Got wrong order was not very nice at all

we have not heard from you and been trying k f c by ringing all day yesterday has a regular customer i expect more help

Ordered food at 17.34pm didn’t turn up till 18.42pm and when it came the bag had broken food barely holding in the bag one item already out the bag and the food was stone cold had to reheat in mircowave

8 chicken wings missing from our order. They won’t issue refund because I gave them the code on delivery. Shocking service

Where is the food and why is it delivered?

I do like KFC but again been for a new item on the menu which this store didn't have - again

called the restaurant to find out about our order to be told it had already been sent out one hour earlier but the app kept saying preparing your order when the food eventually arrived I asked the driver why was it so late he said the traffic was busy. I replied that it only takes 10 to 15mins even on a busy day. And finally when we opened the delivery it was completely cold. busy

Chicken was tender and was still warm when it came. It would be much better if the drink was cold but otherwise everything was alright

Abysmal. Ordered at 1800 and given 30 minute window for delivery. order arrived at 1930. Driver waited 40 minutes for the order to be prepared. Order when delivered was incomplete and missing three items. Worst experience ever.

i ordered a 10 pc chicken bbq chicken bites and an over priced 4 pound spicy wrap that came with assembly required 10 peice chicken was sad and soggy and the bbq chicken bites tasted metallic the delivery was spot on

last time we ordeered all got was chicken drumsticks x14 ???

Paid £3 for a tiny pot of gravy and £3 for half a pot of mash not sure what there’s prices are I thought it ment large as there was no large option but no These small things turned up and I paid 10.99 for 4 pieces of chicken a can of tango and a small fries not sure what society has come to also the gravy tasted off like someone was messing about frying sweets and stuff then when they scrape all the bits it got mixed into the gravy it tastes like gravy with sugar in it

Driver was polite and friendly

The guy arrived and was smoking all over our food. The bag had gone through and the corn cobs ended up on the floor in the garden, and the chicken fillets were all broken up. Delivery service is abominable and likely contravenes hygiene standards.

Food late nearly 45 minutes which can happen, but food was stone cold on arrival - very poor customer service

Best kfc I've had. Chicken fillets were fab, perfectly cooked, tasty and still hot.Fries much better than McDonald's! 10 out of 10.

Awful experience. Spent 20 minutes driving around (I sent messages helping the guy to my house) he called, I explained. 10 more minutes had passed. I called him back, he ignored 3 times and stated delivered, which was not true. Why get drivers that don’t even go down a road stated on the address. Doesn’t even attempt to look at numbers in broad daylight.

This outlet of KFC is located a bit away from the town centre, although in a good space. There are other brand outlets also around.

undercooked fries,the chicken was dry and it was burnt to a crisp,the mash had small spots of what appeared to look like dust.i am not under estimating how poor the quality of this meal was that went in the trash uneaten.

Driver had multiple drops. Took 30 minutes to get to my house. My food was cold! There was supposed to be a drink with my bucket meal. There was no drink delivered.

Horrible. The driver didn’t even buzz at my door. Messaged me through app saying he was here. Asked him to buzz at my door as he should be delivering to door. Finally went down to get my food and he had driven off, marked my food as delivered and didn’t receive anything. Then had to go to kfc app to order as I was scared I’d get the same driver and not receive my food.

Ordered for 5pm delivery and food delivered at 5.27pm which probably explains why the food that I paid £22.83 for was tepid at best and I don’t have a microwave to heat it up! Extremely disappointing 😢

all of the food was cold, the bag was ripped and there was gravy all inside the bag in it spilt onto the food

Didn’t get the free popcorn chicken even though it was added to the order. Other than that food was ok.
