Food was good, but going on my last visit, the service started off ok, but we were the only 2 people in the restaurant, soon as people came in, the service dropped off dramatically. At the end of the meal, waiting for the bill, took 20 minutes to get it, then waited for another 20 minutes to pay by card. Never came back. Ended up walking up and paying at the bar area.

One of the best curry places I've ever been to! The food was exceptionally beautiful and having the chicken biryani and chicken karahi was phenomenal. The staff were so attentative and friendly and well looked after. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone as it was sooooooo delicious:)

Really nice, best Indian in a long time

From the moment I walked into Spice Fusion, I felt genuinely welcomed. The host greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel at ease straight away. It’s the kind of hospitality just friendly I ordered the chicken vindaloo and chicken shish, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The vindaloo had the perfect balance of spice and flavour fiery, but not overwhelming and the chicken was tender and cooked with care. The chicken shish was just as impressive juicy, beautifully grilled, and seasoned so well that each bite was full of flavour. What really stood out to me, though, was how the whole team worked together. You could feel the pride in what they do. The waiter checked in on me with genuine interest, not just out of routine, and you could tell the chefs put real love into the food. It didn’t feel like a rushed kitchen everything came out just right, and it showed. Spice Fusion is more than just good food it’s good people. I’ll definitely be coming back not just for the incredible dishes, but for the warm and welcoming atmosphere that made the whole evening special.

The food was very tasty and very hot on delivery. Had a set meal good value for money plenty for 2 people. Tried Okra for the first time it was lovely. Will order again from here in the future.

We collected, we waited 20 minutes- so quick. Staff were friendly, polite and smiley. We ordered from the set meal for two, so much food for a great prize ! Curry’s were delicious, so were the Bombay potatoes! Wasn’t a fan of the onion bhajis. Needed more flavour and oily. But overall very good - would order again

Amazing service from the young lad, particularly liked him making me aware my meat was served attached to the bone it grew on(not an issue for me but some ppl dont like it) iI told him I want it traditional same way he'd eat at home..... was delicious, and when his shift finished he made sure I wanted for nothing & said his father would look after me ......so nice to see and will deffo be back

Food was lovely, succulent meat and flavourful sauce, bread was a bit bland but overall all a lovely meal and will order again.

We went tonight, first time in a longtime, I have to say the service, hospitality and food was amazing! Great value for money, tasty, plentyiful and I guarentee you will not be disappointed, strongly recommend you give it a try, we love Indian food and this ticks all our boxes, great experience... :-) we will be back.

Had a delivery, asked about certain curries over phone, the young man on the phone was very helpful, I was asking for a recommendation as I’m a a bit fussy when it comes to curries as I’m not keen on anything to hot, He recommended the chicken Shashlick karaoke, And it was fantastic, Definatly would recommend, they were very helpful over the phone, great customer service, 5 star rating from me.

Advertised 30% off on food menu for dine in. This wasn’t reflected in the bill, upon asking they double checked and confirmed discount is applied, which was not the case. Any discounts offered should be honored. Definitely zero rating for customer service.

First takeaway. Absolutely superb! Every dish, from starter to mains. Authentic and beautifully cooked. Will definitely be our 'go to' from now on. Have struggled to find a decent takeaway in the area. Look no more! Very friendly staff too when I collected the food. Thank you everyone.

Fusion special advertised as chicken, beef and prawns. However came without prawns. Was still nice but just not as advertised which is disappointing to say the least.

Took over 2 hour and 45mins for delivery. Then food was cold when it finally arrived. Very disappointing service.

Ordered food at 530 to be delivered at 0730, it’s currently 8pm and still waiting. Phone restaurant at 0750 and said it’ll be 2 minutes. Still not order, very disappointed.

Having seen good reviews we visited for my partner's birthday. There was a very long wait for our food to arrive which wasn't a major problem but waiting for over 30 mins, with no explanation was disappointing. The vegetarian food was good. However the prices did seem rather steep compared to other Indian restaurants we have eaten in.

Overall the food was ok , was missing the scampi priced at 7.50. Rang the restaurant back twice and nothing has been resolved , put a complaint into just east

Worse experience of Indian food so disappointed

What a delight. Lovely food, relaxed meal. The restaurant inside is a surprise, has elegance and charm, nice lighting, Indian music playing. Exceptionally clean and well loved. Not huge inside, but well spaced out. The car park opposite was a bonus too. Just visiting Grimsby, found this little gem with all our favourites on the menu. Service was good, nice polite staff, offered drinks and brought a lovely pickle tray and fresh poppadoms. Starters of Tandoori prawn, chicken Pakkora. Very tasty. Main ciurse of Chicken Tikka with salad, Chicken Tikka Massala, which was delicious, mouth watering. The garlic Nann bread was light, well flavoured and fresh, a little bit of heaven. Drinks of a Cobra lager, lager shandy and large sauvignon blanc white wine. Price fantastic at £53. Well worth it. Would recommend. Thank you 😊 for a wonderful evening meal !! xxx

Everything was great and tasty apart from the cucumber raita which was disappointing lots of yoghurt hardly any cucumber in there.

Really disappointed! This WAS the best Indian restaurant in the area. Food definitely gone down hill during my last two visits. Gave us dried beef instead of lamb thinking we wouldn’t notice! Tasteless, dry, bland and salty. Obviously a change of chef. I’ll be switching to the Agrah in future. Sorry Spice Fusion, you’ve lost completely lost the plot!

My hubby booked this indian meal for my birthday. It was so so good, tasted delicious. The owner even gave me a drink on the house,as it was my birthday. We will definitely be back . Lovely staff and food . Thankyou again

Food wasn't warm enough had to heat it in microwave, not spice in my dish for a balti, unfortunately the starter had been incorrect!

the food was piping hot and on time like it said, but looked like the bag fell over on the way here, so every tub was covered in sauce/oil from one of the curries... always great food from here but thus is the worse state I have received it in... ☹️

We ordered the vegetable bhuna and vegetable balti with boiled rice and a chapatti. Great tasting food and the owner was immediately able to tell us which of the veggie meals were dairy free. The prices were very reasonable, the service was good and the restaurant is smart with a modern, clean and well maintained toilet.

We just arrived at the restaurant and we was welcomed with a warm greeting. The food was absolutely delicious, really.good value for money. The service was fantastic, I dont understand why it wasnt busier. We enjoyed it that much we have just ordered a collection, And again the food was delicious, plenty of meat and was so tasty I would highly recommend trying this restaurant. 10/10

food was top notch we are on haven gave instructions never had an issue before got a call from driver and ended up going to reception whilst he delivered it the directions were very clear so unsure why I had to go to reception and then he delivered he did apologise but that's not the point

this place is my go to Indian but very disappointed with the service this evening ordered at 1750 arrived at 2030 rang at 7 to be told it was 5 minutes away. I wouldn't have minded if he said it was going to be an hour just be truthful I had already made payment. saying that the delivery driver and the guy I spoke with couldn't have been more apologetic and the food was spot on. must try harder

had prawn cocktail for starter then had the curry and rice the meat was so tender and really flavourful the service was really good definitely will go again don't understand why it was so quiet people should go you won't be disappointed.

Most of the food arrived cold, things were missing and all the vegetarian dishes were bland. Quite the opposite to my expectation of this quisine. I ate it because I spent hard earned money on it.

Good curry, nice to have it on the bone. I think the chapatis could be better. However enjoyed the lamb and chicken curries.
