Taco Bell in Sheffield

The delivery driver took the food on a joyride to the other end of the city before delivering it. Food arrived late and cold.

Not amused that the delivery time changed every couple of minutes to the point it was 45mins after the original delivery window

I don’t think spicy chicken burritos were cooked correctly. Every other time I’ve had them they were perfect. 🙁

Crunchwrap was barely toasted.. Not warm at all, and its only come from 5/10mins away max, and it was delivered quickly. Barely sealed too, So half the filling fell out instantly. Hardly any filling.. First time I havent been happy with my crunchwrap..

Food was cold. Stone cold. Not good..

Quesadilla cravings box was missing one vital thing - the quesadilla! Looks like they mistook chips for it 🤦

Disappointing at best. The crunchy taco was more like a wet piece of bread found in the snow. The delivery driver tried 3 addresses before mine so food was cold. Even my puppy turned it down!

Great location… serves all halal meals, that made my day.. delicious food for reasonable rates The ambience is good, has free wifi and every table has charging ports for laptops or mobiles…

Paid £30 on an online order and the portions were tiny compared to what iv had in store. Feel robbed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Friendly staff and nice and quiet compare to McDs or Greggs. The issue was the food was so salty I could barely eat it, go through 3 large refills and then another litre of water when I got home. I love mexican food, but won't be returnig here, unfortunately.

Tacos were missing from the boxes

Supreme chips are usually lovely but always let down with the saver chicken wraps , had them practically empty before , really disappointing as that’s my go to order . Food arrives in good time and always complete .

Again the chicken craving burritos were so empty , hardly any chicken at all or sour cream . Everything else was decent , arrived quickly .

Delivery driver was slightly rude, we told him to wait as we went to grab a key for the door he kept slamming the letter box for us to open it and didn’t even say anything once opened door.

As I walked into place an order to take out the staff there was really nude didn’t get an hello or nothing then while after waiting awhile for my food no word spoken just a bag placed in front of me the food wasn’t what I order either, I won’t be going back

Wrap was ordered with chicken, lettuce and crunched nachos but arrived with no lettuce! The crunchy taco was ordered with NO cheese but got delivered with cheese! Disgusting!

£8.89 for a taco meal . £100 parking fine because we didn't eat it fast enough. The taco was fine but absolutely not worth £100 . Suggest you find somewhere where they don't fine their customers for parking in their restaurant carpark.

Part of my order was missing. I didn't get any fries.

Delivery person kept calling trying to force me to come down to the street to get the food because they were stopped on a pedestrian crossing. Second call they got very annoyed and argumentative

There were 3 groups, and it still took way too long, then I realised I put my food bag on some sauce spilt on the table, so they clearly don't clean regularly enough. The food was fine, but the next few days I found I had food poisoning, which is great 👍

*Updated 2024* Full disclosure - I did work for the company several years ago, much has changed since then however. Good: Old review said The service is great, The staff are really helpful and clearly eat at the restaurant as they have good product knowledge, they always look busy but always have time for a customer. New review I barely spoke to any staff except when my order number was called. Drinks are on a self-service free refill. There's an open kitchen too so you can see the food "cooked" "fresh" as you wait, a nice touch for fast food. - this open kitchen concept has now been almost entirely covered, just a small window is left for you to collect your food when they shout your number, you'll need to stand next to people trying to eat their meals if you expect to hear it being called. Alright: Food is ok, variety isn't what it used to be, meat choices lack a feeling if quality (both the beef and the chicken are a bit rubbish) fries and nachos are over-seasoned (just a little less would be fine guys, seriously) and the burritos are too long and thin (both ends are just dry tortilla with a goopy mess in the middle, taste is fairly pleasant though), if anything I feel like portions have got smaller inside the burritos, this might be the way they've been wrapped though. It's a little overpriced for what you actually get, though my kids love it, I prefer it to maccys or KFC. Attached is a photo of the fries we got for £2.49 Bad: The atmosphere in there is non existent, the queue for the tills is next to about a third of the tables which can make for a slightly uncomfortable experience if you eat in. There is music in the dining area, however this is drowned out by the noise of the air con which is set to blow icy cold air all over your dinner (it's march and it snowed last week, why is the air con that cold?!?) Update - Staff have been replaced by ordering stations, and the open kitchen has been covered. Overall, not a great experience, but not the worst.

Best taco bell I've had in years. Food was hot, self order screens meant I didn't have to talk to anyone, my order was ready quickly, and it all tasted pretty good. Still not authentic mexican food, but very good for a taco bell. Restaurant was nicely decorated and the tables were all clean. Overall, a surprisingly enjoyable visit

Food was cold. Ordered 2 burrito meals only for them to write on the box sorry no rice. What a joke. How can they remain open and deliver when they don’t have the resources required to fulfill your orders. Won’t be ordering from here again. Let’s see if Just Eat do anything about it.

All good, but quite expensive for what you get

Food was good, fries weren't overly seasoned. The Taco's were extremely messy, but delicious to eat. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was not too shabby.
