Post House in Belfast

Buen almuerzo del domingo - he comido aquí un par de veces y realmente lo disfruté. El almuerzo del domingo fue muy sustancial y sabroso. Mi único problema era que había 3 perros en el bar - 1 corriendo sin pista. Me gustan los perros, pero no quiero que corran por ahí cuando se sirve comida - también vi a una de las camareras acariciar al perro - espero que se lavara las manos después - pero no vi que eso sucediera. Hay una buena zona al aire libre en este bar - seguramente las personas que quieren llevar a sus perros podrían ser restringidos a allí?

Post House es un lugar fantástico en Belfast para una noche de copas y comida. Anoche fue solo para tomar algo, pero las pintas de Guinness muy impresionante y la hospitalidad no podría ser más acogedor. Paulinha y el equipo como siempre en gran forma y muy bien informado en la recomendación de diferentes ginebras locales, cócteles y no podría ser más servicial. Paulinha proporcionó el menú de comida para nuestra próxima visita y muy impresionante. Muchas gracias a Paulinha por una gran noche y esperamos nuestra próxima visita, muy pronto.

Por supuesto que ocurren errores, y generalmente no es gran cosa. Es la marca de un establecimiento cómo tratan con ellos. Visitamos como una familia de 5 , para celebrar la graduación de mi hija. Cuando se presentó con la factura, era evidente que nos habían cobrado mucho más (se había llamado dos veces, lo que resultó en una factura de casi £ 400 para 5 personas). Cuando solicitamos hablar con la gerente, nos encontramos con indiferencia en el mejor de los casos, pero lo que también podría haberse descrito como arrogancia fuera de lugar, defensiva hasta el punto de casi agresividad. Nada de disculpas. Definitivamente me pospondría regresar. Lamentablemente, falta capacitación básica en servicio al cliente. En cuanto a la comida, era genial, pero nada especial.

Hay mucho mejores lugares para comer en Belfast. Esperando 30 minutos para el postre solo para encontrar el pedido no realizado. La comida estaba bien, pero nada especial para el precio. Esperé a la red también. El café con leche era muy pequeño y amargo. Para ser justo el único que me cobró por la red y no por las bebidas. La próxima vez está en la ciudad con mejores opciones y mejor enfoque al cliente.

Popped in for drinks as it was a sunny day and wanted to sit outside on terrace. Drinks disappointing. Large glass of wine was only 175ml & aperol was so diluted with ice, hardly any Prosecco and soda. Very weak but still cocktail prices. You’re paying for the refurbishment without decent drinks! Went to use toilets but somebody had unfortunately left in awful state and no loo roll in any. Clearly no checks done as place was empty. Won’t be back because of this experience.

Brought my mum and dad and kids for a bit of dinner and a couple of drinks. Was VERY VERY difficult to get service , drinks or food ! To make matters worse the manageress buggered off home and left the 2 girls by themselves! Waited 10/15 every time for drink/cocktail . VERY DISAPPOINTED! Probably just head to The Chelsea from now on .. sad 😔

Very expensive for not a lot of food, tasteless food. Seemed good but was given a hand full of chips and 4 small chicken tenders that had no flavour, and was £11.65. There a chipy round the corner that’s 10 times better and cheaper. Just thought I’d give this one a go but would give to my dog. Also it’s really hard to find on google or justeat (takeaway) seems to be the name.

First time in the “ Post House” yesterday to watch Premier League football. Great atmosphere, friendly efficient staff. The food looked great and we will have food on our next visit. Downside for me was the Guinness was just ok but will definitely visit again. Lovely Bar/ restaurant

We were pretty unimpressed by our lunch. The pints of Guinness were just ok, not creamy or overly fresh. The menu stated that the mains had sides and then you could add a side of your choice alongside. Which isn't actually the case. My main was 19.50 for a pretty small size Guinness pie. The meat in pies like this are usually cheap cuts or meat, so not sure why they are charging almost steak prices. For a pie and chips at lunch time 20 quid all but 50p is excessive. My husband's burger was the same size as the children portions and my side of Parmesan fries had a frozen taste to them, despite being covered in a strong parmesan cheese they really didn't taste right. The service was just ok, a bit slow. We wouldn't come back here as none of us enjoyed our meals. Disappointing!

Well designed bar, very aesthetically pleasing as you walk in, unfortunately the bar staff are not very friendly and at times very rude, especially management. I will not be back

Fantastic family meal for 40 people, everything catered for! Staff friendly, nice atmosphere! Lovely views from balcony upstairs! Food delicious highly recommended

Met friends for lunch on Tuesday. The starter and main courses were all really nice. The wine is reasonably priced, as are the gins. There is also a good selection of gins to choose from. Our service was first class. The young man that took our order and served our food was friendly and efficient, and he kept checking to see if we needed more drinks. A relaxing afternoon was had by all.

Lovely Christmas lunch with great service. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Had a few meals in Post House and all have been good so far. Good atmosphere and music.

Nice place to eat and have drinks. The atmosphere is very good. Staff were very helpful and cheerful. I will definitely go back.

My autistic friend was mocked for being excited over bbq sauce. This should be taken seriously and reported to HR!!!!

Came today for lunch & everything was fantastic. The food is fantastic, the staff are excellent & the place is really beautiful. Can’t wait to come back!
