Great hotel, handy location, reasonable price, friendly staff, comfortable bed, super breakfast, we couldn’t ask for anything more!

Stayed in the hotel over my birthday 30/10 /24 ,big shout out to the guys in the restaurant that night Conner,Reece and there was a girl as well ,apologies forgot your name.The service and food was excellent and they made my birthday that little bit extra special Big Thank You to the reception team as well,and Thank yous all for the lovely surprise left in my room (the cake was delicious)😍. Can't recommend this place enough.

Disgusting..... Last time I was here I made a large order for my family as I wanted to treat them to a takeaway. After I ordered I could see into their back storage room. There was a tiered cart on wheels with chips in each tray. To my absolute shock and dismay I could see someone with a mop and bucket right beside this. When I watched the person PLUNGE HARD into the bucket, they splashed the chemicals from the bucket all over the chips. Obviously this is disturbing to anyone about to eat the chips out of here. I don't want myself to get sick. Told the girl at the counter and she seemed very disinterested. I therefore felt I would just cancel the order and leave as I don't want to be at risk or my family.

Called in today and when I got to till lady (used loosely) behind till started shouting about being too close (which I wasn't), I told her I was standing on the 2 metre sign x then shouted at me to get back a bit then when I went to pay she was really snottery xx I don't usually shop in here but after today I won't be back xx
