Taste, quality, quantity, not a fan of hot stuff .... but it was absolutely morish, will definitely come here again

This is our favourite restaurant by a mile and we have been here for family meals, birthday celebrations and just my wife and I on quite a few occasions. Normally the whole package is impeccable and I have never ever found fault before. This evening however was a total disappointment to the point I was on verge of walking out and I didn't even tip (which is a first). The waitress who showed us to our table was lovely and no issues with her, the younger waitress however didn't quite meet the usual high standards. I was quite shocked to hear the foul language from her mouth whilst stood at the server telling one of the chefs to "F++k off" the latter then sticking fingers up at her in return. Cutlery not replaced after starters, potatoes were rock hard on outside but raw inside. Bill brought to table without been requested was a surprise especially as we normally have a coffee before leaving. In my opinion it was a case of 'the boss is away so f++k it'. The only thing that saved the evening was the salmon which was sublime. The chair I initially sat on had no padding and I had to swap it myself. Absolutely gutted, 25th wedding anniversary as well. Just round the corner from our hotel. Offers really good range of breakfast options, hot and cold sandwiches, cakes and pastries. Excellent service, friendly staff.

Wow wow wow What an Oasis of charm, excellent food, fabulous hospitality and seamless servive ...may actually be the best restaurant in England. Don't tell everyone, I will be unable to book a return table.....shhhh ? X.

Fabulous 3 course meal for £35, the slow cooked beef was delicious and so was the turkey. Excellent service and great ambience. Such a quirky dining experience right in the heart of Haworth main street. Highly recommended

Mexican food comes from the cafe next door and is good, as are the real ales. The historic bar alone is worth the visit

Superb little ale house with an excellent selection of ever changing beers, ales and spirits. Owners are amazing and the atmosphere is excellent, you're encouraged to chat with others.

Absolutely perfect. The atmosphere was lovely and all of the staff were super welcoming and gave amazing service. The food was the best meal we have eaten any pictures don’t do it justice-it had so much flavour that we will not be forgetting anytime soon cannot fault the place in anyway. Highly recommend will be coming back again the next time we are in the area.Thanks again

Myself and my absolute weapon of a Mrs had a day out in Saltaire and decided to try rumpus burger. It was absolutely magnificent. Probably the best burger I’ve ever had and I have the physique of a man who has eaten a number of burgers in his time. Staff were lovely and explained the menu. Atmos was perfect, nice and cool on a hot day. And the two meat maestros served up the best beef’s I’ve ever put in and around my mouth. Want more.

Booked a place at the weekend . I have been several times ,prior to it changing hands . Limited menu which is usually good I think.... usually equates to fresh food, freshly cooked . However when three main dishes are not available .... sold out and it was only 1 30pm it's not good especially when one of the party was G FREE. she only had one choice . Three of the party had the clam chowder ... all bread ,a little sauce and very few clams. Wine was eye wateringly expensive ... more expensive than most restaurants at £40 plus a bottle . We did complain and we had the equivalent of the 3 clam chowder taken off the bill ,which did help redeem the situation slightly. The staff were fine and the service was fine and my dish ,teriyaki salmon was lovely but will not be returning and would not recommend .
