From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with friendly staff and a gorgeous aroma of spicy chicken. Absolutely beautiful meal and reasonably priced. We selected to order off smart phone and the service was impeccable. Has a wonderful time and the extra hot chicken burger was a delight.

Went to Nandos in Coleraine for my daughter's birthday...the food was great, but it was the staff who made our evening so memorable. They went above and beyond and nothing was too much hassle...they even came to our table to sing happy birthday. I honestly don't think you would get this in any of our local restaurants...they could learn a lot from this team. We will definitely be back!

Had some fantastic chicken dinners in here last night. I'm never that fussed about nandos but this was particularly good. Service was fine but I hate ordering on an app. The ice cream was brilliant too!

Food was lovely as usual but we had a bit of a wait and tables who came in and ordered long after us got their food before us. It was almost like our order had got lost along the way which was disappointing as the kids were starving by the time our food came.

The staff was great. Shared some stories and asked about our travel plans. Good food and great atmosphere overall.

Dined here a couple of times now and looking forward to coming back. Both times we were warmly greeted and made feel comfortable throughout the evening. Food was fantastic both times, finally a special thanks to Sophie for going the extra mile on both occasions to make sure we left feeling great! We will continue to keep coming back! 🙂

Just had an amazing meal in Nando’s the food excellent, but the service was outstanding from are waiter Casper from start to finish, so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, just a brilliant evening all round. Aaron and Karen

First time in this restaurant and will definitely be back. Lovely menu hubby had mac'n cheese with peri peri butterfly chicken ,I had chicken wrap with lemon and herb dressing and chips. Everything was served quickly and piping hot. Staff friendly and helpful. Surroundings clean and spacious.

Fantastic food , friendly service, great atmosphere

Had a lovely meal in Nandos this evening with my two young sons, food was fantastic but just wanted to acknowledge how lovely we found the staff. Sophie and Madison served us, chatting with my children and tasking them with finding the hidden elves all while ensuring all our needs were met. We had a great time and will definitely be returning 😃

I've been going to Nandos for years when visiting family in London, so I was very excited for it to finally come to Coleraine and I was not disappointed. It's a great place to pop in for lunch or dinner (and I'm there every few weeks). The food is always fresh, warm and just delicious, I've never had a bad experience yet. The restaurant is clean, the staff are lovely and the great vibe and atmosphere make for me a 5🤩 experience. A special shout out to Alex who served me, the last time I was in and made sure I had everything I needed.

I love Nandos, I've been going every chance I get when visiting family in London, so I was thrilled when they came to Coleraine. This restaurant is bright welcoming and the food is fresh and amazing. The staff are attentive, without being over bearing and it's an all round great vibe.

Second time visiting nandos coleraine tonight, excellent food, prompt service, staff very helpful, pleasant and attentive but never intrusive, immaculate restaurant with staff constantly checking and cleaning tables etc. Best nandos in northern ireland by a country mile, keep up the great work !

A great spot for some nice food in the evening. Staff so helpful and kind. When they knew we were celebrating our wedding anniversary they went out of their way to help us all enjoy ourself. Food also good, and a pleasant change. Well worth trying, and no doubt many like us, will return.

Second time eating here. First time we waited for an hour for our food, food was also cold - this was when the restaurant first opened. Second time was this evening as we decided to give it a second chance. In short, long hair was found in the butterfly burger, server got me a new meal which was expected however partner continued to eat his (as it would have got cold otherwise). When I received my new meal, it was missing the Peri Salt on the chips. I ate some of the meal but left at the earliest opportunity due to what happened, I even left my paid dessert. On leaving, I noticed colleagues were not wearing hair nets in the kitchen? Really poor hygiene practices for a well established restaurant chain. We won’t be back in a hurry.

Very happy with food and service, much better than my experience in the UK. You usually dont get any face to face service at Nandos but this was very different. Food was great and service was personal.

Attentive service, ordered food by app. Arrived quickly, was hot and very tasty. The choices by 5 diners varied in spice strength and course. No mistakes, no late courses. Will go again and try lunchtime

Love ice tea from this place. But unfortunately I went twice for dinner but both time them machine brook.

Saturday lunch with my daughter. Have never been to this particular Nandos before but had a lovely experience. Friendly welcome, quick service, all sauces drinks, ice, cutlery available. Food as ordered and well cooked. Can't fault it.

Me and my friend were in Nando’s today around 8pm at table 4 and were welcomed with exceptionally outstanding customer service from Sian which made our whole experience 10 times better. Best customer service we’ve had, what a legend hope to be served by Sian again.

I was served by a really sexy server who identified himself as Craig. Excellent service, excellent food. Excellent staff. Me and my boyfriend, Owen, will no doubt be returning. I totally recommend the chicken butterfly in Hot, with a side of mash and the regular slaw (not the rainbow slaw).

Arrived and had a great meal. Ordering via the phone was a little problematic, but team there were able to take my order just fine. Being able to tip via card would be a nice addition.

I cannot stress how wonderful this little slice of Coleraine retail park is. Forget Tim HORTONS 100/10 will be back at NANDOS!

Had studiously avoided here as had heard it's reputation for spicy food ( 100% not a spicy food fan). Got persuaded to try by my son, and was totally flabbergasted. The staff were warm, friendly; took time to explain about the different heats available and allowed us time to chose our food. We ordered at the counter ( something I wasn't expecting), but service was good and food appeared in reasonable time piping hot and full of flavour. Servers were attentive but not excessive. Will certainly be returning. Also recommending.

Had a wonderful experience at this Nando’s! We arrived an hour before closing and not only were we welcomed, but we were treated like kings. Very kind staff, Nando’s never misses but you shouldn’t miss coleraine Nando’s. 11/10

A lesson in good management Visited Nando's for a surprise 50th wedding anniversary with some 20 plus people attending. Tables were pre-booked and as soon as we arrived we were quickly settled in by Madison a very helpful member of staff. Those who had allergies had their orders prioritised with the remainder quickly following. The food was delicious and nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff, in particular,Madison and her manager, Sophie, who made sure everyone had their needs met. It was gratifying to note that management recognised the need to make customer satisfaction a priority and that was achieved with flying colours. Our experience was very positive with an efficient and caring staff who have clearly been trained to a high standard. Prices were very competitive and would happily return in the near future.

A friend invited us to eat with them as a wedding anniversary treat. Unknown to us, she had invited about thirty others, all dear friends, and had reserved one end of the eating area. The food was excellent. Tasty, and a change from normal Irish fod. The staff could not have been nicer, and did everything to mske the meal special, even though it was a busy time of the day. We would rate the food as excellent, and the atmosphere as suprb. We will certainly be back, and recommend it to others.

Today was my first visit to Nando’s. I went as my girlfriend invited me as she was working there. So I ordered my food and got a discount again thank you to Cori who is a really great young chef. I forgot to tip you tonight next time I’m in I definitely will. Great place to eat and the atmosphere is amazing

Food was lovely. Not as hot as i was hoping as i love my spices, but very flavourful.the desert portions for the money is lacking.

I've been maybe four times, never any problems. The food is hot, the orders accurate, the employees are helpful. This is all in contrast to various places in the north coast area with terrible customer service. At the beginning the music was too loud and annoying, but they seem to have realised this, because the last time I went the music was quieter.

Had an early dinner here, seated straight away, place very clean, friendly staff, quick to order and didn't have to wait long for our food. Delicious thanks!

Since I don't eat chicken I had to opt for vegetarian options that were limited but whatever they had was good. I would go to this place if I don't find any Indian food near by place. Recommendation- Chickpea Burger

Stopped in for Lunch on a Monday .... The decor and atmosphere is totally class !!! Staff super friendly.... the stress of a Monday dissolved within 5 minutes .... Thank You Nandos !!!!

The staff in here were lovely. Really attentive. The would was delicious. It came pretty quickly. It was a quiet time of day but no one was standing around. Really enjoyable meal.

On our work break we decided to treat ourselves as Costa next door was packed and Nandos seemed very quiet. Ordered the bean burger and was asked what kind of bun/breading I would like, went for the pita. The bottom of the pita was still partly frozen. Look, these things happen. Rang in to let the restaurant know what happened and the manager responded with nothing but indifference. Told me no such order was placed and offered no apology. On the call I made it clear I just wanted to bring this to their attention. An apology would have been nice. Kind of shocked as you wouldn't be treated like this if something similar happened at a local chip shop, this is a massive chain and we were honestly excited to give it a go. It's just poor practice and customer service and outside of that just rude on a human level rude. Really did put the cheek in cheeky little nandos.
