I didn't receive my order after paying for it as it went to a different address

didn't even turn up absolute joke

I have not received my order. How were they able to mark as delivered without getting the code from me?

Everything was cold the chips burger and chilli bites

Never received the order! No telephone call from the driver to try and locate us. Full address details given and yet the order never turned up

food was cold and bland. won't be ordering again. terrible

oder was delivered on time but 1 chicken portion missing. this is not the first time this has happened. very disappointed

Drinks where missing and they wouldn’t deliver again so had nothing to drink

all the chicken was drumsticks no breast would like my money back as its not even with breast and drumsticks ... my partner does not like drumsticks so he will now be going hungry

Didn’t get the popcorn chicken or hot wings

undercooked fries,the chicken was dry and it was burnt to a crisp,the mash had small spots of what appeared to look like dust.i am not under estimating how poor the quality of this meal was that went in the trash uneaten.

Order wasn't even delivered even though I had updates saying it was on its way and to keep an eye out as the courier was close.

we didn't receive any of the food we ordered, ordered mighty bucket for 1 and a boneless banquet but received 5 pieces of chicken and 2 supercharger mayo. shocking

The worse kfc we have ever had the chicken was disappointing and the whole bucket meal was cold £50 worth of food in the bin

Driver had multiple drops. Took 30 minutes to get to my house. My food was cold! There was supposed to be a drink with my bucket meal. There was no drink delivered.

Horrible. The driver didn’t even buzz at my door. Messaged me through app saying he was here. Asked him to buzz at my door as he should be delivering to door. Finally went down to get my food and he had driven off, marked my food as delivered and didn’t receive anything. Then had to go to kfc app to order as I was scared I’d get the same driver and not receive my food.

Ordered for 5pm delivery and food delivered at 5.27pm which probably explains why the food that I paid £22.83 for was tepid at best and I don’t have a microwave to heat it up! Extremely disappointing 😢

Was really busy and needed food delivered so we could carry on. Food came very quickly and we manage to carry in and get more sorted after too. super thanks

In the box meal the one piece of chicken and also the dip were missing. I specifically asked for no leg pieces in the 3 piece meal but recieved one anyway.. if they cant get such a simple order right what would the point of ordering from them again.

absolutely shocking had to come out off work to go pick my 5yr old tea up as they said they had delivered it when clearly they did not so instead off my son having his tea at tea time he ended up having it at 6:30 instead off between 5:00 -5:20 as stated and to be lied to saying it had been delivered absolutely shocking

Food and delivery were excellent in every way.

We bought a party package, no legs came out. Chickens don't seem to be walking. No one was interested. Disgrace, we didn't like it. We told them, no one was interested, KFC regret Your competitors are Burger King and McDonalds. If they work better than you, improve your quality. We are smiling and good.

We ordered party baked 14 pcs chicken all same no leg pcs and we ask ro staff they don't even listen us and turn up ask wet wipe they just ignore to customers i wouldn't go this place and I hope other is not bothered they don't have respect to they work

why when I order a colonel 3 piece meal and an extra chicken piece would you send me 4 drumsticks

Where was the rice in the Original Recipe Ricebox. It was full of salad with a tiny teaspoonful of rice stuck in the corner.

Followed order on the app. it was being prepared for a long time then suddenly at our door. As the food wasn't very warm at all, I suspect it had left a lot earlier than the app suggested and the person who was delivering activated it when near to us. Will not be ordering for delivery again.

Ordered about 20 to 1 ish and just this second got order over an hour waiting it was said to be arriving 1 15 to 1 25 this kept getting longer waiting time and stone cold when it finally arrives

Good was cold, even though it was delivered earlier than expected. Chips were soggy and cold, chicken was dry inside and coating very chewy. Burger dry and cold. I had to put it in a bin as it completely ruined my Friday. I’m not someone who will complain about food much but this was a total disaster, giving the fact it was delivered in less than 40 minutes, I would expect nicely cooked and hot stuff, not some leftovers. Need my money back please. Thank you

Our experience didn’t start too great. Ordered via just eat, wrong order delivered and the driver refused to take back. Had no luck trying to contact just eat. However when we called the restaurant a lovely gentleman named Sam answer the phone. He was very polite and professional when dealing the matter. Explained that due to just eat driver not being hired by KFC they could not resend the delivery but if we were able to collect he would be able to assist. When arriving at the restaurant Sam greeted us and rearranged our order with an extra of cookies. Sam was a very nice gentleman who went above and beyond to amend our experience to be positive. We couldn’t not be more thankful!

Everything was great except the original estimate for delivery was updated four times, but otherwise fine.

driver went to wrong address and rang me to come outside but he went to baroness court not baroness road. I directed him here and then he opened the bag and there was gravy absolutely everywhere and driver wiped hands on our wall. Food was cold

Wrong order sent yet again. Delivery driver claimed he didn’t speak English so couldn’t help. Tried showing me the receipt on the bag and the order I placed on his mobile with my address on. The order numbers didn’t match. Sent him away with the wrong order.. tried to call LFC Grimsby several times but as always they don’t answer the phone!

Wrap was terrible just scrunched together all the chicken in the middle and not wrapped properly, very disappointing, burger was tiny and it’s expensive for sub optimal food

Poor! Drove across town looking forward to a KFC! Order I asked for was wrong! Food was poor and very small portions! The piece of chicken in my box meal was pathetic...literally one bites worth! The place wasn't busy at all and the girl on the drive thru had a face like a smacked Ball bag!!! Sort it out there's no need to have such Shite service at a major Food company!!
