Everything is cold n soggy waste ov money

Bread stale and half the bread missing

Food was freezing cold and half an hour late. I can only assume it’s been sat on the counter for a while. Cookies are nice.

no lettuce when i ordered it and had to wait an extra 20minutes.

Left out my foot long cookie even though it’s on the reciept

The food was stone cold and added items I didn't ask for to the sandwich

Missing 5 lots of meatballs and box of 12 cookies ! Then have to wait to try get refunded. How do they miss it. If it’s not them it’s drivers causing issues

When asked for zero coke and get full fat IM DIABETIC good job I didn’t drink it and no noticed you could have killed me !!!!

The hashbrowns that I ordered were cold

Never received my order not sure what’s happened??

Not impressed to put it nicely. Serving lady was not listening to the order given. I had a wrap I ask for the sauce to go to the edges, but put so much in. The wrap had to be eaten with a fork. The paper had stuck to the wrap. Tables dirty. And it's was quite. Staff all 3 of them out the back chatting... Leaving dirty tables floor. Over flowing bins. Behind the counter the floor was so gross. If I had seen it. I never had order anything.

sandwich was burned and cold. tasted bland

No food and no refund several weeks later. Rude manager.

missing half my order and the sandwiches are squished! missing nearly a whole meal. the seals on the bags weren’t broken either. get staff that can read the order and put food in the bags

I've not got my other bottle of Dr pepper or chocolate chip cookie i ordered apart from that it's nice

Food freezing, drinks put on top of food so all squashed! Wrong drinks sent! Complete waste of money as most gone in the bin!

absolutely disgusted how bad my subway was I payed 24 pounds for burnt Doritos ....subway bread stale ....and my chips had been reheated 100x max no potato in them broke a tooth so all in all my food went in the bin and I usually love it but so disappointed x

Cold food, warm drink, delay on arriving, not great.

It never turned up, says it has been delivered but is no where to be seen

I order from here regularly and always get really good results, subway is in general a fast food i find reliable and i’ve found this one is the best. Food came hot and well packaged and the quality was super good!

Arrived cold and looking like it had been thrown at a wall. Delivery driver was on the phone and didn’t even look at me when handing it over. Terrible

Not very impressed, no cheese on either sandwich and the bread was dry and old. Looked like crusty old end bits of sandwich. Cookies were stale too

The food that was supposed to be warm was cold.

My 9 piece has browns came with no sauce even though I chose life mayonnaise. In my ham footlong I chose American cheese and paid an extra £1.29 on top of my order for extra double cheese but my ham footlong came without any cheese at all. I would be upset in the first place but the fact u went out my way to pay and add extra for there to be none at all is ridiculous. To be honest I was just overall disappointed, the food I did receive wasn’t great never mind not receiving my exact order

I visited a couple of weeks ago I paid nearly ten quid for a foot long sandwich they asked me if I wanted the extra hot chipotle sauce. I said yes it had no chipotle flavouring at all! And it was bland and bitter and bright orange it completely soaked my sandwich was so watery it made a mess on my shirt and the table as it didn't bind to the sandwich. Obviously a cheap sub standard alternative. Trays were not offered as they don't supply them.i had to eat on a dirty table! They limited my choice! The lady serving said I couldn't have olives as I'd had enough! My coffee was awful capachino with no chocolate sprinkling. I had to ask for a napkin as none was offered. Not a good experience if I'm honest.

Delivery time kept changing and cold food on delivery

Far to much sauce on the meatball sub. It was just mush when it got delivered, ended up having to put it in a bowl and use a spoon to eat it.

Asked for an empty baguette, they gave a horrible looking baguette and had some mustard and ketchup stains inside.

Sub flat and very little salad… cut backs? Ridiculous considering the price for the sub! Past experience subs burst with salad

Food arrived and the sub was cold and messy which is fine but the cookie was 1/4 of a cookie

Ordered for delivery at 13.20. At 13.20 changed to 13.30. At 13.30 changed to 13.40. Order arrived missing Crisps, drinks and Cookie. Rang store only to be told they had missed them off. But my responsibility to collect as they don’t have own driver. Shocking service and even worse attitude!

My nachos were very poorly presented and there was no way that this was a sharers portion. They were messy, sauce everywhere, with barely any nachos or cheese. These might be the worse nachos i've ever recieved from Subway, and i always love the nachos from here. Delivery was good and on time though.

I ordered a foot long all day breakfast sub and only received a 6 inch sub, so would like a refund of the difference in price.

Barely any salad in the subs, pretty disappointing to be honest

Closes at 7pm during the week so why is the coffee machine never working because they’ve already cleaned before 17:15? And the majority of chairs are already stacked on top of the tables as though they’re closing in ten minutes? Staff are polite and helpful but it doesn’t encourage people to go in when it looks like there closing in a few minutes and the coffee machine is never available after 5pm, I would of like to have ‘sat in’ but felt like I was an inconvenience sitting amongst stacked tables

I ordered at 11:30am in the morning for us to have it for lunch time (12:25pm). The order finally arrived at 1:35pm - all my colleagues who I had ordered for had to go back to work as their dinner break was over by the time the delivery arrived. I am really unhappy and felt sorry for the driver who was left at the restaurant waiting for my order to be ready for an hour. I did call the restaurant around 1:20pm to be told that the order had 'just left 5 or 10mins ago'. It was a large order, but I though that as it was sent in plenty of time the would be less of a problem.

Missing the sweet chilli sauce so my cheesy bites was just dry. They where dryer than my ex nanas crack

every time i get delivery i may get all the items but why every single time has the sandwich been visibly manhandled that much i can see where the persons fingers were making it especially with the 6 inch. a first this time though for having it come FLATTENED AND UNCUT. why? it’s a foot long, nobody wants an uncut foot long nevertheless for it to be flattened. step it up.

the food was rushed and you could tell by the way the subs looked like they would fall apart if you picked it up, the garlic bread was rock solid and the hash browns were undercooked

Yesterday you send wrong item. today i put in note if didn't have normal 1.25L pepsi max, cancel order and you think a 500ML small bottle is adequate, it's far from acceptable. You should've cancelled the order like i said in the note area.

I ordered 6 pieces i got 5 and a bit

The only complaint is , on the steak and cheese I did not get the lettuce peppers olives and lettuce.

Could do with writing on the boxes of different subs.

Cold Sandwich, even after my sandwich was toasted. Cold cheese bites Asked for tiger bread and was given brown instead without being notified.

Toasted the Footlong sandwich AGAIN. 2nd time l have said do not toast. Very poor!!!

Requested cheese and toasted and there was no cheese and the meat was cold so it hadn't been toasted

Excellent service. Subway salad was excellent

The great thing about this Subway is the staff, all really good people and you get exactly what you ask for at a very reasonable price.

I ordered 2 separate sandwiches with one I added peppers and mayonnaise and sweetcorn but the restaurant has put it on both even tho the second sandwich already has a separate sauce on it now has two and is not edible and that is not what I ordered

Crinkle Wedges were stone cold and hardly any in the box. Definitely wasn't worth £2.19

Extra £1.20 per subway compared to Bradley crossroads. Only order as Bradly was out of stock and just had hand surgery.

With the amount of filling you get in The Big Cheese-Steak, Six Inch, it definitely isn't worth what you are chargiing. Should be charging a good £3 less as there was hardly any filling in the one i had delivered.

I don’t have a clue what happened to the nacho chicken salad, the nacho chicken was super cold, I’m fact 1 bit was solid so I’m thinking they forgot to fry them and stuck it on frozen….. shocking

Missed out the large bottle of pepsi max from order

Drove to subway for them to be closing nearly an hour early than the time opening time stated. This was after driving to the one based in Cleethorpes to have found the same there! Adjust your opening and closing times you obviously don't keep to them!
