This was an adult sausage supper. Came lukewarm aswell. Absolutely disappointed. Thought I would get it as it has been awhile because there old chef would vape in the kitchen. Definitely won't be again.

Orders a kids cheese burger meal and a large sausage meal. The sausage meal was half full there was more chips in the kids meal than the sausage meal and the chips were hardly warm very disappointed.

Order a chip and onion rings. And took nearly 2 hours. Update told me it was delivered and still nothing, shocking really. Chips and onion rings. Really a delivery issue than a shop problem.

notes weren't read correctly as I asked for no salad on burger and it came with salad so my son couldn't eat it

We ordered off just eat tonight and as I was eating a nearly broke my tooth on something hard. Pulled it out and this is what found… seems to be somewhat like a stone ? I’m not able to cut into it it’s that hard. I’d be really weird about things like this so I wasn’t able to finish my meal unfortunately. Maybe they dropped the food on the floor and still put it in to be served, I’m not really sure how else it could’ve got in. Such a shame as I do like this chippy

We came in half an hour before they closed. Nevertheless, the staff were still friendly and accommodating. Their taco dog was really nice and highly recommend. However, their chips were dry, battered sausages were chewy and the baguette wasn't fully baked; it may be due to the the time we came in. But if you're looking for something to ease your night cravings then it's good at doing that.

As always great food and quick delivery! Cod was lovely and Mexican burger was really delicious.

For a company called chip co the chips are rotten. Food was freezing, tin of coke was in bag with the food and was warmer than the food. Need to invest in hot bags.

apart from getting fish cojons instead of battered sausages it was nice well the chips anyway lol and really fast delivery was here within 10 minutes

I’ll be honest chip co is notoriously hit and miss but this one has been nailing it out of the park lately. I’ve been find myself ordering a lot maybe even too much. taco chip is great. The delivery the best I’ve ever seen.

delivery delivered at estimated time given. pastie was just okay,not the best. taco chip is the best I've ever tasted. order didn't have 4xkids drinks, mentioned to driver who said someone will drop them down shortly-never came. very disappointed. chip Co. used to be our favourite chippy but has went down hill.

Food used to be lovely from here a few years ago but has gotten gradually worse to the point we've stopped going at all. The chips are chewy and hard, the chicken burger is less than a cm thick in the middle and wider at the edge to give the illusion of being a decent size. It's clearly an intentional trick. The price has gone way up. I understand it's more expensive for businesses to run but I think this is taking advantage of people.

I like chipco food, but I am always surprised by their ability to get any order more complex than a curry chip wrong. I keep ordering thinking it can't happen again, yet I have never ever ordered a burger or wrap & received the correct thing. (more fool me) Dunno why they have different ones on the menu because no matter what you order you get it plain with lettuce & tomato. Such a sickener when you have to throw food in the bin that you waited for, not a bit of concern for allergies.

Got out of here all the time, but it’s went massively down hill. Scallops are just sopping in grease, literally dripping off them, chicken strips are 80% thick goey batter. I got the kids fish and it was the same, just really badly soaking in grease. Absolutely terrible. Almost £30 for chicken strip meal, portion of scallops & a kids meal.. we left 85% of what we ordered because it was so oily & greasy. Definitely will not be back.

Sent for a well done fish batter was like rubber and when I cut into it there batter inside wad uncooked never get out of here again rang to complain and got nowhere said leave your number and get the manager to call u in morn told her not to bother as would be at work need new cook as heard him cursing and ranting in background going to make someone sick people pay good money for food it should be good quality not threw out raw

I paid 13 pound or whatever for a full meal it was no where near a full meal.. The chips and fish was burnt and overcooked. Not enjoyable one bit or cooked properly

Half of our order wasn’t brought so had to wait another 30 minutes for that to come and the chicken nuggets were burnt

see be honest love the chippy but they had an easy task 5 sausages separate carton curry. and they left one sausage out to be fair this may sound laughable but when you've 4 Todd's looking their own ww3 happened. THEN u try ring them acc embarrassed about 1 sausage and the number comes up jmk management but Google says chipco. #allover a forgotting sausage

Ordered a chicken salad( chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, onion and coleslaw) for collection. When opened in work, I realised there was no coleslaw at all, the lettuce was very little hiding in a corner of the box, a few slices of tomato and a whole sliced onion. I ended up eating chicken with tomatoes(not the greatest combo) and I'll be bringing back the onion cause they might reuse it. Won't order again!

We haven't eaten from here in a while and were always happy with the food so some bad reviews didn't phase us. My husband ordered over the phone (with difficulty, some training needed for the staff). However the order was entirely wrong, a double quarter lb burger was a small 2oz and a the single quarter lb was also small. The food was cold and the baps stale. Onion rings were burnt, only passable thing was the chips. We won't be back unfortunately which is a shame .

Order from here all the time never had any problems but meal tonight was disgusting chicken must have been cooked lunch time and left sitting all day wasn’t the warmest when it arrived

Delivery driver phoned to see where I was and was really rude. Came into my work and again was really rude about adding address to the top of the order when I already told her on the phone the exact place I was.

Can I tip the delivery guy extra? He went above and beyond

Called into chippy to get something nice for valentines dinner. I ordered 2 southern fried chicken burger meals. Price was £18.50.. Now I’m only 5 mins drive away got home by god the chips were hard! The burger was rank!dried out!and bap was freezing! Never again !
