Food was amazing and the staff where a laugh, the chef Jordan was very thorough about allergies as our daughter has milk allergies and made her a separate meal from scratch for her.

We have been a fan for many years. The food is always very very nice, simple bistro style menu lovely. It always feels a little rushed that they want the table or want to close. Tonight we were told there was no cheese board??

Food quailty only average and small for the price. i drank the mush peas, they were watery. Definitely not worth the money for portion size and quality. Can get better quality and portions elsewhere cheaper.

Cakes - great. Hot drinks - good. Fresh bread - dryer than the desert. Nearly choked to death on a sandwich that i made using there "fresh" bread, despite lathering it in butter because it was so very dry. I'd feed it to the ducks but it would suck all the water from the pond..

Ordered here before so decided to order again… Had a large order to call through for delivery (£50+) no one answered… kept calling and eventually someone picked up, but then put the phone down… which happened a few times…states everywhere it was supposed to be open, even their own website…!!!! won’t be ordering again..!

First time of going here, highly recommend very friendly & the food is lovely will definitely be going back

Usually the best pizzas in town and tonight was no exception but unfortunately the portion of coleslaw in our delivery was to be honest, very disappointing, Usually it is a decent size tub but tonight it wasn't even a single portion let alone enough for two of us for the same price. Twice this has occurred recently, if they run out of normal size tubs, then either reduce the price or give it as a free portion? We order most weeks so regular customers should be looked after surely? We will try one more time but if it happens again we will find another takeaway for our pizzas in future

Cheeseburger meal: tasted okay, the meal did not include a drink unlike other places so was disappointed, I would not have ordered from here had I known and gone to a different establishment whom I had already tried and was cheaper and came with a drink too but wanted to try this place out. Mix kebab and chips: The chicken kebab was alright tasted good, the lamb kebab was hard, could not chew, the staff member wanted to charge me £2 to put some salad on top of the kebab which I felt was a rip off, told by staff this is Grimsby this is how it is here. Chips tasted nice. Would I go here again? No, would I recommend anyone else going here? NO Better off going to either AFC which is a couple miles away, or Ali Baba hells kitchen which is on same street

The Friary is now Boston Brothers..looking good after a full refurb...original decor ideas and nicely styled...fresh vibe good music and food was excellent...give this place a try.
