Cancelled my order because delivery driver doesn’t know where he’s going lmao!

Very good service and nice food

rang up to ask for free garlic bread with cheese as forgot to put it on delivery notes , really friendly service on phone. food arrived mega quick and hot , order was all correct and brilliant portions. really friendly delivery driver , cannot fault this place.

I have given this place so many chances but to be honest I’m waisting me time and money . Yet another rubbish meal !!!!

First time too try here, and last time. But to be fair, it wasn't the worst kabab ever, but for me, I didn't like it. The mayo was the cheap vinegar style. And the kabab meat wasn't the best but for me again it was one up from the cheap meat. Too much spice and too dry. The spice started me coughing to the point I was sick. But there you go. That's me. I have tried many restaurants and now over 700k reviews. So thank you all. And that's another restaurant tried and reviewed. Let's see to whom I shall review next

Amazing my favourite pizza place the chicken kebab and cheese chips is my go to but had pizza for a change and wow so cheesy nice thin crust will deffo get again :)

Forgot both of my drinks. This was at gone 11 last night. They told me my order was on its way and still took 50 mins to deliver. Bare in mind the place is 0.9 mile away from me. Rang again the next night to tell them they missed my drinks. Could I get them. Said they would send them out. Been sat waiting for 1hour and 45 mins. No drinks have turned up. Very very poor service. Stay away

I ordered a cheeseburger. I received a plain hamburger, no salad or sauce. I ordered kebab meat with garlic sauce. No garlic sauce. I ordered an orange drink, I received raspberry.

Food was ok - ordered specifically from here for the free £15 garlic bread - received our order with no garlic bread, phoned up to complain and ask for it and they told us they can’t give us one cause we didn’t put it in the comments box - voids the point of the free garlic bread

Wrong pizza and not cooked properly. Chips had spice on lower chips which was not requested then covered with a fresh layer on top. Waste of money as quality well below expected level.

The donner meat tasted like rubber and chicken didn't taste nice and was a little cold when it got to me and the can of Dr pepper tasted flat as well

One pizza was squashed up into one end of the box so the topping was all over the box and not the pizza. It was also soggy based and not nice at all! We asked for garlic bread but did not get this. Tried phoning but no answer. Very disappointed as it was a complete waste of money

Onion rings were quite good I think they should be a bit more crispy on the batter and pizza was nice it was just a bit burnt underneath I’ll still order from here as most of the time it’s really nice food as it’s only very rare it’s not like every few months

Although an early delivery, the food was disappointing. Chicken still pink and needed to be microwaved to cook through, pizza not cooked for long enough. Quite doughy. Food barely warm on arrival. A disappointing experience.

Quite disappointed, been using this take away for 10 years and since the price increase the food has been poor, I ordered a garlic pizza there was no garlic so basically cheese with onion chucked on it, very unhappy so looks like I'll be going else where.

The only pizza shop between and in louth and grimsby that serves the perfect pizza I prefer to travel 15 miles to this shop to get my food served perfect everytime !

Rude telephone staff when I called .asked why I hadn’t got my usual free garlic bread as I spent required amount for free garlic bread . He said your fault and put phone down and my salad pitta was awful chucked it .

The pizza was nice, however order was wrong as two pizza platters arrived but we did not order our pizza's as platters. The chips weren't the best, garlic bread was not available either.

They are all so pleasant and friendly. I love using here. Always get a smile and a hello even when I just walk by. Food is so lovely and never had any issues with quality.

Salad not fresh and no free garlic bread or drink

The food was just ok, pizza was nice but the extra topping of kebab on the pizza was very little shredded bits which seemed more like bits of ham just didn't add much to the taste. The cheese garlic bread ended up being just garlic bread with no taste of garlic at all so just the dough. It was ok once I added some cheese at home but tasted just like cheese and bread if you like. The food wasn't the worst I have had but I definitely wouldn't rush back to order any time soon.

Awesome pizza. Lots if places don't get the tomato base/cheese ratio right....this was perfect.

Food was good and delieverd really early. However, chose lettuce, tomato and cabbage from the salad options for a cheese burger, but it came with onions (which I did NOT want), tomato and cabbage 😞

Food was really good only thing was I didn’t notice driver short changed me I only just noticed when my support staff told me but I’ll ring tomorrow about it as my support staff rang and we were told to ring between 12 and 5 tomorrow so I’ll ring about 3 as I’m out till 3 so it’ll be just after it’s not happend before but mistakes happen sometimes so don’t worry about it but I’ll ring tomorrow afternoon

Well things have certainly changed 1 the prices 2 expect me to pay £2 delivery for a minute walk pfft no chance, I can't go collect as I'm profoundly deaf and it's awkward as I used to chat with the owner now I can't so refuse to pay delivery and unless I can get some to collect for me I'll not be ordering. 3 the chips are hard not liking that. 4 the changed the garlic sauce to garlic mayo 🤢🤢 so definitely not happy. Looks like I'll have to go else where even though I've been ordering from them for years 😪

Food wasn't even warm was stone cold

normally this place is great as always but today I ordered and got the wrong KABAB as I ordered chicken donner but just got plain old donner and it was so dry and am not happy about this as it ruined the meal today for me

Fast delivery however food was awful. Greasy, lifeless and lamb kebab was so chewy it was inedible. Disappointing. We wont be ordering again. It's food for people who don't like food.
