The delivery guy didn’t even deliver the order

The food was not delivered. The receptionist saw the driver enter the building and then walked out again with the food without delivering. I now have no lunch and a busy afternoon clinic

Driver collected my order the. went to collect another order from Greggs before bringing mine so when mine eventually arrived it was cold what a joke !!!! Won’t use again

Food was missing ordered a meal deal. Only came with the sub nothing else. Rest of food order was cold

Food was delivered messily put together, missing ingredients, and untoasted despite the order clearly being for toasted sandwiches. customer service was absolutely useless and no refund or compensation was awarded for the fact my food was inedible. delivery time was fine so if you want random food that isn’t what you ordered in a timely and punctual manner, order from here

They rang us to tell us that some of our options were out of stock in which we told them over the phone our replacements and yet they still didn’t put any of the replacements in.

The bread was a little stale and hard

Would not suggest going here, ordered from here countless times and every time they mess my order up, or miss items, not even easily missable items like sauces... WE ARE TALKING WHOLE DAMN MEALS. The people that work here clearly need to find a new job, that uses less brain power, not hard to make a sub

the whole order was wrong I was missing a drink a margarita slice all the dips and a pack of crisps the cheesy footling wasn't warmed and all the grated cheese fell out when open again no dip I paid for a ham footling and added cheese double it and got only ham the blt footling was missing jalapeños lettuce and tomato's that were requested ... everything was ice old absolute waste of money the cookies were okay tho 👌

Terrible. Meal deal missing from the order. Called Subway to ask where the rest of the food was.. to be asked to bring the full order back into the store? Weird. After declining as it wasn’t our issue, they said there was nothing she could do as she only just got on the shift and there was no one there to help. Load of rubbish! Would NOT recommend.

Was not happy with my and sons sandwich, got a meal deal and got waffles with it they was very cold and dry, would not use this subway again and that cost me over £14.00 my son said we could of gone and got a hot meal for that price so not happy !!

the quality of the food was poor, squashed sandwiches, little meat and excessive sweetcorn. very disappointed

We go here with our group monthly from a day centre for adults with complex needs , The staff are absolutely Amazing 👏 so nice could not ask for a nicer staff team Thank you keep up the good work

Not impressed to put it nicely. Serving lady was not listening to the order given. I had a wrap I ask for the sauce to go to the edges, but put so much in. The wrap had to be eaten with a fork. The paper had stuck to the wrap. Tables dirty. And it's was quite. Staff all 3 of them out the back chatting... Leaving dirty tables floor. Over flowing bins. Behind the counter the floor was so gross. If I had seen it. I never had order anything.

missing half my order and the sandwiches are squished! missing nearly a whole meal. the seals on the bags weren’t broken either. get staff that can read the order and put food in the bags

absolutely disgusted how bad my subway was I payed 24 pounds for burnt Doritos ....subway bread stale ....and my chips had been reheated 100x max no potato in them broke a tooth so all in all my food went in the bin and I usually love it but so disappointed x

I order from here regularly and always get really good results, subway is in general a fast food i find reliable and i’ve found this one is the best. Food came hot and well packaged and the quality was super good!

The food that was supposed to be warm was cold.

My 9 piece has browns came with no sauce even though I chose life mayonnaise. In my ham footlong I chose American cheese and paid an extra £1.29 on top of my order for extra double cheese but my ham footlong came without any cheese at all. I would be upset in the first place but the fact u went out my way to pay and add extra for there to be none at all is ridiculous. To be honest I was just overall disappointed, the food I did receive wasn’t great never mind not receiving my exact order

I visited a couple of weeks ago I paid nearly ten quid for a foot long sandwich they asked me if I wanted the extra hot chipotle sauce. I said yes it had no chipotle flavouring at all! And it was bland and bitter and bright orange it completely soaked my sandwich was so watery it made a mess on my shirt and the table as it didn't bind to the sandwich. Obviously a cheap sub standard alternative. Trays were not offered as they don't supply them.i had to eat on a dirty table! They limited my choice! The lady serving said I couldn't have olives as I'd had enough! My coffee was awful capachino with no chocolate sprinkling. I had to ask for a napkin as none was offered. Not a good experience if I'm honest.

Delivery time kept changing and cold food on delivery

Asked for an empty baguette, they gave a horrible looking baguette and had some mustard and ketchup stains inside.

Far to much sauce on the meatball sub. It was just mush when it got delivered, ended up having to put it in a bowl and use a spoon to eat it.

My nachos were very poorly presented and there was no way that this was a sharers portion. They were messy, sauce everywhere, with barely any nachos or cheese. These might be the worse nachos i've ever recieved from Subway, and i always love the nachos from here. Delivery was good and on time though.

Ordered for delivery at 13.20. At 13.20 changed to 13.30. At 13.30 changed to 13.40. Order arrived missing Crisps, drinks and Cookie. Rang store only to be told they had missed them off. But my responsibility to collect as they don’t have own driver. Shocking service and even worse attitude!

Closes at 7pm during the week so why is the coffee machine never working because they’ve already cleaned before 17:15? And the majority of chairs are already stacked on top of the tables as though they’re closing in ten minutes? Staff are polite and helpful but it doesn’t encourage people to go in when it looks like there closing in a few minutes and the coffee machine is never available after 5pm, I would of like to have ‘sat in’ but felt like I was an inconvenience sitting amongst stacked tables

I ordered at 11:30am in the morning for us to have it for lunch time (12:25pm). The order finally arrived at 1:35pm - all my colleagues who I had ordered for had to go back to work as their dinner break was over by the time the delivery arrived. I am really unhappy and felt sorry for the driver who was left at the restaurant waiting for my order to be ready for an hour. I did call the restaurant around 1:20pm to be told that the order had 'just left 5 or 10mins ago'. It was a large order, but I though that as it was sent in plenty of time the would be less of a problem.

Missing the sweet chilli sauce so my cheesy bites was just dry. They where dryer than my ex nanas crack

every time i get delivery i may get all the items but why every single time has the sandwich been visibly manhandled that much i can see where the persons fingers were making it especially with the 6 inch. a first this time though for having it come FLATTENED AND UNCUT. why? it’s a foot long, nobody wants an uncut foot long nevertheless for it to be flattened. step it up.

the food was rushed and you could tell by the way the subs looked like they would fall apart if you picked it up, the garlic bread was rock solid and the hash browns were undercooked

Yesterday you send wrong item. today i put in note if didn't have normal 1.25L pepsi max, cancel order and you think a 500ML small bottle is adequate, it's far from acceptable. You should've cancelled the order like i said in the note area.

The only complaint is , on the steak and cheese I did not get the lettuce peppers olives and lettuce.

Cold Sandwich, even after my sandwich was toasted. Cold cheese bites Asked for tiger bread and was given brown instead without being notified.

Toasted the Footlong sandwich AGAIN. 2nd time l have said do not toast. Very poor!!!
