Rang and a woman answered she was very pleasant, great customer service, I needed information about some dishes and she was very patient and even though it was busy the chef took the time to verify ingredients in dishes, would highly recommend, great delivery service and food was very good , would definitely order again
We visited this cafe at the Ulster Museum on Saturday 15th March. The staff were really friendly and helpful even although they were incredibly busy when we arrived. There was a really lovely selection of savoury food, sandwiches and sweet treats.
My partner had a panini and I opted for a caramelised onion tart, served with the most delicious salad I have ever had!
We both enjoyed a white chocolate and raspberry scone afterwards which was also really tasty!
All round an excellent experience.
Very quick to be served, felt awful because I wasnt specific about what I wanted but the man who served me made sure I got everything. Food was warm and delicious!
Avoid this restaurant if you are gluten intolerant! Usually a jacket potato is a safe choice, but today my only option was to have it with grated cheese and a very, very small side salad all served on a small side plate- I didnât risk the baked beans. No dressing available, as the mayonnaise couldnât be guaranteed Gf. So a really really dry tasteless lunch. Staff are few and far between, though the young lady serving me was doing her best I think.Really Dobbies, this reflects so badly on your company that you would do better to close it, or keep it just for coffee and tray bakes
( no gf options there either, not even pre wrapped brownies. )
Felt completely and utterly robbed during and after my visit to Fed & Watered. We were 2 Adults and 2 Children grabbing a Coffee and a Snack prior to our early morning flight to London. 3 Coffees and 1 Hot Chocolate and 2 Breakfast Baps, Bacon Sandwich and a bowl of cereal........almost ÂŁ60!!!! I can't fault the Bacon Sandwich or Sausages and Egg Baps but seriously??? We will definitely not be back. Travellers beware!!
Oh this was really dreadful Serving lady was indifferent..... steakette definitely tasted off.... Had to ask where the kids drink was with my grandaughter's drink included meal. Not a happy experience and will NOT be back!!
I bought my lunch snacks earlier on today n bought myself salted caramel frappe, ham n cheese toastie, cinnamon bun and a lady bird biscuit. The service was a bunch of joke and them staff were lazy and too busy talking to them selves and I was not happy with this service but the food was lovely. Not be back ever again!!!
Them girls worked in there were very slow and they were confused to all customers ...
This is disgrace ...
Greeted by a woman at the doors to tell us they were closed, all lights were on and they had drivers walking in and out, we only wanted to take away not to sit in, if they were closed for dining in and take away they should have the lights off and doors closed in the main resturaunt in my apinion, not to add it was raining quite heavily, felt like they were trying to close early.
