Pizza Hut in North East Lincolnshire

All my food was stone cold by the time it arrived. I don't live too far away from the store either, its only roughly 6 minutes in a car! So there was absolutely no excuse why my food was that cold!

Food did not arrive after almost 90 min wait…very unhappy!!!

we should have an added third choice of topping for this price of individual pizza. getting too expensive

onion rings are just frozen breaded and not as described.

The bag wasn’t sealed so food was only lukewarm. The customer service at the shop was brilliant

The whole order was stone cold. 2 pizzas and 2 sides, not even Luke warm. margarita was tasteless, no flavour at all. delivery driver was rude. all round generally awful, which is made worse by the price.

Ordered food at 17:40 and was delivered at 19:35, nearly 2 hour wait. Food was stone cold. I rang the restaurant and they said the driver collected roughly an hour before it was delivered. They apologized and said there has been a mix up and re-iterated this will turn up cold. They offered to make a fresh pizza however they stated I would have to collect this from the store, I cannot drive hence delivery. The pizza was inedible and has had to be disposed of. I would like a full refund.

Following the driver on the map, he couldn't find my address, I messaged him. He didn't reply, spent a good 10 more minutes driving around. When I did get my food, it was cold. The pizzas were soggy.Total waste of money. Even my dog wouldn't eat it.

We were greeted immediately on arrival by a very friendly server, Chelsea who showed us to our seats and explained the online ordering process, checking in on us after a few minutes. Our food came very quickly and a mix up with our order which was entirely our fault was quickly resolved without fuss. We were also checked in on by Callum towards the end of our meal. Everything was delicious and it's so nice to go to a place with such great customer service. We would certainly return here when next in Grimsby. Thanks to all the team 🙌🏽

lovely food, shame driver didn't use a bag to keep it warm

Spent £72, had items missing. Had a side that was inedible and a desert that was burnt (charred black) sent an all to complain, got told my a guy called Marcus that it's somehow deliveroos problem?!?! Like, they didn't burnt my massively overpriced food. . . Awful experience and after sales.servi e literally awful. AVOID !!!

Staff very friendly and helpful food was nice only issue we had were the sauces for the salad bar weren't labeled and the ice cream machine needed a break but the food was constantly stocked and we came during a lunch rush so expected a few issues but they handled it even better then our local one does

I paid extra for extra cheese and my pizza hardly had any cheese, definitely not extra cheese.

First time ive had pizza hut in about 5 years. Decideed to try it as there was a good offer on. Wasnt impressed at all. The pizzas came cold and wasnt very tastey at all. The garlic bread with cheese I expected to come in a pizza shape and not 4 little bits what you get out of a packet. wouldnt order from here again

Went in for the buffet that runs weekdays up till 3pm! Really made the most of it amazing value for money! The atmosphere was nice good music relatively quite when I visited. Hannah was a lovely waitress! So nice made me feel welcome allways with a smile too, lovely service!

Child's birthday was a bit disappointing, sat in a restaurant ordering on line not my idea of fun.

food came cold and then they forgot a pizza told us they don't have delivery driver so have had to go pick it up even though paid extra for delivery and when we rang she knew what we was talking about no phone call nothing.

My food was completely cold and i had to reheat it, absolutely disgraceful.

Went in for the weekday buffet with a friend and it turned out we were the only people having it so the server asked what pizzas we wanted and made them fresh for us on the buffet. The staff were so friendly and attentive, couldn't have asked for better service. Plus I just love the pizza.

Had a meal here with my girlfriend during the buffet time slot. I had the buffet option, and my girlfriend had a personal pizza, and shared garlic bread as a side, and both of us used the salad bar. Our server was Hannah / Anna (didn't quite hear properly) who was absolutely fantastic! We were greeted within seconds of walking in and taken to a table, was given an explanation of the changes to the menu and if we'd been there before. During our time spent here, our wonderful server was very attentive to our table even though the restaurant was busy. Always smiling, a happy to help attitude, and very polite. The food was excellent! Nice and hot, the garlic bread was perfect, and the salad bar was full and fresh! To no fault of their own, the restaurant was quite loud and cramped due to the amount of people there, which made having a conversation difficult but we understand that nothing can really be done about that. We will be returning in the future and thank the restaurant for a wonderful meal. Thank you.

Don't care for online ordering, had 2 buffets, as vegetarians the selection tion was bad, margarita margarita...

3 hours late. I ordered it at 3:30pm and it shows up at 6:37pm make that make sense. Im not happy the food was cold when it arrived and i have to put it in the microwave. Having to wait over 3 hours and have to re heat it is a joke it doesn’t take 3 hours to cook a 9inch pizza please. I paid 17£ for a cold pizza and would like a refund.

I always live the food here but not the price. Came to almost £50 for just me and my partner. I almost had a heart attack. They also struggle to seat you if you don't pre book.

I ordered the vegan deal for 2 which was meant to come with 2 sides, it only came with one and just eat will not give me a refund for them.

The staff where great and food and drinks where great as well I would come again it's great for the price yeah great food and drinks.

Really disappointed when the order arrived, puddings came with ice creams in small open paper bowls sat on top of the pizzas, so they had not only melted but split all over the order. Bad idea to serve open ice cream with hot food, had to throw away

Food was very late and very soggy. I had to wait for my pizza to dry before I reheated it. When the delivery driver delivered it she tapped on the door and walked off asking if I had a dog which I clearly didn't as there was no barking. She then came to the door with the delivery bag and left me to get the food out of the bag myself. Slightly insulting to ask for a tip online when she didn't bother to do the work. Never had this before.

Went to pizza hut Grimsby. Pizza came out before starter of garlic bread. Pizza wasi like warm. Young girl asked if everything was OK we told her pizza wasn't hot enough she just said oh. Discusting for the price they charge. Won't be going back.

The staff were really attentive and the atmosphere was OK, but my biggest gripe was the pizza. Not sure if it's because we were on the lunchtime buffet but there was hardly any cheese on any of the pizzas. It was literally some sparse topping with a light dusting of melted cheese on. Maybe this is Pizza Huts way of trimming costs but it's not what I recall what their pizzas used to taste like. Salad was decent enough, but the pizza is what we are there for, and it was disappointing.

Food was delivered, one pizza hot and the other cold. Pretty sure the pizza was dropped as both were folded over in the back if the box and one of the seels were broken. I hope so it could be checked. For the price it wasn't worth it, highly disappointed.

Absolutely delicious! My almost 2 year old loved her mini monster meal (pizza, drink, and ice cream). I've never seen her eat so much pizza! I had the bbq chicken and ham flatbread, and it was delicious. Highly recommend!

Wrong drink arrived & also wrong garlic bread which is still on the box. Complained to just eat who refused any compensation so spent £25 & wasted half of this. Extremely unhappy & very poor service.

Haven’t been to Pizza Hut for years, went for the buffet today to find out you have to order off an app! Not what you expect when paying £20+ each. Took a long time to figure it out, would be a lot nicer to actually speak to someone especially when going out for dinner. Food and salad was very nice, clean restaurant and very friendly staff

Both the pizzas were barely warm and the so called pepperoni feast or what ever it was called didn't really have much on it, the sides were miniscule for the price you pay. on the other hand delivery was bang on time and the sprite was good

Waitress was lovely and efficient. Place was clean. Don't like the idea of ordering and paying through the app at the table because you lose the personal touches which is why you go to the restaurant. The app has it's place when ordering for a delivery.

Every pizza hut we go to we get the buffet and my daughter has Celiac disease so she has to have gluten free. as I mentioned we do buffet and we get told my daughter can have 2 pizzas, eat one and we'll bring you another for buffet price . No not Grimsby they made my daughter pay £20 while her friends are paying £9.99 and a member of staff Tanya (chave) had a right attitude and shouldn't be dealing with customers . We will not be returning

I paid a visit for a quick lunch here today, and there's been a few changes since my last visit, the first is that it's followed suit with the rest of the chain , the layouts changed a little as well being more open plan than I recall. There's more smaller free standing tables with movable seats and less booth style seating,making it more open plan in style. It's still a well decorated restaurant in keeping with the Pizza Huts chain. The menu seems largely unchanged since my last visit, the staff are still friendly and helpful aswell.The restrooms are still clean and tidy and include facilities for the disabled, the wheelchair access is also very good here and now there's more tables which can accommodate a wheelchair. 👍 Credit cards are accepted, book tables and order meals and pay online while in the restaurant using their app to eat in or takeaway ,an online ordering and delivery service has recently been introduced at this restaurant.(Uber eats)They have added a Vegan menu and Gluten free menu to their range of pizza. The quality and consistency of the food is good, just as we have all come to expect from this well known restaurant chain. This restaurant has a 5***** food hygiene rating. Food review June 2019. They still have the all you can eat buffet at lunchtime during the week, offering a good selection of pizzas,some pasta and the well stocked salad bar and sauces. I found it still very good value for money at the princely sum of £10.99 per head for the basic buffet lunch though drinks are extra. Well it was all you can eat so I did. 🐖🐖🐖 and enjoyed it. 😊 My only real criticism of this place today was the design of the table that I chose to sit at, it was free standing square topped with a pedestal base and I found it quite unstable when I lent on it's edge to get up nearly upsetting it and spilling my pot of tea,which I felt could have been potentially a hazard to young children. Update November 2019. I've used this restaurant a few times recently and have noticed the quality of customer service here very good during the lunchtime rush at this particular Pizza Hut restaurant, firstly there's enough staff to keep everything running smoothly and I have found them all polite and attentive to their customers, very quick and responsive to their customers requirements. 👌

Food was very cold and barely edible

Ease of being able to go strait up to the buffet once paid rather than waiting for someone to come and bring plates out to you. Glasses for drinks were brought out almost instantly! Variety at the buffet could have been a little better on pizzas - but still got my fill.

Staff was good but these pizzas taste horrible I would never go again, Please don’t go here I also warned my students that if they go to Pizza Hut they will not be allowed into my cobra Kai dojo!!🐍

First time ever in a Pizza Hut and the welcome was fantastic from the 2 staff. I met Hannah and Jess both with lovely smiles and very helpful.

Salad bar, kids loved it and the bottomless squash for the kids, not seen this before and good for kids. The service was excellent no wait times especially with kids Love mobile ordering once figured out how to order half and half And Bluelight discount made it affordable

The mobile ordering went better than expected. And the server was very helpful with any problems I had with it.

order didn't arrive and could not speak to someone from just eat about it. So I didn't get my food or refund and had to pay for another delivery

Charging £5.00 for the exact same food on Saturday and Sunday is nothing short of extortion!!
