Visited Gallimore's bar and restaurant today. Amazing food, nothing to fault at all. Excellent choices, food hot, friendly waitresses and waiters. Already booked our next visit. Great food Craig

From walking in to walking out, the staff are very polite and friendly, they go the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy. The shop is clean and tidy and always well presented. The food, well its the best in Pontefract, the fish n chips are always cooked when you order, never sat in the hot plate for any length of time, the food is never greasy like most chippies, it's delicious and always enjoyable. I have found a great fish n chip shop, with great staff, I will NOT go anywhere else for my fish n chips now, great team, keep up the excellent service you provide.

Such a tasty pizza. Think one of the best in town. We got a supreme and ham and pineapple pizza. Fast delivery and great communication. The spicy dip and garlic mayo were wonderful too. Highly recommended .

Just there for a birthday celebration in the Brasserie and the food was over priced and whilst not horrible, it's over promised and under delivered.

Only had takeaway but we regularly order from here as they’re the best curries in our area and we’ve tried quite a few, good portion size , fresh , hot and good quality chicken in there food.

My daughter had a fantastic 6th birthday party at the Blue-smoke! She enjoyed every moment! I would 100% tell anyone to have a children’s party here! (Brilliant). The staff were great & nothing was any trouble. Everyone enjoyed the day! Thank you again Mrs Skinner

Booked a last minute Sunday Lunch Sharer in November for my wife and I. We have been here before for a drink and games but never to eat. The sharer is massive! loads of meat, roasties, greens etc. a big jug of gravy, nice Yorkshire pudding too. We ordered also some creamy mash and cauliflower cheese which were both awesome. We had this and a few cokes and it was less than 32 quid, amazing value and amazing food. If i could have changed anything it would be how the tables are set out as we were right next to the two toilets and in the walk way to the upstairs. staff were great too

Visited here since we stayed at the hotel. We both had steak, ribeye and sirloin. Csme pretty quick and portion was a good size. Everything tasted good so mo issues there. Steak possibly not medium rare as requested. I had a malbec with my meal which was a little odd in taste as I had expected. Seemed too sweet for an Argentinian one. Also had a coffee and sticky toffee pudding. The raspberries and raspberry sauce needs to go. Shouldn't be on here and detracted from the dish. Coffee was OK. Price seemed reasonable and staff prompt/attentive.

Went tonight menu deceiving. Says 2 course meal but then if you want steak it's extra. Starter was OK not the best I've had. Asked for steak meduim to well done. Came out running with blood. No peas on the plate onion rings very greasy chips not home cooked frozen ones. Manger stated he use to be a chef and they where meduim to well down steaks. (The steak was still mooing) We own 3 pubs ourselves. And would never treat a customer like he did. Chef not a chance the only thing he did in the kitchen was eat the food.

Food is poor quality- may as well just stick something in microwave

Tasty Chinese, we tried the duck which was pricey but a treat. Made on time ready for collection. Cash only which is inconvenient these days!

Passed many times on journeys but first time visit. Hungry Horse outlet and hotel in large building. Food excellent today, took advantage of Tuesday £9 mix-it-up offer of cheese and jalapeño sausage sizzler, onion rings and fries with Frank's red-hot sauce. Very unusual and interesting breakfast items too. No hand pulled ales and apparently no longer going to have but decent Greene King pale from font. Pleasant and friendly staff. Some customers looked like Emmerdale extras ☺ Blue Light discount card can be used...

The room was excellent, the bed was so comfortable! The room was clean with plenty of tea and coffee supplies provided. The check in process was easy and every member of staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and very good quality, as a tea drinker I loved that there was a large variety of teas available. I would 100% stay again, next time we will be trying one of the theme or tribute nights.
