Food come 2 hours after I ordered it and it come cold

Ordered from Char Grill, food was lovely then 2 hours later my bank account began alerting me to potential scam, upon investigation, Just eat have cloned account details and someone at the other end tried taking several amounts from our bank and attempting to purchase clothes on Vinted. I believe this has happened at Just eat and not Char Grill, next tie we will order direct and use cash, Char grill should seriously look into this to see if anyone else has been effected.

Popped in on the way back from yardbirds, we were there last customers of the evening, but the guy cooking the food was still Smiley and chatty. Food was good and reasonably priced, will use again 😋

I accidentally ordered twice and they replaced my order within half hour. Excellent service

Used to be a loyal customer to chargrill. They were the best in the area for food, service, delivery and atomosphere. In the last week they have changed the doner meat and it’s not very nice at all. No way near the quality it was so I won’t be using again unless it’s ever changed back. Such a shame!

Ordered via uber eats wraps dont come with chips but for the price of them they should when i got the wrap was wrapped up in greasy paper had soaked through the bag it was inside off also a small bit of plastic inside of it also got no free garlic bread that i asked for even after spending nearly £30

I used this place for the first time and would highly recommend it. I went for a pepperoni pizza with chillies, doner meat and sundried tomatoes. It was so spicy and packed with flavour. I requested a thin crust pizza, which they were very happy and welcoming to do for me Dips were fresh and the drinks were cold and in date. I was phoned up by a gentleman at the takeaway who asked if I wanted it earlier. I said 'yes' and it came 30 minutes ahead of schedule. A bit expensive but meets my expectations.

We had cheesy onion garlic bread and special vegetarian pizza excellent food really hit the spot after a few beers.

Always use this place for our kebabs

Do not use.... just been in for a 12inch garlic pizza... got home it was ham and mushroom... cant even get that right.... call them and you get no explanation.... no idea ..... stay away

Fast delivery, very VERY generous portions (me and my partner couldn’t finish our 2 kebabs and chips) and really tasty

2/10. Not happy. I only ordered a small bolagne pizza as i am on a weight loss journey with a side salad. I then opened my side salad to find what i can only assume was a pube.

I've ordered from here quite a few times but this will be my last time. I placed my order at 21:30 and nothing turned up, no explanation or a courtesy call to explain or apologise, they just ignored the phones and closed for the evening. I then wasted another hour sorting it out with FoodHub.com to get my refund. It's a shame because the food is really good from here but there level of customer service is very poor. They've kept me waiting for over 2 hours before at a weekend because they was busy but this time they really out did themselves. This isn't the way to run a business. keep this up and you'll soon be closing your doors for good.

Ordered via uber eats last night, food arrived quickly, was hot and tasty. I had pizza and hubby had kebab and chilli chips both very happy with food couldn't fault will definitely order from here again 😋

Delivery took over 2 hours! Rang back after it being over an hour late they said will be here in 10mins (clearly a lie) When food arrived it was cold and the chips were overcooked! First time ordering from here and it will definitely be the last! I know it was Saturday night but that's no excuse!

Bloody beautiful food, it is our anniversary today I mentioned it on the order the food came super fast and when my husband opened the door they wished us happy anniversary and had written it on our wraps what a nice touch thank you guys.

Our order turned up late...when it turned up chips where all soggy and undercooked. The pizza tasted amazing at the time although been up all night with bad bowels and throwing up.... Will not be ordering from here again!

Food was hot and tasty however we ordered at 8.15 on uber eats it was accepted for 45 minutes late the food came at 10.41 phoned the restaurant 3 times we got the its next one out ect we explained it was order at 8.15 it was busy apparently, there was no apologies on the phone the girl was very rude also.

The food quality is spot on tbh. It's the fact that simple things like salad on kebabs is forgotten. 2 tubs of coleslaw left out. It's like they are that busy they forget the basics. So at this point am left with Donna meat and pitta bread with no salad. I waited long enough in the shop for it to be served now am at home waiting for the basics to be delivered. This is very basic stuff. For a well established take way this is poor at the very least. My opinion is stay away. Food quality good However cant organise a piss up in a brewery

My burger 🍔 bun was Burnet and was cold when it did eventually arrive and my partners donner wrap was full of grease and the wrap was stale.

Rang on the phone. Staff was laughing and joking took me a long time to give my order as they kept putting phone down. Very rude finally ordered waited for food. Food was Absolutely discussing. Food arrived 1 hour 10 mins. Understand may be busy as Saturday night so we thought food will make up for it nope it didn't Missing food and drink. Kerbab was so so dry scabby bits. Didnt come with salad asked for. Spent £27 was not worth it one bit. Been to chargrill in past was lovely this time was discussing food was freezing cold am not joking absolutely freezing pizza cold were was the cheese. Chips like rock Sure pizza has cheese on it. Very disappointed will not be ording ever again. Everyone left there food. Waste of money. Rang to tell staff said politely missing items they said not taking orders at 10.30 very confused Saturday night at 10.30 stopped taking orders I said am ring regarding an order. They were very unfriendly didn't try to do anything to sort it. So this is why am writing a review.

Used to be amazing place but recently gone down hill and think it's cause of a change in management or ownership and when ever ring back to complain made to feel like its my own fault or that I'm trying to con them out of food but will never be ordering from there again and will never have to struggle with there soggy chips

Good pizza, £1 for 2nd with collection top a little over done whilst middle a little under.

Excueee me but who tf would pay £9 for 10 wings?
