Worse experience of Indian food so disappointed

What a delight. Lovely food, relaxed meal. The restaurant inside is a surprise, has elegance and charm, nice lighting, Indian music playing. Exceptionally clean and well loved. Not huge inside, but well spaced out. The car park opposite was a bonus too. Just visiting Grimsby, found this little gem with all our favourites on the menu. Service was good, nice polite staff, offered drinks and brought a lovely pickle tray and fresh poppadoms. Starters of Tandoori prawn, chicken Pakkora. Very tasty. Main ciurse of Chicken Tikka with salad, Chicken Tikka Massala, which was delicious, mouth watering. The garlic Nann bread was light, well flavoured and fresh, a little bit of heaven. Drinks of a Cobra lager, lager shandy and large sauvignon blanc white wine. Price fantastic at £53. Well worth it. Would recommend. Thank you 😊 for a wonderful evening meal !! xxx

Everything was great and tasty apart from the cucumber raita which was disappointing lots of yoghurt hardly any cucumber in there.

Really disappointed! This WAS the best Indian restaurant in the area. Food definitely gone down hill during my last two visits. Gave us dried beef instead of lamb thinking we wouldn’t notice! Tasteless, dry, bland and salty. Obviously a change of chef. I’ll be switching to the Agrah in future. Sorry Spice Fusion, you’ve lost completely lost the plot!

My hubby booked this indian meal for my birthday. It was so so good, tasted delicious. The owner even gave me a drink on the house,as it was my birthday. We will definitely be back . Lovely staff and food . Thankyou again

Food wasn't warm enough had to heat it in microwave, not spice in my dish for a balti, unfortunately the starter had been incorrect!

the food was piping hot and on time like it said, but looked like the bag fell over on the way here, so every tub was covered in sauce/oil from one of the curries... always great food from here but thus is the worse state I have received it in... ☹️

We ordered the vegetable bhuna and vegetable balti with boiled rice and a chapatti. Great tasting food and the owner was immediately able to tell us which of the veggie meals were dairy free. The prices were very reasonable, the service was good and the restaurant is smart with a modern, clean and well maintained toilet.

We just arrived at the restaurant and we was welcomed with a warm greeting. The food was absolutely delicious, really.good value for money. The service was fantastic, I dont understand why it wasnt busier. We enjoyed it that much we have just ordered a collection, And again the food was delicious, plenty of meat and was so tasty I would highly recommend trying this restaurant. 10/10

food was top notch we are on haven gave instructions never had an issue before got a call from driver and ended up going to reception whilst he delivered it the directions were very clear so unsure why I had to go to reception and then he delivered he did apologise but that's not the point

this place is my go to Indian but very disappointed with the service this evening ordered at 1750 arrived at 2030 rang at 7 to be told it was 5 minutes away. I wouldn't have minded if he said it was going to be an hour just be truthful I had already made payment. saying that the delivery driver and the guy I spoke with couldn't have been more apologetic and the food was spot on. must try harder

had prawn cocktail for starter then had the curry and rice the meat was so tender and really flavourful the service was really good definitely will go again don't understand why it was so quiet people should go you won't be disappointed.

Most of the food arrived cold, things were missing and all the vegetarian dishes were bland. Quite the opposite to my expectation of this quisine. I ate it because I spent hard earned money on it.

Good curry, nice to have it on the bone. I think the chapatis could be better. However enjoyed the lamb and chicken curries.

Couldn't get to eat in today but as we have eaten here in the past we thought we would try a takeaway. OMG did not disappoint! Food was amazing and was also red hot despite a fair distance to deliver. Well done Spice Fusion, best Indian food in the town! As far as we are concerned. Keep it up! Excellent place for delicious tasty food.We have been using here since the 80s on and off.Stunning and fresh food,friendly staff and generous portions.Atmosphere is great and intimate or buzzing for larger groups.Never had issues even the takeaways/ deliveries are first class.

Ordered meal For two, gave us a mixture of wrong order, both curry’s wrong. Was too far to go back. Food was tasteless. Onion bhaji burnt. Won’t be going back again.

By far the worst Indian take away ever greasy salty all-round awful for the price we paid 2 adults (take away) £35 hardly any meet no flavour over powered by salt and grease terrible save your money eat elsewhere it maybe be marginally better in the restaurant but not a take away even with 15% and still 3t quid this horrific meal has gone in the bin they can't even get a naan bread right bland and tasteless be warned don't order from here profit over customer satisfaction we will never use these again it was that bad

Ordered chicken omlette + other items. Chicken omlette was overcooked and came with chips. NO onions, tomatoes, mushrooms or peas as advertised. Chips were french fries and were limp and not very warm. Would not order this again IT was awful and was not eaten !

We ordered last week a madras, chips and breads however we were missing our Nan bread that we had paid for! The curry were beautiful so we ordered again tonight ( the shop even gave me a call to say sorry for missing our Nan bread last time and they will send double) and I have to say…….we’ve received someone else’s order!! i went on a friday night with my partner for a sit in meal, the waitresses was absolutely amazing, considering the amount of deliveries they had the service was fast, the food was absolutely fantastic so tasty and so filling, the toilets where so clean, overall experience was 10/10 would definitely go again

Every time I visit Grimsby, I make it my mission to go to the Masala restaurant. I've not found a better restaurant than here, the food is really nice and the service and prices are good too.

Not the normal amazing food was just ok. But we all have bad days. But still recommend.

Well that was a waste of money arrived very quickly but rice was disgusting and watery like it had been cooked then heated back up in a microwave, the chicken in the dish was hard the nan breads were undercooked on the whole very disappointing

Sat in here as I write this and all I can say is why is it not busier than this! We recieved a warm welcome upon arrival, was given a freshly sterilised high chair as we had our youngest with us (thanks babysitter). Anyway, poppadoms and pickle trays were brought to our table swiftly and were magnificent in their own rite. Followed by a mixed starter which was amazing. The meat was well spiced and beautifully tender, the curries were out of this world with a few different ones to try (I had pineapple and banana curry called a Malaya) this was a refreshing change from the usual and I'd highly recommend. The staff can't do enough for you and they definitely seem to care about their customers. Honestly next time you're going out for a curry (and pint) get yourself to spice fusion. I'll let the pictures do the rest

My first time in trying this restaurant and I wasn’t disappointed the food was amazing that was the best curry I had ever !!! Will be using this place all the time now !!!
