Visited Gallimore's bar and restaurant today. Amazing food, nothing to fault at all. Excellent choices, food hot, friendly waitresses and waiters. Already booked our next visit. Great food Craig

We came here tonight for a meal to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary and I was pleasantly surprised, the service was really good and the food was excellent too!! The waitress was very pleasant and asked us how our day was etc. It was nice to see as you don't get that in a lot of places now. Food was great, I'll naturally stick some photos on, bill came to just shy of £90 but for two 3 course meals, an appetiser and 5 drinks (2 soft drinks) I didn't think was bad at all!! Although, and as you'll see from the photos, I had to make adjustments to improve my sticky toffee pudding... Nice little restaurant with some great quality food and some great service too, definitely worth checking out!!

Such a tasty pizza. Think one of the best in town. We got a supreme and ham and pineapple pizza. Fast delivery and great communication. The spicy dip and garlic mayo were wonderful too. Highly recommended .

Our wedding day at Wentbridge House was absolutely perfect! The venue itself was stunning both inside and out, creating a beautiful backdrop for our special day. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that everything went smoothly from start to finish. The food was truly outstanding; our guests are still raving about how wonderful it was! A special thank you goes to Chloe for her meticulous arrangements leading up to the big day, and to Karen, who made our wedding day so personal and memorable. Her attention to detail and genuine care helped create an unforgettable experience for us both. All the staff were brilliant, proactive in everything, and incredibly supportive. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our love! During the planning of our wedding, we visited many of the different rooms in both the original and new parts of the hotel, and they were all immaculate. Our bridal suite on the day was perfect. To all the staff at Wentbridge House, thank you so much for making our day so special! X

How can you not be impressed by this pub retaining much of its original charm and character. The beers are from the Kirkstall family of beers so you can be sure of quality. The bar staff are so friendly, it’s no wonder this bar is in the 2025 Good Beer Guide.

Only had takeaway but we regularly order from here as they’re the best curries in our area and we’ve tried quite a few, good portion size , fresh , hot and good quality chicken in there food.

We went for my birthday on Sunday. There were 4 of us and we all decided to have a carvery and we were all disappointed with the meal The meats and potatoes were excellent Yprkshire pudding cold and rubbery The carrots were hard and the cabbage had not been prepared properly (stems left on and cooked making it difficult to eat) On a positive note-the staff were excellent and couldnt do enough for us A few changes and the meal will be alot better

I have visited a few times here for drinks with friends but today was the first time trying the Sunday lunch. Everything was perfect, the best Sunday lunch I've had for a while (the roast potatoes were amazing!) The staff were friendly, attentive and made us both feel welcome, thank you so much, ill definitely be back soon!

Greeted with a smile by friendly staff who were only too happy to take us to our reserved table. They asked if we had any special requirements, allergies etc. They were so attentive throughout, we were allowed to eat our meals in peace without being disturbed. The only downside to the evening was the fact my husband has sensory issues which we were catered for by way of a quiet area but some adults allowed their children to run around screaming which made us leave early. The staff and manager were in no way to blame for this as it is a family friendly establishment but it would have been nice if the parents of the children showed a little respect for others dining this evening. Tasty Chinese, we tried the duck which was pricey but a treat. Made on time ready for collection. Cash only which is inconvenient these days!

Passed many times on journeys but first time visit. Hungry Horse outlet and hotel in large building. Food excellent today, took advantage of Tuesday £9 mix-it-up offer of cheese and jalapeño sausage sizzler, onion rings and fries with Frank's red-hot sauce. Very unusual and interesting breakfast items too. No hand pulled ales and apparently no longer going to have but decent Greene King pale from font. Pleasant and friendly staff. Some customers looked like Emmerdale extras ☺ Blue Light discount card can be used...

The room was excellent, the bed was so comfortable! The room was clean with plenty of tea and coffee supplies provided. The check in process was easy and every member of staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and very good quality, as a tea drinker I loved that there was a large variety of teas available. I would 100% stay again, next time we will be trying one of the theme or tribute nights.
