with like mini chip crisps in it but smaller. Wasn't touched as couldn't lift them with a fork. The steak was tough and after two bites was left. The sausage was worst I've ever tasted. Won't ever have it again if we do go back. The side for the wife was forgot about and had to be asked for. The staff were over worked and making mistakes due to the amount of people being squashed in. Used to be our favourite but not anymore

Family of 6 out for a birthday meal. Staff were very attentive and remembered that I’d asked for something special for my husbands birthday, portion sizes were excellent and we were able to take home what we couldn’t finish. Perfect stop before a movie. Will be visiting again.

The service was very unsatisfactory. Our table was booked for 7.30 but we weren’t eating our main course until 9. Luckily enough our food was delicious.

First time in Yoko. The experience was pleasant. Food was very good and flavoursome. Sadly, our food was not very hot so it disappointed us somewhat.

I had Rebecca serve me and they were awful. They didn’t know any of the drinks, anything about the food and wasn’t able to advise the table next to us about food without allergens. Drinks weren't brought and over all bad service. Food is amazing as always. Over all give your chefs a raise but train your staff.

Been here a few times and every time it is delicious! Never had a bad feed yet, something to suit everyone, and the portions are big enough to share if your kids decide they want what you're having

Great food and full of flavour, I particularly really enjoyed the sticky Thai rice with the coconut chicken. Amazing decorative atmosphere too with an extensive menu to suit tastes of all kinds! The meals came out quickly and staff are helpful and friendly too

Food is always amazing, never delayed or cold, always delicious and warm. The only thing was there was a few new members of waiting staff working and our order was mixed up, but it was quickly rectified, not a big thing and Snr staff were very accommodating and understanding of that happened

Recently visited for an Anniversay meal with my wife. The restaurant very busy and because of this we had to wait on our second course for quite a while. After we asked about it, it came quite quickly which gave us very little time to eat it as we had booked a cinema time. My wife went to pay for the cinema tickets and I paid the bill. She asked me what the bill was and when I told her she said we had been overcharged So I returned to the restaurant and queried the bill and found out I had been overcharged by £54 which was refunded to my card. This is not the kind of experience that we normally have as Yoko is one of our favourite places to eat

We had a table of 12 for my Daughters 9th Birthday! The staff was amazing and really made it a comfortable experience! The food was delicious and we couldn't fault it will definitely be back.

Booked a table for an evening meal to celebrate my retirement for 4 adults. Order quickly taken after we browsed through the extensive menu. Meal quickly arrived and we all enjoyed our choices completely. Would highly recommend a visit!

Would highly recommend Yoko's. First time there 10/12/23. We had 3 different dishes and all 3 were quality. We left full and contented. Will be back for definate. Quality and price point spot on.

Best meal of our 2 week roadtrip! Highly recommend the chili chicken noodle soup. Portion size is generous, it’s not too spicy but still has a ton of flavour.

I had booked a table a week in advance for 6 of us to celebrate my daughters birthday, when we arrived we were told out table wasn’t ready and to take a seat, we could see the staff trying to figure out where to put us, after almost 15 minutes they shuffled a few tables and we were finally seated. After another 15 minutes while we watched other people being served who came in after us even after I tried to get the staffs attention, we left and will not be back

My son and daughter in law and grandkids took me and hubby here for tea. Have never been before. But must say we will definitely be back. Friendly staff beautiful food. Really good first time experience 5⭐️

I had a table booked for 6 people, this table was booked 3 days in advance online for a child's Birthday treat. We arrived at the time of our reservation and we were told to sit and wait. I could see a couple of the girls working there trying to figure out where they were going to seat us, they then proceeded to lift a table and carry it to place it at the entrance, I asked if we could be seated somewhere more suitable as the table was squeezed in an area that was a walk way, the girl doing this who I assume was the manager just walked away, after 5 more minutes they then came back over and said they did not know where they where going to seat us. I stated that we had pre booked this table and at the time of booking I had advised it was for a birthday, the girl then said that they just make the tables up as people come in. There was quite a few tables free at this point so I suggested a table that people had just left which had 8 seats. The girl then advised that it was pre booked for someone else, which didn't make much sense as she had literally just told me that they didn't have a table for us which was pre booked in advance? Absolutely apauled by the service, have been to yokos loads of times and had a great experience and food, we travel quiet a bit to get here but after today I doubt we will be back. One very upset child

Been years since I last visited Yoko, and back then it wasn't in the Jet Centre. The restaurant is very clean and nicely laid out, with comfortable seating and a decent amount of room. Staff were attentive and helpful and the menu was unbelievable -- such a diverse array of options (of the Asian fusion variety). Every course was delicious and I honestly felt it was great value for money as each member of our dinner party had a few cocktails as well. Wouldn't hesitate to return to reccomend it to other friends/family.

Called in for lunch. I had very average noodles, they were meant to be fried but were clearly just boiled. Vegetarian menu was ok but not great choices. Husband had fried rice which was served in a not very clean barrel like thing. Wasn't impressed. Wouldn't go out of my way to go, but if in and around the jet centre I'd call in. Prices not terrible. Atmosphere strange - piano / classical music and in the middle of the jet centre chaos, was a little strange.

Fantastic as always, two of us sharing birthday celebrations got the birthday treatment.

Yoko is located inside the Jet Centre, it is very spacious with ample seating for everyone, however booking ahead is well advised as it's always busy the menu is fabulous and has a great variety of food on it, the staff are extremely welcoming and very friendly also extremely efficient given the amount of people who want to go there..it is good value for money with very generous portions of you are celebrating a birthday you will not be forgotten as I found out upon my visit

Received a carryout tonight food was atrocious, kids minute steak was an extra small portion,steak was fatty and full of grisle. Chicken hotpot had minimal chicken, little or no ginger/garlic. Sauce was bland,tofu in dish wasn't listed as an ingredient!

Yoko is a fab restaurant for families and date night, the food and drinks come out fast and have a wide selection available. The duck and pancakes is a great starter to share. The portions are generous with the meat. One down side to this restaurant is once you have ordered your mains you are nearly forgotten about. After we had our mains we were asked if we wanted to see a desert menu. We said yes, aftwr about 20 mins no menu arrived and another waitress told us we had to leave as someone else needed our table. We told her that we were waiting on the desert menu but left anyway as this was off putting

Food is out of this world, duck is so succulent yet so crispy perfectly cooked. I would advise to book in advance, we came on a Wednesday evening and found it to be very busy.

Got from Yoko this week. Honestly the price is higher than a takeaway would be in Belfast and you would expect Belfast to be more expensive. I got honey chilli chicken with fried rice and a salt and chilli chip. It came to over £18.00. At our local we could get 2 meals for £12.00. Also the honey chilli chicken lacked flavour for me, it tasted more like a sugar sauce then a honey chilli. I wouldn't be rushing back

Waited 40 mins on food when 3 tables came in after and wer served and not even an apology.

Expensive. I find some the dishes too spicy.

15 years we've been having food from Yoko. Usually always fabulous, but what' has happened to the food? No taste at all, sauces tasted like sweet water, 'no' chilli taste to the honey chilli sauce at all, just bland. We had our usual dishes of Honey Chilli Chicken & Sweet & Sour Chicken both with Fried Rice...both dishes were awful, we're very shocked & disappointed! Fried rice was yellow & plain tasting! £24.00 in the bin. Won't be back after all these years.

Would have been great if staff spoke more politely. I do understand they are busy but could have politely replied if they could not make it fast as we requested it. Instead got a very rude answer. Disappointed

We came to Yoko for valentines dinner this evening as we had previously eaten here and had fantastic food. The food this evening was amazing , however, the poor service by staff left a bad taste on the experience. We waited over 35 minutes for our plates to be cleared, while what appeared to be a manager had to call staff over on several occasions to tell them to tend to customers, even still, no one was in a great rush to serve. We had every intention of finishing our evening off with dessert, but after 35 minutes of waiting on someone to even clear the table we decided we wouldn't want to spend any more time or money in the premise, very disappointing ending to a lovely meal.

ordered a takeaway on a Wednesday at 4:30pm for a start took close to 40 minutes for a garlic chip, curry sauce and sweet and sour chicken which sets you back around £15 when i tried the food my chips were underdone with a bit of a bite and the chicken and garlic chips were so lacklustre of flavour.

Good quality food, starter of crispy chilli prawns really really tasty and well presented. Portion size for main course was huge, I couldn't finish all of it!

Service was appalling. We had to ask for our food order to be taken after waiting 20 mins. The food then took ages to arrive and when it did there wasn't enough room on the table to hold it all, in fact the waitress moved the food my child was eating so she could set a side oder down, in front of him! There were a few empy tables so it wasn't overly busy. Needless to say we will not be back!

Lovely meal together with family as a takeaway… but had to be called back as they had forgotten to give me some of the order. Also was lacking in rice portions, I think they were forgotten, but meal was delicious. Concerned about the amount of plastic and non-recyclable packaging, this has to change surely as most other places have found recyclable options.

Absolutely fantastic!!! Food was great staff was brilliant couldn't do enough for you. Will definitely be going back my daughter said best birthday meal she had up to date.

We visited Fri 1st July. One major downside to this place is there's no waiting area so for us when our table wasn't ready upon arrival, all you can do is stand outside. Would also be convenient for management to be able to move tables that have overstayed to a bar area. Manager on door was friendly and polite when we entered. Drinks order taken & received promptly. Staff all super friendly, especially our server Hollie-Rose. Absolutely lovely personality. Starters were good. Hot n Spicy soup was amazing. One of our mains was terrible. Wall Ba Seafood Combo. Super bland to the extent it literally had no flavour and the squid was horrible. Like chewing a bouncy ball. All sitting in some kind of hard rice bowl, very unappetising. Hollie dealt with it so well, such a gem. This girl is excellent at what she does! I manage a restaurant and would gladly have Hollie as part of my team. The other Main was a Thai Coconut Prawn & Monkfish type Curry. Far too sweet to the point it was a bit sickening. The decor/setting of the place is lovely, and the ambience is nice. Maybe we unfortunately chose two poor dishes, because a lot of the other reviews are great. We've been to Asia travelling, twice, so we know what to expect in terms of flavours. Unfortunately Yoko didn't deliver on this occasion.

Service was good with staff being attentive and efficient. Unfortunately both mine and my husband's dishes were very disappointing and bland. It is not cheap and for the price paid we would expect bottles of soy sauce and black pepper mills rather than sachets of them!

Very friendly service, I really enjoyed my starter of gyozas, very good indeed. My main course of monkfish was really sweet and spicy enough. Overall not a bad experience, nice ambiance but good could be better

I normally really enjoy yoko, but tonight was the worst experience I have ever had in it. For start some of the staff are extremely rude, mainly a boy called luke who was giving us dirty looks and rolling his eyes just when we asked to order cause we had been waiting a while. The food we had ordered came out as the wrong thing but did get sorted in the end. The noodles were rock hard, and finally I had asked the waiters 4 times to remind them it was my father in laws 50th birthday and to have music playing and the sparklers for his desert and the staff didn’t bother doing that either. The main problem was the waiter luke as he was extremely rude and that is not how someone working with the public should act. I would also say the table space is extremely limited as we had to start placing things on the ground as there was no space on the table!

I won't say it was excellent but what the food lacked the staff made up for. We had wok fried rice and chicken, but the rice was very dry so must remember a sauce of some kind next visit.

Last ordered a take out on 18th Mar. Price £18. Exact same order 2nd May... £24.

Wowser. Talk about fab Asian cuisine.

This visit was for my husband's birthday and we were both very disappointed. Firstly, the prices on the menu and website would need updated. We were charged £18.50 for a Duck Curry and it's advertised at £14.50. Same with the Sweet & Sour, an extra £2.00 on advertised price. The Sweet & Sour sauce was very bland and the chicken quite tough. The Duck Curry advertised as Mild was very hot. It came in a cauldron with a tablespoon, which would have been more suitable for a chowder and the Duck was completely immersed in the Curry sauce. We had to ask for another plate to put the rice and Duck onto. Last time the sauce was served separately. Unfortunately a very disappointing experience and we don't plan on returning any time soon. On a positive note, the staff are very friendly and tables were well spaced out.

This place is hard to beat. Such a hidden gem at the jet centre it's defo a must try.. We had 23 for a birthday on Saturday past and they still made it perfect

Very busy restaurant but staff are super efficient. The food was superb and very well presented. My only complaint was the noise mainly coming from the amusement arcade and leisure centre. This spoilt things a little but didn't distract too much from the food and how efficiently the staff worked.
