Subway in Coleraine

Missing my cookie and crisps that was supposed to come with my meal deal and never good the missing 2 cookies and 1 bag of crisps spent £29.99 and expecting everything to be there.

Order two meal deal the cookie and the Crisps ans the drink at missing form one order an extra dip it is also missing

Food was grand we both got the chimichuri foot long, but jesus someone needs to grab a brush and mop the place is disgusting, floors tables and seats are all covered in food! That's the 3rd time we've been in this subway and EVERYTIME it's absolutely minging

Visit subway beside the jet centre in coleraine. By far the filthiest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been in. Dirt was everywhere. The seats were all ripped and taped over. Shocking place. Staff were friendly and served us promptly. However, the dirt of the place was astonishing

delivered untoasted when I selected toasted option bits of lettuce throughout my tuna onion and mayo footlong sub in that wasn't ordered. Will not be back at this store. disgusting

This is a particularly good branch. Fast service, clean & efficient. One particularly girl who works here is just brilliant. She always takes my coffee cup as soon as I join the queue & has my latte ready at check-out . Always a smile & always welcoming. You know who who you are, your a star 🌟 Update: 10th July 2024 - Still a great subway outlet & thankfully the main server is still working here. Though when she is not there, the service is much slower and a bit frustrating! I think she is the manager or at least the main person behind the counter but she keeps everything running fast & efficiently & when it's left to a couple of the newbies it's a bit of a Beavis & Butthead service! Very pleasant fellas but personally I think they should try working in a different environment as this is clearly not suitable for either of you! Keep up the hard work folks, cause it's not easy working with the public. See you again very soon 👋

Food was prepared incorrectly to the point we had to request a refund and then reorder a new sub from a different subway and then pay a second delivery fee

My granddaughter and I ordered a pick up from the local Subway at the Riverside centre. Both of us had a 6 inch sub, a turkey one with all the trimmings. One was ham with few trimmings. I think I like the new honey & can't recall what the other part of it was, but yummy 😋

The tables and floor always need cleaned and the bench seats are ripped and typically strewn with food. The staff always seems to be new. My sandwich was fine but the coffee was great.

Both breads were hard as a rock . Hardly any sauce on the ham! I asked and paid for double cheese on the ham got hardly any the tuna one I almost lost a tooth biting into it

Food was cold and the crinkle cut wedges were soggy and odds and ends

Stone cold by the time it got here, I ordered a club lemon, got a diet pepsi?

sub was freezing, chips were freezing too, there was a cookie missing and also a bottle of water that was missing, how was it possible for my order to be almost an hour late?

ordered 6" teriyaki, bread lovely, salad lovely but hardly any chicken, promo posters around walls show baguette packed high with chicken, very disappointing...

Says online it’s open till 7 yet I come at 6.40, people still eating inside but door locked, I literally only wanted a takeaway sub.

Friend went to get our sandwiches on our lunch break she brought them back and they had made half of them completely wrong so I drove and took mines back, the girl double checked with me before I took the sandwich that is was correct, drove the whole way back again and they still hadn’t put chicken in it. So disappointing.

Drove over here after having appalling service in Burger King. Was very happy to be met with extremely pleasant and patient staff members. Couldn’t fault them at all, we loved our subs. Thank you!

Second time I've been to this location and found a hair in my food.

Sent my son as i dont keep well for a foot long sub, first of all wrong sauce i asked for sweet chilli didnt ger it..then on opening it i noticed that whoever done it had put nearly half of red onion on it...it also was cold..Really disappointed as didnt like sauce they gave me..so in the bin it went after first bite..

I ordered a vegan patty sub as I am a vegetarian but instead I got HAM in my order. Took a bite without realising and got sick immediately. Absolutely disgraceful… do yourself a favour and go eat somewhere else. Won’t be purchasing from here ever again.

Service was terrible and food was beyond awful. Sub had hardly any veg in it. Asked for chicken, cheese, lettuce, onions, gerkins, peppers and tomatoes. As you can see no gerkins or chicken was put in . Also what lettuce, and peppers were put in was hardly worth while.

Freshly made bread in variation let you fully enjoy taste of excellent sandwiches. All make while wait. Friendly atmosphere and staff complete your expectation . Will be back in there shortly

Nice friendly staff, also the increased selection of vegan products would make this a great experience for any vegans still wanting to try the garlic vegan mayo for example. Very happy with the choices on salads too.

The one beside McDonald's is the one to go to. Staff well trained and very helpful, excellent choice, specials and good value for money. There are two in coleraine and i would go to this one or go hungry.

It's Subway! Plenty of seating. What else do I need to say! Stop Queueing up outside McDonald's and go in here instead

The most disgusting subway I have ever been. Empty restaurant but dirty floor and tables. Disgusting counter. Food pieces everywhere. We just turned around and walked out.

Food was good as usual, but the cleanliness of the eating area was very poor. Was quiet when I was in and there were 4 staff members behind the counter. One lad served me, as he did with any other customers, and did so in a friendly, polite and courteous manner. The other 3 were in the kitchen area just standing around chatting. Customers who came in after me had to clean their own tables with napkins. Also there was food waste all over the floor. Not impressed at all.

Subs were good as always two staff members that served us where friendly however the 3rd fella in partucular stood out he couldnt have look more uninterested if he tried didnt speak just stood whilst we choose our salad and then we had to ask for sauce maybe a new start but doesnt take much to even give a little effort

Staff didn't have a clue how to make the new wraps so they were cold & tasteless after taking ages to make. Forgot part of our order and hardly spoke to us. Worst Subway I've been to.

Nicely fitted out. On the day tables were not clean, lots of flies and wasps buzzing around. Girl who served us was very busy and very pleasant but seemed to be only one making an effort.

No clean tables, have found hair in food, but the food is the same as in most subways.

Nice environment, and close to movie complex, town, and forest walk. Good selection of prepared sandwiches, with a selection of drinks. Good for families, groups or couples.

The food was nice as per usual. The complaint I had was that there was not 1 clean table to sit at. 4 employees sitting in a booth having a meeting at the only clean table. We had to remove the rubbish from the table we wanted to sit at and then wipe it down ourselves b4 sitting to eat. I mean every single table in The shop had crumbs on it. The floor could of done with a brush very very messy. The bin and the bin station was completely full just a complete mess.

The food was ok but the place it's self was a disgrace the place was empty but none of the tables where clean me and my wife had to wipe food of or table and chairs and we chose the cleanest one the floor was even worse nobody came in while we where there and the 2 employees seemed more interested in arguing with each other and making a lot of noise it was the first and last time we will go there.

Beef and cheese with sweet chilli sauce and lettuce is best

Found it absolutely fine, well laid out space. The food was to a good standard and the cookies are amazing as always!

came here today to get a salad. small portions and gave me the last bits of the tuna not a full portion because she couldn't be bothered to go and get s new tub. half portion of sweetcorn and ignored me when i asked for salt even though she heard me. personally it was the worst experience in subway!!

Great staff, no problems being a veggie. Don't even have to ask to change gloves. Which is always great.

Food fine. Service slow. Coffee machine out of order!
