Lovely spot, very chill. Food was delicious

Absolutely the worst type of coffee shop . Coffee like brown warm liquid served in paper cups and pastries served in a paper bag even though we were dining in. Give me Costa or Cafe Nero anytime.

Usually good, service not always the quickest regardless of how busy it is, can be waiting for 10-15 minutes despite there only being a couple of other people in. Staff are friendly but the place is sometimes messy and the tables are often covered in crumbs and spillages. Can't fault the French Vanilla latte though 🤤🤤

Great toasties & good coffee. Toasties are not always consistent though! Sometimes they haven't been toasted quite enough, sometimes they are not sliced in two etc. Prices are high & food in general really quite bland. The chicken fillet burgers are wafer thin & it tends to be kids portions all round. I usually avoid the Drive-thru , as it is often very slow and more than once I've had to just drive off as it felt like the place had just suddenly closed shop ! Sat 18th March 2023: It was a circus today ! The staff running back & forth to the kitchen like headless Chickens, orders getting mixed up, the usual kamikaze service that seems to haunt this particular outlet! We got there in the end but im not sure I can take anymore of the Big Top shenanigans in here! 🤯 3rd Nov 2023 : Waited an age for my order and when it eventually turned up it was the wrong order! I ordered a cheese & ham melt (Only thing that isn't a child's portion) but received a miniature burger with bits of rubber ( I'm thinking that might have been the bacon) Oct 2024: Things have got a little better lately, not the child size portions but the over-all service. I've increased my review from 2 to 3 stars.....

I recently visited the Tim Hortons at coler aine and I must say, my experience was outstanding! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile by the staff, and the atmosphere felt inviting. The manager on duty, Shishir , truly deserves recognition. They managed a busy morning rush with such grace and efficiency, ensuring that every customer was attended to promptly. I watched as they motivated the team, providing support and encouragement while juggling multiple orders. It was clear that they foster a positive work environment, which translated into excellent service for all of us. Not only did I receive my favorite coffee just the way I like it, but the manager also took the time to personally check in on customers, making everyone feel valued. This level of customer care is rare and speaks volumes about their leadership. I highly recommend this location for both the delicious beverages and the incredible service led by an exceptional manager. Kudos to the whole team!

Got the double bacon cheeseburger burger meal which seems to only include lattice fries and no drink, a strawberry shake, and a box of ten timbits. Burger ok, lattice fries were rank, I had one and chucked the rest. Strawberry shake was rank, full of tiny bits of ice that give it a gritty texture. Timbits were nice. Guts of £15 for a meal I ate half of. No one else in the drive through and the staff were fine. Won't be back

For excellent value and a fantastic selection of snacks and main, this place is outstanding.

I have been going to Tim Hortons most Sunday mornings since they opened. The staff are super friendly and efficient and the food always comes quickly. However.... For the past few weeks I have been disappointed with my muffin not being toasted. I have been told they are not toasting them anymore.. I have stopped ordering them because of this... Yes the wraps and bagels are good... But I want a toasted muffin please!!! Bring back toasted muffins please!!

Great place for chicken burger and hot chocolate and the staff over the pretty chilled and relaxed people I highly recommend 👌

Staff where polite but the donuts I received where stale and had obviously sat all day (dry and crusty) very disappointing for Hortons. I would advise customers to request to choose their donuts.

Missing maple sauce from the deluxe maple donut. Twice in an order this has happened. They are my favourite. I expect more from tims.

They're currently doing a breakfast item for £1 if you purchase ANY drink. Tried the bacon full stack (muffin, bacon, hash brown, egg and cheese with a sauce of your choice). Very tasty, had to do the comparison test with the Sausage McMuffin from the store next door, yeah, deffo not the same and I won't be trying that again. Coffee is nice, atmosphere is a little lacking due to the layout, but staff were lovely and the venue clean and tidy.

First time ordering inside the Coleraine branch. Nice setup and interior. The service was quick and efficient. I got 2 coffees and a box of 12 donuts, the coffees were ok and the donuts tasty - but there was a lack of variety and maybe slightly less than fresh.

Almost 2 hours to deliver 30 mins away and still mark the order delivered can’t even notify me of any issues just say it’s been delivered

I ordered almost £40 worth of food and before I took my seat the food was ready it’s so fast and the food tastes amazing it’s so good I rate this place 5/5 my server was Honey Chauhan he was so kind and lovely the drinks were delicious and aswell as food the whole place together is unreal coming her more often !

I bought a selection of chicken tenders which were £4.29 for 3. When they came out the three tenders put together barely made one. I'd have been better going across to Chequers and getting proper goujons for around the same money. I know it's fast food, but it was shocking what you get for £4.29. I then went to order a doughnut and the member of staff said I could get 2 free doughnuts. He then proceeded to do a survey of tim Hortons on my phone, no doubt scoring them great at everything and left a review on Google where he gave themselves 5 stars saying they were great and then I picked 2 doughnuts and didn't pay a penny for them. I have now amended it to give a true reflection of what it was like. Stick to the doughnuts and coffee and you can't go wrong, don't be getting anything else to eat in the place.

Food is great and served fresh. Plenty of choice, good seating and easy access with free carpark.

Avoid the breakfast vegetarian wrap 🤮

Nice and quiet place. It was never crowded during my visits. There was always a choice of places to sit. The taste of the desserts has definitely improved (for my taste). Other dishes have always been tasty. Very pleasant and aromatic coffee.

Food ok but the coffee is top notch. The drive through can get a bit mental at times.

went through the drive thru and yhe worker raised his voice at us and then said we are not serving we went in and he was serving others but shouted were not serving. I felt indimated

Good food, fast service, pleasant staff.

I was in and got 1 coffee at £4.25 add a breakfast for £1 and a doughnut for £1 and 1 hot chocolate for 3.99 with the same add ons and it came to £15.50 keep an eye on your receipts just in case. To sort it out multiple people had to come over and I had to wait ages while my food cooled down.

Lovely big store with a nice seating area however it has a very dull atmosphere as it's always empty, which isn't very inviting. You'd think that would mean the service would be fast and efficient...it's not. Frequently have to wait at the counter in am empty shop but the staff seem much more focused on drive through or deliveries...or talking. 4 members of staff, not a single person on counter. Even when ordering at the kiosk (when they work) the wait/speed of staff is unacceptable. Drinks are often not mixed or stirred correctly, however staff are generally very polite when available.

Was pretty empty when we called but several tables were dirty, got our food ordered easily and served quickly. We got a double burger meal, another double burger, a lemonade, peach ice tea, milkshake and a load of donuts. No issue at all with the donuts. Burgers very small for the price although tasted nice. Lemonade and ice tea were very weak in flavour, milkshake was too strongly flavoured and very artificially so. Lattice fries with the meal where hard as a rock. Would definitely have donuts again but not for hot food or cold drinks.

coffee was and always was great here although the past two times the food has been below par, the bun was hard on the tripple cheese burger, it had obviously been made up previously, I also feel the price of the food is expensive to be served in boxes and tin foil for sit in.

They need to take a look at their prices. Very hard to even see their prices, nothing on their own website. Their caramel apple dounut is lovely but how much is it? Nearly £4??? Your talking £8 for a coffee and donut. I honestly can't see this place being there much longer. Big premises but always empty. Tried a chicken burger from it once and it was tiny like a toddler size.

First time at Tim Hortons, just went in to see what it was about. Looked like a mixture of Starbucks and McDonald's.

Enjoyed my burger. However, that was the highlight as the chips or mini waffles could've been warmer. Lots of unwiped tables in spite of the fact, it wasn't busy and someone was brushing the floor somewhere before disappearing.

Staff are useless. Don't get orders right and have poor communication.

First time sitting in. Order machine didnt work with my phone so had to go to til which they didnt seem to like...coffee was fine.

Visited this morning. Disappointing. Not even so much as a hello from the two members of staff that were at the drive through window. Maybe some staff training needed? Manners cost nothing.
