Such a tasty pizza. Think one of the best in town. We got a supreme and ham and pineapple pizza. Fast delivery and great communication. The spicy dip and garlic mayo were wonderful too. Highly recommended .

Ordered a create your own square pizza and a spicy chicken burger w/ chips, pizza tasted great however came as a circle pizza (forgivable), chicken burger was just warm not hot just warm on delivery however I did call to ask if garlic mayo could be added on as I had forgotten to add it on to my online order and they were more than happy to do so and even gave it to me free of charge which was a nice touch, will be back.

Every order cooked to perfection, the pizza is simply the best but so is the shawarma, kids meals, burgers kebabs - all delicious. Only time we go elsewhere is when it’s closed! Delivery guys always happy, polite and enjoy the banter. Simply the best 5* thank you ☺️

Tasty, fairly priced and staff friendly and professional. Nothing is to much of a problem and my son is a fussy eater. Our go to take away place in the area. Food is always hot when delivered by the ever so cheerful delivery driver.

The service they provide here is brilliant. Food always comes so fast and I'm never waiting long. It's now the only takeaway I use as they smash everything on the menu. The pizzas are brilliant, the kebab meat is always juicy with lots of flavour and the cheesy chips are loaded unlike most takeaways that sprinkle a little on top. Would always recommend this takeaway over any in pontefract

Been ordering from big bites for about year now, food never disappoints and always quick delivery, staff and drivers are friendly, our daughter had a birthday party recently where we just ordered loads of pizzas for the kids to be delivered to the venue, it turned up on time and hot which is always a bonus, they went down an absolute treat.

The only takeaway that I order from, the wood is great and the customer service is excellent! Can’t recommend these guys enough

Stopped off for something to eat. Although only just before shutting ( we were unaware we were near closing time) they stopped on and made sure we didn't go hungry. This is the 3rd time we have ordered and can’t get enough! The Kebabs are amazing, one grilled and one special, and WOW so fresh and tasty! Chicken so tender it melted in your mouth, lots of flavour, salad fresh and tasty! Excellent delivery. 5 stars would absolutely recommend. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks Big Eats.

This is my sons favourite place to order from. We got it delivered. The portion size is huge I could not eat mine, I had the Crazy kebab box, absolutely delicious

Food is always nice. I got home with my order and they had sent me the wrong kebab. Within 10 minutes of ringing up they bought the right kebab free of charge. Excellent food and customer service.

After ages putting off trying this place. Decided to go here tonight...Well we got a delivery. From the moment we called, to the delivery guy and eating the food it was excellent. Friendly guy on the phone, both times first time when my partner called to enquire about a few things and second time when I called to place a order. Delivery arrived hot in 25 minutes to a friendly delivery guy. Food was hot and tasty... Pizza... The quality of the cheese used is brilliant...Had a great pull but not over the top cheap stuff. Burgers had a great chat grill flavour. Parmo was huge!!! If there was a feedback to be given, we asked for garlic on half of the pizza... Maybe somehow mark on the pizza box which side has garlic??? Maybe it's just me being fussy 😊 the non garlic eater was my niece Highly recommend

I moved to Featherstone just 2 years ago, been a caterer for 20 years and this is the only takeaway I use for Pizza, Kebabs, as have felt disappointed with all the others in Featherstone, so went a little further away, never disappointed, tonight I ordered Meat Samosas which where as good as fresh ones you get in Bradford (which are hard to beat) Along with Chicken shwarma with chips, super fresh and loads of meat, with a Sundae, which was full of chocolate, 10/10.

Only ordered twice but both times have been amazing, stuffed crust square pizzas were one of the best ive ever had. And this time ordered shwarma wraps and they gave me free chips with both, absolutely delicious and will be ordering again. Ps. They delivered quickly aswell >20 minutes.

Truly the best pizza absolutely perfect nice base and delicious toppings..highly recommended top of the list for me.

Best in pontefract by far won't use anywhere else now good portions friendly staff fast service

We had read good things about this place so decided to give them a try. Wished i hadnt bothered .... ordered online and got told 30 mins delivery payment taken immediately. After nearly 1 hour no sign of them so tried calling no answer . After another 20 mins food arrived and it was the wrong order and stone cold delivered by a very sour delivery person who just dropped and left before we had chance to speak to them. We returned the pizzas ourselves to the shop to be met by indifferent staff who couldnt care less that our order was late and incorrect. No apology or even an explanation 🤷‍♀️ i spoke via messenger to a member of staff who said one of their ovens was down so under pressure well ok these things happen and if anyone had bothered to say this i would have been understanding but NO the staff were just rude. Wont recommend this place and will stick with Tokies going forward as they care about their customers 🤬

Ordered from here as we had heard many good things, wish we didn't bother and never will again. Ordered online and pay was taken straight away with a 30 min delivery. 1 hour later still no food, after further 30 minutes trying to get hold of them it turned up cold and the wrong order. Went to the shop to complain and staff we really unhelpful and didn't care at all. Would highly recommend going somewhere else.

Paid extra for the square pizza, got a standard round one, now won’t answer the phone after ringing 5 times to discuss this. Pay extra to get the same as standard.

I’d heard good things about this takeaway, usually people referring to it as Mahmoods, was told to try the kebabs as they were apparently great, they’re not. We got two mixed kebab with salad and chilli and two chips and it came to £17, that was collection! The pitta bread was wet through, dripping. The kebab was dry as a bone, no taste no flavour, got 4 pieces of chicken which was rubbery and slimy, the salad literally was a handful of shredded lettuce and a full onion, plus they didn’t put chilli on as asked. If I could give 0 stars I would, I’d never return.

I have downgraded my review from a 5 to a 3. I have left my original review below. I went to collect and food was late without an apology. All customers who came in were wearing a mask but staff did not (isn't there a £10,000 fine for businesses not doing this!?). Delivery guy came in, also not wearing a mask even though the two customers in, where wearing a mask. Food was still okay but having to wait 15 mins after they said it would be ready without any kind of recognising of this isn't on. ----------------- Original review ========= Wow. A true gem in Pontefract. Super lovely staff and the pizzas are fresh and delicious. The ingredients seem to be better quality than other pizza places I've tried and the recipes spot on. We ordered a variety of food for collection and were really pleased with it all. I'll certainly be returning.

Food is amazing wouldn't order from any where an very fast service

After needing somewhere new after getting fed up of all the disappointing Saturday night takeaway food around here recently. (Delivery times of a couple of hours all clap cold and inedible). We found the reviews for this place which has exceeded all expectations every order amazing and not quite believable until we tried for ourselves. We order through just-eat and it is a tiny bit more expensive than what we used to pay but I'm happy to do this as is probably only a fiver more and always loads left over that we eat the next morning. Can recommend crocodile pizza I've never heard of buying from even a a shop, blame flame filled by burger and charcoal chicken breast . Wow. Would wow. Wow would would would wow would love would love to see see how how others how others feel about this other feel xx
