Consistently great quality burgers. Friendly staff and great variety of sides- we always leave full. The best place to bring our family/friends when they visit.

Second time I've had food here! Brought my friend and she loved it too! Friendly staff and amazing food! Highly recommended trying it if you are in the area!

Where do I begin? The burgers, beef or chicken, are exceptionally flavoursome - amazing combinations of popular flavours in each of their menu items. And on the topic of menu items, there's plenty there to switch things up with each visit! Their BSK Bowls are perfectly portioned and consistently tasty every single time! And their Steak Fries are to DIE FOR! Absolutely love their Tender Bowl with Buffalo Mayo, and because I'm greedy, a side of Fries as well (personal favourites are 'Parmesan x Italian Truffle' and 'Salt & Pepper'. The atmosphere is always pleasant and the guys there are always smiling, which makes each visit as great as the last. They are also dog friendly! The dog is always treated to some crispy bacon there, which is a really kind gesture. I dare say, they are the best burger place by a country mile, and they are always looking to bring more to the table. Keep an eye on the BSK team! 11/10, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Terrible service when placing the order asked if we had a table after going to the car other people was sat at our table then we was told we would have to wait for our food so had to request a refund I eaten here most days won't no more

Amazing! my son decided on here for his birthday and they really took care of us all, even bringing him out some extra. Food was amazing as always. They were busy so it took a little while ( about 25 minutes or so for 5 meals) but is always worth the wait. Staff are so friendly and really good. food was about £70 for all 5 of us, but there was enough left for lunch for 3 of us the next day. Looks like we might be going back tonight too! thanks folks!

Tried this place out after seeing the hype all over insta. Safe to say it did not disappoint! Everything was perfect and still warm even when we got home half an hour later… Food was beautiful and the guy that served us was lovely. We’ll definitely be back! -Belle

Absolutely amazing! Food was beautiful, massive portions and cooked to perfection. The service was also brilliant. They were running a bit behind but kept me informed all the time and were so apologetic about it! Highly recommend Bank St Kitchen. We will definitely be coming again!

Smashed it out of the park... is the expression I would use today. Having been a few times, we've never been disappointed. Food has always tasted amazing and worth every penny. Changed it up today to try the steak fries; 100% recommend! Bit gutted I didn't attempt them sooner, but happy I saved them as the Xmas Eve treat 😋 Extra bonus points for the chilled soundtrack as it's a welcome change from the Christmas tunes I hear everywhere 🤣 thanks boys!

The food here is excellent. Me and my wife went for the tenders and our 3yr old daughter had the nuggets, all of us had the skin on fries. My fussy daughter adored the food too and she's typically very fussy! Will definitely be coming again and telling everyone about it

MY FAVE PLACE EVER! If I could go here 7 days a week and not eventually get fed up of the food I would! I try to limit myself but it’s hard because the food is so good! I’ve been going here well over a year and have brought basically all my family and friends here- I should be on commission at this point! I love the chicken cheese sandwiches, the tender chicken bowl with aioli sauce , the Mac and cheese, halloumi bites, steak fries. Always fresh, the friendliest staff. I also love the drink selection much better range of drinks than most. So proud of the owners for smashing it, it’s so nice to see small business doing well. Keep it up and I’ll see you in another 6 days 😂💜

Quick service, great staff, clean restaurant, nice food, huge portions. Could do with a little music ( might have had some but I couldn't hear it). Will definitely be back to try a burger next time.

This place is pretty much a go to mealhouse for us, me and my partner plus sister and her partner. It's a little shop but awesome foods. Always enjoy the food and staff are really great and accommodating. They have 4 tables and it's usually always full but they do orders to takeaways.

Really like this place. The foods great and staff friendly. However, it has attracted groups of teenagers and young lads that just swear constantly. It's become somewhere I don't want to eat with my you daughter because of this and that's a real shame as the foods awesome!

SO GOOD! Best takeaway I've had in a long time. And I was able to order something that fit with my awkward dietary needs (can't have dairy or gluten) with no problems. Ordered over the phone and the guy was very accommodating. So tasty!

The food was amazing I took my daughter and my husband and it was wonderful my daughter who is 12 said after school she’s going to come here with me every Friday to get something to eat we loved it and will be going back very very soon the staff was incredible the wait in food was 10 minutes and it was so fast and delicious

£4.00 for 6 onion rings with two of them the size of a £2 coin. Never again. Yes Ian ordered these for me. I only ordered the onion rings as that was all I could afford.

A fantastic little business serving great burgers locally. As a self-proclaimed burger connoisseur, I've eaten here numerous times now with my partner and with friends - no complaints. The staff are always friendly and show that they care about the food they produce as they are knowledgeable about it. The menu generally has something for everyone and I would say it's good value for both quality and quantity. People likening this to Five Guys as 'overpriced' or 'poor value' are absolutely mad. The price of a Five Guys double cheeseburger is £8.25. The price of a double cheeseburger here is £6.95 - you do the math...

Visited this place for the first time today, beautiful food. My 6 year old grandaughter loved it! for once someone knows how to cook a steak and the garlic cheesey sauce was to die for 😋well done guys.

Overpriced for the portion small burgers and small box of chips. Had the chicken slaw the batter was burnt and the chicken was hard to chew.

Decent!! We came here last night, there were like 14 of us and the lads who work there were rushed off their feet making our orders!! Top quality!! Make sure you try the salt & pepper hash browns, they're top tier gear!!

The food here is so good. The coleslaw on the Chicken Slaw burger is delicious. The wings are crunchy, tender and juicy. The fries are the perfect combo of crispy on the outside, soft on the inside.

Took my younger sister as she’s been before and wanted me to try their burgers and all I can say is the service and food has been spectacular, and the staff check up on you regularly to see how everything is. It’s so good to have a restaurant/takeaway that care about their customers and the food they provide. Plus the music they play is awesome, takes me back to the 00’s. Will definitely return here next time!

Excellent burger, delicious fries, and my wife said the steak she had was cooked to perfection. The staff were very friendly too, and the whole place had a cosy atmosphere. They were fine with us bringing in our 9-month-old in her pram and extended their friendly attitude to her whenever they saw her looking. We will be visiting again, and probably ordering takeaway for collection sometimes.

Had a grilled chicken wrap with buffalo Mayo as the lunch deal. Fresh and tasty food in a chilled atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back here again!

Tried it for the first time after seeing it on Facebook. The food was amazing, prepped fresh whilst we waited and the flavours were unreal. The value was great £5 for their Bank Street bowl. Will definitely be returning.

Thought I'd try here was a tad disappointed asked him not to go mad with the chillies in salt an pepper chips so he just went over board with pepper instead I had to throw half box away but on the up note the butter chicken tenders were lovely

Poor! Ordered 2 chicken burgers, wings & steak fries. Waiting 45mins, the chicken for the burgers were cooked after 5 mins and left under the lamps for 40 mins before the burgers were eventually made! Chicken dry and lacking flavour batter burnt, wings ok but batter again burnt, Steak on chips was like rubber!

We placed our order over the phone, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our meals for 5 were ready to be collected within 15 minutes of ordering. It was really delicious, especially the dirt fries. We’ll definitely be back when we next visit family in Ossett.

Disappointed I ordered after seeing the hype and video of Rate My Takeaway on social media. I found the food to be bland and uninspiring. At this price point it competes with Five Guys, but on this occasion did come close.

Probably the best burger I've had in my life! The dirty fries were also insane. Staff were cool and kind. I would travel the 90 miles from where I live just to eat here 😫. Also the ingredients were fresh and the atmosphere was warm. Got 2 burgers and dirty fries for those wondering.

Amazing burgers, so much flavour and high quality ingredients. Fries are great, so tasty and you won't be walking away without being full. 16 of us descended on Bank Street Kitchen yesterday at short notice. This was for my husbands birthday and also to celebrate after at martial arts championship. The guys were really accommodating, the food came out quickly & was delicious! They gave me candles for the birthday cake I brought for my husband & were generally brilliant. Definitely recommend Bank Street Kitchen 👌

First time trying this place… Staff very friendly and the place is very clean. My only complaint is the I found the burger bland in flavour and the wings were dripping in grease. 7/10 for me I’m afraid.
