Food was cold driver struggling to connect to Internet sat on my doorstep for 10 minutes before receiving my food

You did fantastic this time, my food is still warm after delibery. if you are going to keep like this, you can be mine best branch in Europe!

Poor quality and Freezing cold food

Freezing cold food and soggy. Driver rang saying couldn’t find my address. I explained that this had never been a problem before with just eat. Told me the address was wrong and so when he finally delivered I showed him on the app that my address was correct. The food was definitely not worth £40, looked and tasted awful

missed the taco out of the meal, 3rd time In a row something has been wrong or missing

They completely messed up our order and the food was ice cold.

The freshest food out of other taco balls near me. I'd rather travel further than order it from close by.

Don’t know if it was the restaurant or the delivery driver but by the time we got our food it was cold so the food wasn’t as good as last time we ordered

Ordered at 5pm, originally, the delivery time was 5:45pm, then 6:30, then was swapping between 7:35 and 7:55. Tried calling the Taci Bell we ordered from multiple times but got no answer. By the time the food came, it was practically cold.

Removed the counter so there's not much interaction from the staff, kinda feels like there hiding. Foods okay though.

Kids love it and it's one of the cheaper takeaways. You get served relatively quickly but I wouldn't call it service and you barely see anyone as you have to order using machines and you get a quick view of someone as they hand over the food like shoving prison food through a hatch. They've renovated so you don't interact with anyone and the kitchen is now hidden so you can't even see the food being prepared now. Atmosphere?? What atmosphere?? It's not for me I'm afraid but will be forced to go as the kids like it.

this was never delivered! the store called ro say cancled as no driver and the was closing at 10pm yet it's saying delivered on this app and you have taken £50!!

You messed up my order missed out a meal at £45 you wouldn’t think mistakes were possible

I ordered at 12/45 and my order didn’t come until after 2:30, the delivery times changed later and later every Time I looked at them. The actual burrito was not the best I’ve had from Taco Bell it was cold and dryer than usual

No fries. Again. I am not into leaving bad revieuses but come on, give me what i am paing for something please give me that. Driver very nice person and on time with closed bag from taco

Amazing food! Actually hot which is rare for a takeaway these days! Very very nice food! The cheesy garlic bread tho 😍 will deffo be ordering again

Hard shell tacos were slightly soggy on arrival but everything else was perfect.

when my food arrived the hardshell taco was soggy and the beef inside of it was dry and tasteless, the chips were moist and cold. I was severely disappointed in the quality of the food as well as the quality of the delivery.

The delivery driver took the food on a joyride to the other end of the city before delivering it. Food arrived late and cold.

Crunchwrap was barely toasted.. Not warm at all, and its only come from 5/10mins away max, and it was delivered quickly. Barely sealed too, So half the filling fell out instantly. Hardly any filling.. First time I havent been happy with my crunchwrap..

Disappointing at best. The crunchy taco was more like a wet piece of bread found in the snow. The delivery driver tried 3 addresses before mine so food was cold. Even my puppy turned it down!

Great location… serves all halal meals, that made my day.. delicious food for reasonable rates The ambience is good, has free wifi and every table has charging ports for laptops or mobiles…

The delivery come on time as what it was excepted to. The food that we ordered was all there and it was all up to standard and absolutely delicious. Couldn’t fault one thing. I definitely recommend Broughton Lane Taco Bell fantastic tasting food the way Taco Bell should be

Friendly staff and nice and quiet compare to McDs or Greggs. The issue was the food was so salty I could barely eat it, go through 3 large refills and then another litre of water when I got home. I love mexican food, but won't be returnig here, unfortunately.

Supreme chips are usually lovely but always let down with the saver chicken wraps , had them practically empty before , really disappointing as that’s my go to order . Food arrives in good time and always complete .

Again the chicken craving burritos were so empty , hardly any chicken at all or sour cream . Everything else was decent , arrived quickly .

Delivery driver was slightly rude, we told him to wait as we went to grab a key for the door he kept slamming the letter box for us to open it and didn’t even say anything once opened door.

£8.89 for a taco meal . £100 parking fine because we didn't eat it fast enough. The taco was fine but absolutely not worth £100 . Suggest you find somewhere where they don't fine their customers for parking in their restaurant carpark.

Part of my order was missing. I didn't get any fries.

Delivery person kept calling trying to force me to come down to the street to get the food because they were stopped on a pedestrian crossing. Second call they got very annoyed and argumentative

Brilliant service, order was spot on (even gave us additional sauces and a lil thank you note!)
