ordered on uber eats literally the food was missing and they gave me the wrong drink

Serious miscommunication from the staff upon this visit. The self service did not print a receipt. Walked out after having my. meal with a frown on my face!

I ordered delivery and when it arrived my drink was not delivered the driver stated he never got one. When I opened the bag to check my food the cheesy fries and crunch wrap were cold the only warm item was the burrito. As I was eating my crunch wrap I noticed mould it was not a small amount either

The fries were absolutely atrocious, some of them weren't even fully cooked and they were all soggy immediately after getting them

Caminé hasta aquí para cenar, pero cuando llegué a casa me di cuenta de que faltaba la mitad de mi pedido. ¡Inaceptable! Traté de resolver esto con el servicio de atención al cliente sin respuesta útil, ya que básicamente dijeron que considerarían mi caso al entrenar al personal. Pensaría que poner comida en la bolsa es el requisito mínimo pero aparentemente no en Taco Bell. No volveré a pedir a Taco Bell otra vez, por decir lo menos.

Great, cheap food which always comes quickly in my experience.

Amount of times they have served me meat when I’ve ordered beans is ridiculous. Don’t come here if you’re vegetarian or don’t eat certain meats due to Religious reasons.

This place is nice for atmosphere and the general vibe, I can see myself coming in the future. But the only thing stopping that is the price for things. The meal box I ordered with the Mrs was £14.50. The image is a perfect representation of this place. Lovely but not getting your moneys worth. Food was nice but not nice enough for the explanation of the portion size

Requested items to come with no cheese. I called up the shop before placing this order to ensure this was okay as this was an allergy and was told yes place your order and we will make a note and ensure this requirement is met. I placed the order totalling £20’s and when this arrived the instructions wasn’t met. I called and spoke to a manager named pooja who said yes this was there fault but they couldn’t refund or re make my order without me paying again or alternatively coming to the store right away to get a replacement order of which I said I can’t get to you hence why I ordered in the first place. After 15 minute on the phone trying to come up with a resolution Pooja the ‘manager’ decided she’d had enough and then chose to hang up the phone. I understand mistakes happen but very poor managerial skills trying to resolve an issue leaving a customer with an inedible order and no refund especially had this not had been noticed could have caused severe illness.

It's taco bell so I'm rating based on that. It's fair priced fast food with a kick if you like that. I've lived most of my life in the US and the UK version is consistent and just as decent. It's not real mexican food that you can find elsewhere, but it fills a hole and won't break the bank. Good for a nighttime pitstop or quick bite on the go.

Gave me the most horrific food poisoning, never again 😭

If you want to sit down to eat you can’t because the seating area is ALWAYS closed. Also if you have an offer like Taco Tuesday don’t bother making the trip here because they “don’t participate” with offers.

They consistently miss your order. Either miss a whole meal or miss the modifications to your meal. It is very frustrsting. Don't recommend this place

Pedido desde el quiosco, después del pago dijo que había un problema y hablar con un miembro del personal. Hice esto y me dijeron que el pago no se realizó, así que deberíamos ordenar de nuevo. Se ofrecieron a tomar el pedido personalmente, así que les dimos el mismo pedido de nuevo y nos aseguramos de tener en cuenta que queríamos el artículo gratuito. Nos aseguraron que podían hacerlo. Terminaron cobrando el doble de la cantidad por esa orden ya que estaba mal, a pesar de que tenían la orden original para salir. No hay artículos gratis, nos cobraron por eso también. Para colmo, llegamos a casa y nos notificaron que el pedido original había sido cargado a mi tarjeta. Así que terminamos pagando x 3 el importe de un pedido. La comida estaba fría y empapada. No conocen su propio sistema.

Food was good but put cheese in an order that asked for it to be removed, and also forgot a burrito in the order

Normally have to ask for the receipt to be reprinted because the self service till doesn't print it.

Give me beef instead of chicken quesadilla and the beef was really gone off and now I have food poisoning

Food is not up to the standard of Taco Bell and is not made properly would not recommend the crunch wrap here ordered it a few times from this restaurant and still hasn’t improved barley any filling and i also paid extra for cheese sauce on my chips and got 10 chips with a tiny amount of sauce absolutely ridiculous for the price!!!!

Whoever was working today at this branch needs to get sacked ! Ordered a beef crunchy supreme instead get a whole loaf of salad with no beef whatsoever , disgusting service ! Never ordering from here again

Chips were cold, chicken burrito was beef, everything had cheese despite them being told that I couldn't have cheese

Standard taco bell food was decent but nowhere to sit inside

Tried out the vegan items. Pretty decent. Shame there isn’t vegan cheese or sour cream as you basically just get lettuce and plant mince. No area to eat in except a small standing spot.

Visited many Taco Bell branches across the country but this has to be the worst one. I was waiting 20 minutes for my food due to them prioritising Uber Eats/Deliveroo orders over the people who were waiting in the store. After I finally got my food, it was stone cold. I had the soft chicken taco and the chicken was pink inside, yet strangely it was black and burnt on the outside. Staff weren’t helpful and did nothing to try and communicate with customers when they were complaining about the long waits. Would not recommend at all.

Absolute jokers took over an hour to get food no communication and is entirely unacceptable to go in store pay and wait over 60,minutes for. Food. How this franchisee is operating I have no idea.

Horrible place. They can't tell the time and don't even deliver. Waited 50 minutes, supposedly delivered, but it wasn't. Hope they close them down.

Server had sauce on gloves, h rubbed it off on the bin and decided to continue touching food without changing the gloves. When we asked the manager about it she said all she can do is offer a refund, did not ask the server to change gloves. Would not recommend

If it was possible to leave 0 star I would - complete wrong order sent truly disappointing and what we did receive was cold to the point you could tell it was cooked a long while ago - also called within 1 minute of delivery and nobody was answering the phone👍

Small Taco Bell, it was m first time. Can’t understand the hype, it’s just average fast food. Everything made with ground meat. If you do not get the provided sauces, it is kinda bland. Staff was very nice and store was clean.

Rude staff , had been in queue for 10 minutes , when get to the front was told they were shut which I understand they have to shut at some point but didn’t think it was fair when I had been queuing

I love taco bell its one of my favourite places to eat I only have one downside that the one time I wanted food when was really hungry they had no cash and was only taking card and the thing that annoyed me it was like that for near enough a month and they didn't even put up a poster to say card only or anything

Very efficient staff and quick service. Food was a bit eh but cooked well! Update: After a few years of using Taco Bell - you really have to know what to get and now enjoy it greatly! The Quesadilla, Chalupa, Chicken strips are great and highly recommended!

got served by a girl called Alice. best customer service i ever got. she helped me choose and alter my food and got it out to me within 5 mins, lovely girl. should be appreciated by the store.

Drink machine was broken and my Pepsi was taste like a English tea!! She ask me that I want my burrito spicy or not I’ve said not but they make it spicy definitely not a good branch of Taco Bell!

Have never felt more unwelcome somewhere in my life. One member of staff was stood at the front of the counter leaning over and going on her phone. They didn’t give us our drinks with the meal and when we asked for them they didn’t have what we had ordered. They didn’t ask if we would like a different drink we just had to ask ourselves. Absolutely appalling customer service and social skills from the staff. The food wasn’t even warm either.

I had a great lunch from this takeaway, where all of the options are presented clearly on electronic boards. My Quesadilla Meal was delicious and the drink came from the machine with a solid range, accompanied by fantastic designs and a collection point where they called out orders! The service was fast and cleanliness had been maintained, though the staff did not remember my cheesy dip nor is the restaurant eat-in.

Not loads of veggie options but the 7 layer gives me all I need. I wish they made the cravings box veggie 😩

Ordered from here a few times, was normally perfectly fine and what you would expect. However this time is very bad, still not received nearly 3 hours later, no response and not answering the phone. Sorry to say you lost a customer.

The worst place you can ever place order. The food will be served always cold soggy and god knows when it was cooked and waiting on the table. Not even a single item feel like you are eating fresh food. Waste of money and quality of food 👎

Absolutely disgusting place . Went with my 12yo daughter who wanted to their Meadowhall franchise in Sheffield. No concept of customer service.. despite repeatedly emphasising we are vegetarians and ordering a cheese quesadilla ended up with ??? Chicken in it 🤮🤮🤮. Having been vegetarian all our life it was a shock to us. My daughter was in floods of tears and we had to leave from there asap just to get her settled. Unfortunately was so disgusted and traumatised by it all that didn’t bother to take any pictures. Not that they’d care even if we complained. NEVER going there ever again 🤢

Waited over a hour for my order on a Monday night, only for it to be cancelled with no communication from the restaurant. I order from here all the time but this experience has put me off from ever ordering again.

Don't order for delivery from here. This is my third time ordering delivery and the first time it happened I thought maybe the driver just forgot to give us some food but 3 times in a row now I have had tonnes of items forgotten from my order. Paid £40 tonight for food and less than half of my order arrived, not even the entirety of the set meal arrived, and had barely any money refunded which I know isn't enough compared to what we had arrive. Safe to say I will no longer be ordering from here

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS TACO BELL. Made a complaint and was treated like absolute dirt, just like a lot of other reviewers have said. Beware the customer service is atrocious, if someone called 'Archie' is in then expect missing food and appalling appalling customer care. On top of this the food shouldn't even be passing through quality checks

Not the best Taco Bell I have been to and definitely not the cleanest ! Really dirty tables with food & drink spilt all over them & no effort made to clean them Staff just put your food on the counter shout your number and walk off . Having lived in the states and eaten at Taco Bell for 30+ years you would not see this poor service and cleanliness problems in any US Taco Bell . The food was ok though

Horrible, Absolutely Shameful service. Order never arrived. When i called Taco Bell they didn't pick up the call even after trying at least 10 times. Never ever will order from them again. Just hoping to get my money back.

Awful franchise of Taco Bell. Have been twice now and the customer service is horrific, with the staff not knowing how to process orders properly, and then not apologising for overcharging me at all. Furthermore, I then had to wait a good 10/15 mins for my order to come, to then go home and find a hair in my food. Will not go back now, bad hygiene and rude staff is not appetising at all.

Honestly, it's ok, taco bell food in general is not the best, but also they seem to be way too busy with deliveroo, rather than regular customers as every time it's like a 30/40min wait in the evenings, so it's ok but I would definitely say the food is not worth waiting a good chunk of an hour for, and would much rather go elsewhere at that point

Wasn't too bad food was lovely but to say how many members of staff there was it was a surprising long wait.
