We come back here again and again. The food is some of the best food in Sheffield. Top quality and next level flavour. Ye specials never disappoint and one of the few places to have amazing tequila which makes great cocktails. Will keep coming back again and again 😍😍😍

Food and drinks were great and I really enjoyed everything, except my fries were so salty I was having to shake each individual one in order to eat them. The service wasn’t great though- I wouldn’t complain if it was busy but it took absolutely forever for our food order to be taken and there were only two other tables. I’d still come back regardless of these issues though

Food was absolutely gorgeous. Beef rib and brisket and tacos were amazing! Unfortunately very small portions not nearly enough for a main course.

Really great little place. Went on a Tuesday where it's tortilla Tuesdays so got to sample a variety of their dishes, all of them really great Also a deal on margaritas which are really tasty, nice cocktails for only 2 for £12. Would recommend

Masa Fried Chicken Tacos and The Mexican potatoes were delicious! The other items were ordered were ok. Staff varied if I'm honest. Although it was a busy evening so this could have been why. The lady that initially served us was very helpful but her shift finished mid meal for us. Drinks were tasty. Would try again but at a quieter time.

This is a really nice Mexican place. The food was fantastic and the service was good. No issues to have some clarification over some of the dishes on the menu. Only small issues I had were portion size was slightly on the small side, table was sticky/grimey, and the wait time was a little longer than I expected. Would I return? YES.

Delicious food, really fresh ingredients and very friendly staff. Would recommend going Wednesday or Thursday 5-6pm as they have a great taco deal- 1 for £3!

Great atmosphere with friendly service. I'm a big Mexican fan and have had it in shed loads of places (including Mexico) 😂. The issue here with the food is that it's lacking fresh flavours. Very much a deep fried sensation. It's not that it's bad, it's just not good.

Five stars for the quality of food, service and ambience in this little gem of a restaurant. We demolished our beef short rib and halloumi tacos, queso fundido and tenderstem brocoli with salsa macha side and then wished we could eat it all over again, so delicious! The serving staff were extremely friendly and helpful and cocktails great too! I would recommend trying the Espresso Martin with Mezcal to finish!

Incredible food. Great mix of traditional and not, but always an emphasis on great flavour and texture. Everything was spot on, especially the dreamy quesabirria. Lovely staff who were very attentive and gave good recommendations.

Absolutely love Pellizco! The food is delicious and packed with flavour. They have really interesting flavour combinations for the tacos that work so well together and having all the options of salsas for dipping your tortilla chips is excellent too! The staff are friendly and helpful with explaining the menu too. The aperitivo hour deal is spot on - 2 margaritas for £12 and £3 tacos - brilliant value and so delicious! On a warm/sunny day, sitting out in the courtyard is perfect. We'll definitely be coming back soon and recommending to others.

Amazing place! Great atmosphere and delicious food..and the margaritas…so good! Best place I’ve eaten in ages. The portions were huge- we were expecting small tapas type plates but you get so much for your money. Will be telling everyone about this place and definitely be back soon.

Always good food when I've been. Loaded fries and tacos were all amazing. I will warn though when going on a busy night service can be quite slow (it can take 1 1/2 hrs to get food on the table) but nonetheless it is well worth the wait!

Mixed experience: Pros were the decoration and ambiance. Service was friendly. Enjoyed the quesadillas and tacos. Disappointed with the other dishes. Potatoes and beans unseasoned, lamb overcooked . Cons were the speed of service and long gaps between dishes coming out. The classic margarita was too sweet compared to what I consider classic. Sugar rim and syrupy sweet taste. Should be salty and sour.

Chilled place to eat uncomplicated Mexican food and drink Margaritas

Fantastic place serving some of the best tacos in the UK (my wife is American and very discerning when it comes to tacos!). Fresh and zingy salsas and amazing fillings. Really worth a visit! Very reasonably priced and lovely staff.

Enjoyed it very much! Struggled to know what to pick and could have eaten everything. Will have to come back and eat the things we didn't get to try. Wonderful mix of tastes, zesty fish dishes through glorious crispy chicken and fall off the bone duck. Impressive selection of salsas too. My family includes a bit of fussiness and everyone left full and happy. Gutted we didn't have space for the churros that we had eye balled going to another table. We will definitely be back.

We were here as a family of four for lunch today having meant to try Pellizco since it joined Dyson Place, itself a lovely place to be. It was excellent - the staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing, the atmosphere relaxed sat out on the terrace, and the food..delicious! The menu was just right in choice and we all enjoyed the dishes (I had ceviche tostadas which were zingy!). Highly recommended.

Lovely food, brilliant service and a lovely location (especially in the sun)! Visited as a party of 4 and was served by a waitress who was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Also a fellow coeliac so reassured me on the food being gluten free. We shared a few small plates and chose our own taco plates as a main. Chicken and the pulled pork tacos were amazing. The halloumi fries were massive and also gluten free, and we finished off sharing a plate of churros which were also GF! I highly recommend this restaurant, especially for the extensive gluten free options.

This is the second time we’ve been here, the first time we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as they’d just opened and to be honest, the food is pretty nice. They do great margaritas but and this is a big but, the service is unbelievably slow. Over 45 minutes for our drinks, (it’s a good job they were strong as we didn’t/couldn’t have many due to the slow service) the food was over an hour and 15. A second round of tacos took another 45 minutes. The restaurant wasn’t even full. Overall our meal took 2 hours for a few tacos! Unless they improve the service we won’t be returning.

Had a booking. Shown to a table. Waited nearly 5 minutes for a menu. Not offered a drink. Walked out after waiting 15 minutes and not one member of staff spoke to us. Never been before. Never going back.

Put simply the Masa Fried Chicken Tacos are some of the best tacos I've eaten. Fresh and full of flavour. The staff were amazing, atmosphere was great and the food fantastic. I would recommend this place and will 100% return again and again.

In the area looking for lunch and this caught our attention. What a great choice, the food is fresh, well prepared and cooked beautifully. The Masa Fried Chicken Taco's have to be up there with some of the best tacos I've ever tasted. I'd love that recipe. Chicken was soft, tender and with a lovely thin crispy coating with great flavour, upon first bite I knew these were beyond good. Service was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Decor was very fitting and overall I left knowing I will certainly return. I may have to bribe for the recipe of those Masa Fried Chicken Tacos.

I really don’t like slating local businesses as I do wish them well. However I feel the need to voice my opinion on the meal we’ve just had here this afternoon. We feel completely ripped off. We’ve just spent £92 on a family meal and all four of us have come away still feeling hungry. It’s a small plates/tapas style menu, which generally does from my experience feel like you overpay for what you get wherever you go. However, some of the dishes we had were just a plain rip-off. Three tiny quesadillas which were basically just tortilla and cheese for £7.50 and I would anticipate the cost of producing this was probably around 50p. We also ordered the soft shell crab at £11, but it mostly resembled crispy batter with not much actual crab inside. Pints of Estella are £6 which are hotel prices. On the plus side the burrata was delicious and the other tacos we had were very also very good. But they are really very tiny. The lamb tacos are £13 and whilst they tasted delicious just simply aren’t worth that. The staff were very friendly but towards the end were not attentive. Our plates were left to stack up including those of surrounding tables. Mexican food should not be complicated or expensive. There are far, far better value places to get great Mexican food in Sheffield and not feel ripped off.

Went there in a group of 10, lovely food, great service, & a decent price, well worth a visit. Needs more Tequila behind the bar!

We checked out this new Pellizco restaurant at Dyson Place a few weeks ago and it’s definitely on our list of places to go back to. Fresh-tasting and piquant dishes, great range of antojitos (small Mexican tapas dishes), tacos and salsas, pretty quick friendly service and a lively atmosphere. Lots of hard surfaces (on trend of course), and upbeat music, so not a place to go to for a quiet intimate & leisurely evening, but that’s not we were after that evening and Pellizco hit the spot admirably. Strongly recommended if you love good fresh Mexican food.

Firstly the selection of margaritas is amazing!! The staff are so friendly and accomodating and the food is some of the best I have ever had. I cannot recommend this place enough and I can't wait to visit again!

Food was amazing, so tasty! lunch menu offers a really good selection for everyone, cocktails were amazing too, great quality! Staff were lovely and went out their way for us. Have been here a couple of times, Would suggest that you do book if you go though. The whole experience was great so will definitely return.

Always a great meal here. Food and drinks are always fantastic, vegetarian options are great. It'd probably be my number 1 in Sheffield if it had a couple more vegan options!

Had a fantastic lunchtime meal here. The beef burrito and chorizo fondu were exceptional.

Had a truly lovely time at Pellizco. My sister and I had two margaritas, corn on the cob, chicken tacos, beef tacos, refried beans, skin on chips, a medium salsa and some churros to finish off. Many of the flavours were new to us and we really enjoyed them, there was some real depth on show. The textures were equally spot on. The service was good, as was the setting and decor. I’m glad we scouted this place out and will definitely be returning with a larger party next time. It’s great that we now finally have some quality Mexican food available in Sheffield.

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Pellizico. Me and my wife came for the happy hour and were not disappointed. She ordered two margaritas which came with a line sherbet and chilli rim. They were absolutely delicious! For food, we ordered the lamb, beef, pork and fish tacos to share, with a side of fries and you'd be hard pressed to find a better taco in Sheffield. Loads of meat, wonderfully spiced and incredibly tasty. The service was great as well. Our waiter was warm and attentive, giving us insight on the food and the drink, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great place to come and eat. We'll definitely be back!

We visited pellizco 3/4/2023 at 3pm. We were served by a lady who took the time to explaining how the offers worked and what offers would be suitable for us. She met our every need while engaging in casual conversation. The food we had was superb. Thank you for a great meal.

Lovely venue and atmosphere. Had a lovely waitress who explained everything well and was very attentive. Had tacos, halloumi fries and coffee - which were all incredible! Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Had an amazing date night dinner here. LOVED the tenderstem broccoli, the papas Mexicana and Padron peppers, as well as the tortillas (basically, loved all the things). They did not scrimp on the taco fillings either. Highly recommend the good vibes ✌️

The food is absolutely delicious, best Mexican food in Sheffield by far(ps lots of gluten free options). Quality service, lovely drinks and some brilliant decor. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Absolutely love Pellizco and have been many times across the old cutlery works branch and now the new restaurant in Dyson Place. The food has always been amazing and the staff really friendly. It’s become a staple for us when we want to scratch that Mexican itch. So so good.

I've followed Pellizco from the start, always loved them down at Cutlery Works and at all the events I've caught them at around Sheffield over the years. For me Pellizco Dyson Place is next level! Less casual than Cutlery Works allows for a proper dining experience now. Ive always found the food to be top notch but now you've got the authentic Mexican artwork, music and carefully selected beers and cocktails to go with it. I can't wait to visit again when the sun is shining. The outdoor seating will be amazing for tacos and margaritas!! Keep up the good work guys!! 👍🌮

Came in with my Mum at lunch time on a Friday & we had the best afternoon enjoying the Apertivo hour deals! We had the Cauliflower & Beef tacos both of which were divine, so fresh & full of flavour & a bargain for just £3/£4 a taco. We also loved the 2 for £12 cocktails! We had a Classic Margarita & a Blood Orange Margarita each & it’s safe to say we left very merry! Overall a lovely afternoon with great food & drinks! What a great addition to Sharrow!

The food was so good I had to come back the next day! Offering so much choice for coeliac (gluten free) people with so much taste and the orange wine is to die for. Highly recommend the beef tacos and ceviche, alongside the platter as that serves two perfectly no wonder the business won two awards for British street food veggie and dishes Really good pricing especially in the economy we are in at the moment and the staff as so friendly and helpful!

Ignored on way in, took 10 minutes before we were asked if we wanted any drinks. Burrito was extremely plain and dry. Tried multiple salsas and none of them had any kick whatsoever. Not recommended if you want actual flavour and want a watered down version of mexican style cuisine.

I went this afternoon (05/02/23) with my parents and were blown away with the quality of the food and service. The young lady running the shift was clearly busy training other staff but was still incredible in managing her time to tend to our every request. We had a snack of tortilla crisps which we paired some delicious dips I'd never heard of before! We had 4 different tacos with some patas mexicanas and halloumi fries (some of the best I've ever had) which where all delicious, excellently seasoned and the perfect amount of spice. Overall this restaurant is a winner and I look forward to coming back soon!

Great experience at Pellizco. Food quality is exceptional, and small plate portion sizes very good. Value for money is very good and the food the best take on Mexican cuisine I've had. Definitely recommend the Beef Birria Tacos. Looking forward to visiting again.

Went for dinner with a large (8) group. The service was great, super friendly and attentive. The food was even better, we had the Tacos and some small plates and throughly enjoyed everything! Definitely will be coming back and would recommend to anyone!
