The order was completely wrong and that bubble waffle I think there was mould on it was absolutely rotten paid £20 keep your money won’t be ordering again disgusting
Visited with family. We waited 30 mins for our meals, by which time tea/coffee was cold. The food was poor overall. Eggs were like rubber. The curry sauce was ok. Some of our party couldn't eat their meals as they were horrible. Staff are pleasant enough, perhaps they need an extra pair of hands or two. It is cheap but would rather spend an extra pound or two for a good meal. Won't be visiting again
Placed an order and it said it would be 55 minutes rang up and the girl said it would be the next order to go out 40 minutes past still no food eventually it arrived over 2 hours later when my husband rang the girl was so cheeky and rude and Apparently she doesn't work in a take away according to her. Food came and it was freezing she offered us £10 off our next order there won't be a next time stay clear from here.
We visited this cafe at the Ulster Museum on Saturday 15th March. The staff were really friendly and helpful even although they were incredibly busy when we arrived. There was a really lovely selection of savoury food, sandwiches and sweet treats.
My partner had a panini and I opted for a caramelised onion tart, served with the most delicious salad I have ever had!
We both enjoyed a white chocolate and raspberry scone afterwards which was also really tasty!
All round an excellent experience.
Avoid this restaurant if you are gluten intolerant! Usually a jacket potato is a safe choice, but today my only option was to have it with grated cheese and a very, very small side salad all served on a small side plate- I didn’t risk the baked beans. No dressing available, as the mayonnaise couldn’t be guaranteed Gf. So a really really dry tasteless lunch. Staff are few and far between, though the young lady serving me was doing her best I think.Really Dobbies, this reflects so badly on your company that you would do better to close it, or keep it just for coffee and tray bakes
( no gf options there either, not even pre wrapped brownies. )
Terrible atmosphere, I ordered a burger meal and chicken bites and after waiting 15 minutes and all 3 People that ordered after me got served I had to cancel my order. To the dismay of my server who went to the manager.
The manager then told me it takes up to 5 minutes to cook the bites, when I again had to explain I had been waiting almost 20 minutes.
The manager did apologise and gave me a refund and my burger that was ready.
Felt completely and utterly robbed during and after my visit to Fed & Watered. We were 2 Adults and 2 Children grabbing a Coffee and a Snack prior to our early morning flight to London. 3 Coffees and 1 Hot Chocolate and 2 Breakfast Baps, Bacon Sandwich and a bowl of cereal........almost £60!!!! I can't fault the Bacon Sandwich or Sausages and Egg Baps but seriously??? We will definitely not be back. Travellers beware!!
