Actually went to meet some freinds and wondered why there, as haven't been in for years,,, what a lovely surprise, it was actually packed 👍👏,, nice friendly staff good choice of beers,, might put it on our weekend crawl list in future 👍

Love this pub. Great selection off drinks that are excellent and a brilliant designed pub.

Came in earlier today, this guy who ordered a beer and wine was complaining at the bar tender over the ice machine and being extremely rude. The bar tender handled them very professional in handling the douche bag. The bartender did fantastic service and was super friendly! Will definitely be returning

Paid £11.00 for a beer and a glass of wine, asked for ice, the reply was that their ice machine wasn't working, a feeble excuse as the guy behind the bar was too busy uploading his grunge rubbish to keep him entertained. Will not return

Really love this pub in Hull... amazing beer selection and always new beers to try. Today we grabbed some food too and it was fantastic... if you like a good choice if different beers with good food, definitely worth a visit.

Superb venue. Brilliant bar and beers. The television didn't need to be seen loud, though. Won't stop me going again...I'll just avoid sporting days.

Hull is a great place for beer. Had a pint of Ratometer, highly recommended.

Great pub with a range of beers, original features and lively atmosphere. The food is now from Hull Pie. The pie itself was great but the gravy was a bit thin and it was served with a proper knife and fork but in a weird paper bowl. What's wrong with a plate?

Absolutely rubbish, limited menu, about 4 things to choose from. Dont even cater to your requirements, when u want to alternate anything on your plate. Good if u want to clog your arteries with all the fat options they have, no healthy options alternatives, not good at all!!

A good Veltins and a great rustic pub, plenty of character. A simpler Czech lager if you wanted it. A place worth walking to.

Great pub, looks amazing and historic. Great beer selection and currently the kitchen is run by Hull Pie which does reall nice food. Very nice place to watch sports as well

First visit to The White Hart Pub. Had a soft drink and ordered food. Had steak pie ,mash & mushy peas. The food was excellent and there was plenty of it. Staff really pleasant, good atmosphere & music.

A great pub, a really beautiful building inside and out. The ceramic bar alone is worth the visit. Staff were great, and nice to see the history talks happening there now.

The pub was really nice staff were really friendly food was really poor and awfully expensive for what we got two trays of what they called specialty chips one was poutine and one was salt and pepper with beansproats to which there wasn’t any. These trays were really small and it was £15 I personally think that is disgusting won’t eat here again.

Occupying an imposing corner plot near to Drypool bridge. They serve a good range of ales as well as the usual drinks. Main bar area at the front and then follows a large seating area with big TVs playing the daily sports events. We'd booked a table for food and wasn't disappointed with the tasty Hull Pies with chips/mash, peas and gravy. It can get quite noisy with those watching the TV but it's worth a visit. Not a great deal of parking nearby only on the street and pay display.

Went in for something to eat before a show on a Saturday evening. Ordered food at 5.15 and it didn't arrive until 6.10! Barely an apology! Once the food came it was delicious (pie, chips and mushy peas) Just be aware you may be waiting a while

I absolutely this historic beautiful pub Ye Olde White Hart. Giant cosy original fireplaces. Friendly staff and great choice of ales etc. Wish we could still get food though! 😋

This was a nice surprise. Lovely old building with a great selection of cask and tap beers. Free wifi and friendly service. There's a beer fridge. They do show sports on the TV's. Prices hovered around £2.50 a half

First visit in many a long year. 6.30 on a Saturday after a late lunch/early tea at The Minerva. It was very busy! Way busier than I'd expected it would be. Mix of age groups. Some people were out early for the evening; dressed up. Others, like us, in their civvies. We enjoyed a drink each. Prices ok. Plenty of seating. It's a huge pub. Nice, cosy front bar and more seating further back with a pool table and dart board. Music playing but inaudible. Absolutely massive TV screens displaying football games/results. My only peeve. Why pubs have to have their walls adorned with sport I'll never know. But I'm neither a landlord nor a football fan. Very distracting. I loved the traditional feel of the pub and the beautiful, tiled front bar. We enjoyed our drink and made our way home. I'd recommend a visit.

Iconic pub ,with a huge semi circular ceramic bar , this bar is in the national inventory,good selection of beers at a reasonable price and in great condition. Could be improved by removing stools away from the bar ,unfortunately local bar parrots just sit and prevent other customers access.

Menu very small, ordered food to be told they had no chicken which cleared half the already small menu. So ordered two burgers...we were then informed they only had enough bacon for one of them. Husband also ordered two lots of happy fries but we got a regular and 1 happy fries. Bit expensive for what we got.

Great selection of beer and lovely old period bar feature. Burgers are insanely good if a little pricy, but worth it.

Excellent food and range of drinks

The white hart pub is a Spectacular stunning looking traditional pub (grade ll listed), serving quality cask conditioned real ale. There is good food available. The beer is excellent the service very good with nice friendly staff. The interior is spectacular with one of only three round Royal Doulton tiled bars in the area. There is also a beer garden to the side of the pub. Highly recommended.

Lovely pub, however the food is nice but extremely pricey. £16 for just a burger. We went a week before, paid £16 for a burger with lovely chips and homemade coleslaw. Looks like they have changed the menu but not for the best.

Nice pub, good for watching sports. Excellent range of beers but being town centre a little pricey. Food is great but again heavy on the wallet, sausage roll, 4.25, burger 16.00.

Always has some great ales to try and the smell from the adjoining food shop makes you want to eat too.

Good choice of drinks. Great layout and 50p for a game of pool doesn't get much better than that. Pool table is a £1 now but still a Great pub.

This place is one of the best places in Hull to grab a meal and a beer. The food is off the scale with the burgers and wings coming high on the score board for me but they also do banging pizzas so I’m told. I went with a friend for lunch one Saturday and we tried the burger meal which comes with a pint for £12. It was amazing! Proper chips and a proper burger done right. Definitely heading back for more. I urge you to give this place a shot - you won’t regret it!!

Worst Guinness experience I have ever had Avoid Avoid Avoid negative atmosphere as well

I didn't use the hotel (Google review questions suggestion I did so lack of mention isn't a negative, we just didn't use them) but love this pub. Not been for a while so visited last night. Busy enough to have a nice atmosphere but not so busy it's uncomfortable. Clean venue, lovely staff and a great choice of drinks. If you have the chance, try the food out too. It's so good.

Worth going in just to look at the bar. The beer selection is off the chart, and is always well kelt

Best pub in Hull for food and drinks! We had the Good Friday fish specials. It was the best ever with flavour and content. Can't recommend highly enough 10/10!

Haven't been in this pub for years. It used to be a regular haunt for meeting up pre-Spiders over 30 years ago. Popped in on Friday to give their 12% stout a try & will DEFINITELY be back. Gorgeous bar, stout to die for, great atmosphere, dog friendly & absolutely must try the food as everything on the unusual menu sounds mouthwatering. What a fab & friendly place!

One of Hull's hidden gems on a main road but slightly out of the centre. It's interior is remarkable and the bar tiled to perfection. It oozes history. I had the 12% porter costly but worth every penny to the taste buds

Great, proper pub. Wonderful selection of craft ales and ciders. Cosy bar at one end and a large area with sports TVs, pool table, darts, etc. Friendly staff. Didn't try the food but certainly will on our next visit.

Amazing dirty burger and chicken and chips. Very good food with a fabulous choice of ales. All served with a friendly smile. Still one of our beautiful city's gems.

Nicecold pub on edge of city centre

I lovely old pub that back in the day would have been near the docks in the old part of town. good selection of Lagar and Ales. It was busy so didn't really get chance to have a good look around. The food looked very nice. Near the museum quarter and close to a nice river walk so look forward to going again at a quieter time.
