Lovely hot and fresh breakfast and a proper cup of builders tea. Service was quick and the girls friendly. Will be back again with my family.

Brilliant family friendly cafe. Great food and value for money. Always friendly and welcoming, the kids love coming for their lunch.

Had the best breakfast at Barney's. Delicious and freshly cooked. Great value and cost almost half the price of other places. Staff were friendly and efficient. Will definitely return and would recommend to anyone.

I go to Barney's at least once a week (the Fiance goes most days) the food is always so tasty, my favourite being the Chicken Pie, and the better half's new favourite has to be the Corned beef pie. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming and cups of tea are made with love. Proper food made by proper people. What a good place to eat had Steak pie and vegetables and finished with hot chocolate very good will be going again.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing. They cater to their customers needs and cravings (lol) and let you swap breakfast items. It is a cozy cafe and the staff are absolutely amazing, friendly and brighten your day. Can only recommend this place and will be back. 5 out of 5 ⭐️

First time trying this cafe. Felt like it's over-advertised doing the leaflets. They dont seem capable to serve to the demand. I saw pictures on the leaflet plus online and was expecting a much better service. The environment was extremely noisy to the point where we couldn't talk to each other as we couldn't hear each other at all at times. Person serving nearly dropped our plates in my face as she was walking way too fast towards us. Understandably, it was very busy, but again, that just shows they can't match a demand. Our food was just warm, not hot at all, and it felt like it was standing waiting to be served. Unfortunately, i do not think i will be coming back. There is a lot to learn im afraid.

First time review for this cafe, and I'm happy to return. Food was prepared fresh and hot. If you want something different to the menu, They are happy to modify if they can. Staff are friendly and chatty. They also have delivery service on, Just eat. The parking is a little difficult as roadside only.

Best breakfast in Grimsby/Cleethorpes and reasonably priced. Specials board changes weekly so always the option to have something different when I visit. Nice and clean inside and the girls that work there are a good bunch! Highly recommend!

Wow! This has got to he the best place to fill up in Cleethorpes! I've never seen such a good value menu, with such massive portions in my life! And all served with a smile, cheerful atmosphere 😀

First time here today, warm welcome. Great menu options, especially option to have a griddled healthier breakfast alternative! Food was freshly made and absolutely lovely. Kids had plenty of options to order with too. All had full bellies and we will definitely be returning!

I've often wondered if a takeaway full English was possible, well it is. Barneys done a hell of a job. The best full English i can remember.

I've used this cafe most sundays for quite a while. Nice clean cafe/takeaway with friendly service a good range of traditional English breakfasts to suit your pocket and appetite Smashing sunday roast chicken, beef or pork lunches recommended,good quality meat served with fresh vegetables (no frozen or canned rubbish),plus a good Yorkshire pud. On week days the menu is more extensive. I've always been pleased with the food and friendly staff good value for money. More about Barneys As i have already mentioned it's very clean it's also well lit and warm. It has a selection of childrens meals available and baby seating so family friendly. It has it's own restrooms which are also clean and tidy. The layout is a standard table and chairs set up, the chairs are movable so could easily accommodate a buggy or wheelchair if required . There are some car parking spaces across the road and more space in the adjacent side streets,its also on a major bus route. It's cash only here. It also has a 5***** food hygiene rating. Food review Dec 2018. I'm still coming here on a regular basis, had my usual traditional Sunday roast dinner here today,still good quality food and service at affordable prices. I happily recommend this place. Food review January 2020. I had my usual traditional roast Beef lunch here again today, a good sized portion of delicious tender roasted beef beef accompanied by a selection of fresh vegetables an oven roasted potato and of course a homemade Yorkshire pud, all perfectly cooked and presented. There's been a small price increase recently, I paid £6.90 for my meal and a mug of tea, still good value for money considering the overall quality of the food,👌and table service. They also have introduced free Wi-Fi, and an online ordering and delivery service. Update December 2021. As with most others there has been an increase in prices recently, the price of a roast chicken, pork or beef lunch and a mug of tea is now £8.20.

This is the best place to eat breakfast, great menu and tasty. Highly recommend!!!

Breakfast okay sausages don't bother worst I have ever had. Everything else is okay.

Food was ok, bit on the dear side just for a sausage bun and a bacon and egg bun, and two cups of tea, for a couple of pound more I could have got a full cooked dinner for two, at Riby Cafe and it all home made.

Went in this morning and ordered a takeaway cheese burger with salad , when I ate it the burger was overcooked and rock hard , if it was thrown it would have done damage

Mi hermana y yo, fuimos en un pequeño desayuno de 3 libras cada uno, terminaron encima de £9. 10 como una broma. Cuando me preguntó sobre el costo, me dijeron que era el precio de dos bebidas y una porción de los tomates.

Mis hijos ordenados lasaña. £5. 95 realmente esperaba que sea un poco de una porción más grande o acompañados de unas patatas fritas y pan de ajo. Estaba delicioso, pero nos terminamos en 2 minutos mientras que miré con envidia, en vez de estar frente a una enorme pila de los palitos de pescado y patatas fritas. No hace falta decir que no tuvimos mucho de mi propio almuerzo después de la buitres descendía hacia fuera de mi plato de toda Polonia. Lugar sencillo, buena comida. Gran director/hombre jefe. Acaban de abrir, así que me he dado 4 estrellas. Espero que la próxima vez que dar 5.

Been in here a couple of times for a full English, easily one of the best breakfasts in the area. Always receive a friendly greeting when you walk in the door, and service is always fast. Very reasonable prices too.

My daughter introduced me to Barneys Café saying that it was the best place for miles around and was right! Nothing flash, just a smart, tidy, clean and organised café - pleasant, friendly staff and really good breakfast! There are a range of breakfasts to suit all appetites, the eggs and mushrooms are fresh, proper, good quality bacon and sausages and beautiful black pudding all cooked to perfection. Prices are very reasonable too. Service is quick and the food is cooked in view of the customers if you stand up! We didn't try them but noticed that they do home made pies, various other meals such as Chili, Bolognese and baked potatoes as well as a huge selection of filled rolls all at reasonable prices. The café was busy with a wide range of age groups - usually a good indication of quality. I look forward to returning again in the near future.
