Snack Attack in Belfast

i live around the corner and they never seem to be open when i try to get food

Ordered 2 XL Cookies and 2 scoops of Ice cream, got chocolate chip cookies instead and no ice cream, which half of them looked like this for £14: Avoid Honestly!

Ordered at around 10 phoned at 11 and was told be 15 mins and now it's over a hour won't answer the phone and still not here complete joke

Ordered off just eat. Food was late Called and told to wait 15 minutes more, food still took over 30 minutes to arrive. When it did, items were missing. £17 for 2 small waffles... no milkshakes or nachos. Phoned again to be told it would be sent straight out, nothing arrived. Should have read the reviews first!

Put an order in at 10.15 on just eat sill havnt received the order won't answer there phone its say order has been delivered won't let us apply for a refund second time this has happen why except order if ya can't deliver them

Terrible place will not order from them agian they got my order wrong twice

Ordered of just eat took 2 hours to arrive but not the worse of it the driver dropped our ordered on the road and decided he to put it back in the box and try to deliver it to us anyway and half the order was not there either we refused to accept the order and the place would not give us a refund

Only thing I can say is this place can only be called an absolute joke, I have tried to order food 3 times from this place over the past year, twice I ordered food and it never arrived and after trying to contact the restaurant for over 30 mins each time I had to give up. I finally had an order delivered and half the items I paid for were not there and when I asked the delivery driver where they were he was rude shrugged his shoulders and drove off as I was standing at his car window. The food I did receive was truly sad and dismal save yourself the waste of time and energy.

Awful service, don’t bother ordering from here. Ordered via Uber eats, order never arrived and they didn’t bother to even update the app to say it was being delivered. Called several times, guy who answered said it was on the way but clearly didn’t have a clue. He then started declining our calls. This place is a complete scam.

This place, the sweets are wonderful, the bad comments here do not apply, good for me not, I highly recommend this place, wonderful.

A scam, they don’t even answer their phone lines.

Great food and customer service

This is the final time I’ve ordered from here a few times and am disappointed every time. A waffle and a milkshake that’s all I wanted. Took 2hrs to arrive and when it did the waffle was like a brick and the milkshake nowhere to be seen Phoned to try get a refund or at least the milkshake and was refused both. Whoever answered the phone to me was disgusting fully shouting at me as if it was my fault. Never again.

Ordered a few weeks ago half the order was missing an was told they would send it out they never did an was refused a refund, Tried again an the donuts have came like a brick an un eatable an the ice cream completely melted an missing another item. The shops open but there regecting my calls an I've been refused a refund! Won't be ordering again.

Nice staff. Clean open kitchen. Food was pretty. Really nice spot. Windows so clean I walked face first into it 😂😂

Ordered and didn’t even turn up, me and my partner waited over 2 hours at least, past midnight now. Absolute joke.

Got 4 milkshakes a cheese cake and ice cream, all top quality and great prices for what you get, strongly recommend 👍

If I could give no stars I would!!! This place is a disgrace. Placed an order via Uber eats, for it to be late and no one answering the phones, says on Facebook that it is closed but says online it’s open until one. This is the second time this has happened to me and nothing has been done about it. You need to sort you business out as it is a disgrace!!

Good deal prices, commonly enough get orders wrong and argue about it despite being ordered digitally, though queue times are very fast.

I was visiting Belfast and had an issue with Snack Attack via Deliveroo. It wasn't the restaurant fault it was Deliveroo. The next day I called to speak to the manager of the restaurant and he went above and beyond to sort the problem out. If you live in Belfast please support this local restaurant

Ordered through deliveroo. Was meant to be delivered at 00:50 stayed up until after 02:30 waiting on delivery. It never arrived despite it saying it was delivered. I was not contacted. The door was not knocked and nothing was left at the door as I had checked multiple times.

Absolutely fantastic meal lovely presented .top class.

Ordered from here twice now. Exceptional food/treats and delivery drivers where very pleasant. This will be our go to takeaway from now on.

I would not order from here again. Delivery driver was abusive and would not deliver to my door and when received my food it was cold. I left a review on just eat for them to reply and deny it lol just confirms the staff quite abusive. Wont be letting this go with further steps being taken. Disgraceful
