Fabulous place. Great decor, loads of comfortable seating. It was a really warm welcome, although we said we were drinks only. Smells from the kitchen made sure we would visit again. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Two menus lunch and evening look really good. Nice atmosphere. Great decor and lighting. Thank you.

First time Dining here with my Fiance after living in grimsby for over 10 years, i wish i knew this place sooner, the food was absolutely Michelin Star quality and the service was top notch, attentive and super friendly even giving us some lee way with our time at the table as we were 15 minutes late. Our order was taken by a very polite lady who also explained some of the dishes. The food arrived promptly and was still hot, it had been very carefully packed in a box with some fortune cookies and extra bits which were very much appreciated. Every dish was delicious and I kept a record so I could order the same again, even the rice was full of flavour. Excellent, will order again and highly recommend.

I sometimes call here for a spot of lunch. I wouldn’t say it was the cheapest place but the food is nice. I enjoy the jacket potato with chilli cheese and topped with tortilla chips with lemon and ginger tea. As I say its not cheap over £7.00 for that so couldn’t do it every day but nice for a change.

Liked the look of this classic grimsby pub from the outside and the music playing, went into this small busy pub and got 2 Pints and found a seat, good music on and sky sports, lively atmosphere and me and my dad had a fun time there having our pint, I do like these kind of pubs.

If Rick's cafe never reopens it'll be no loss. The owner is an arrogant and foul mouthed man who seems to think his lewd "jokes" are somehow amusing. As for the food, it's lathered in fat, and the chips are inedible due to being fried and refried again and again. The burgers are the most disgusting things I've eaten in a long time. Save your money and go to Gregg's or McDonald's, where the food is far better and the staff are professional and polite.

We have just been for the Christmas afternoon tea , I must say one of the best we've had, lovely thick veg soup and mini Yorkshire puds with beef and horseradish, delicious toasted sandwiches, good selection of mini cakes and more. Pleasant staff will definitely go again , to finish off a cocktail 🍹 each .

Went in for the buffet that runs weekdays up till 3pm! Really made the most of it amazing value for money! The atmosphere was nice good music relatively quite when I visited. Hannah was a lovely waitress! So nice made me feel welcome allways with a smile too, lovely service!

Crackin Rock bar. Excellent vibe & they sell Trooper. What's not to love 🤘
