The best restaurants in Nether Edge Sheffield Yorkshire and The Humber

Popped into Pelizco recently to check out their updated menu, and I’ve got to say - it’s improved from previously. They’ve added a few new dishes, and overall, the experience was a good one. The atmosphere was buzzing, the service was friendly and attentive, and the cocktails were pretty good.. The staff looked after us and wanted to make sure we had the best time, which was a big plus. Food-wise, there were some real highlights. The fish tacos were tasty, and the desserts were a winner -especially the homemade ice cream, sorbet, and the special dessert. That said, many of the dishes were a bit on the salty side, and the duck was a little dry. Nothing disastrous, just a few teething issues that I’m sure they’ll iron out as they settle into the new menu. With a few tweaks - toning down the salt, refining a couple of dishes - Pelizco could easily push towards a 5-star experience. Looking forward to seeing how things develop!

Absolutely 5* I can't believe we've not been here. 15 years old this year. Such good food. Tapas to die for. Flavours and combinations of amazing ingredients that surprised and delighted us. I love limes! The best pork belly ribs I've ever had. Due in large part to chef's stunning homemade barbecue sauce. Ask him how he made it! Be sure to have their green beans (perotos verdes). Soooo good. Waiter & chef available to guide whilst exuding passion and warmth for their food and guests.

Really nice meal, we had lots to small plates and all really enjoyable. Freya was really helpful and polite, and very nice relaxed atmosphere for an early tea, great start to the weekend :)

The food is consistently amazing and the service is impeccable. I highly highly recommend & my kids also love it! High praise indeed!

Such an original venue and great beer to boot. I hope it stays unchanged with it recently being bought.

Popped in on a Friday evening and got a walk in table for two. Food came quickly and the portions are huge, certainly makes it good value. As others have mentioned you can also get takeaway here so they can provide a container if you can’t finish your plate. A tad slow to bring the bill but we settled up at the till instead. Would recommend.

Overpriced place. Low value for money. Felt like they trying to charge for the building of this fancy place, not the food.
