Managed to fit us in without a booking and everything was lovely had lunch and nice atmosphere!

Recommended to us. Front of building totally understated. Called a cafe. It’s more of a restaurant. Well it looked it last night. Very modern. Amazing place and views are just fantastic. Food and service was outstanding Maybe add a halloumi burger to the menu for us veggies 👍👍

New restaurant at night and cafe by day. Fantastic views with lovely terrace to sit outside when fine. Some food slightly pricey but well presented and everyone seemed to be enjoying it. We just stopped for a drink. Offers on with nearby cottages with vouchers towards meals, impressed us so we are enquiring about stopping later this year or early next.

We come here a lot, and have always found everything to be excellent. Last night was no exception, came here for Mum's 75th birthday - she has some mobility issues so the fact there are no steps or stairs anywhere is great for her. There were 8 of us, the service was great, all the food arrived together and we all enjoyed our meals. As a nice touch at the end of the evening the staff gave my Mum some cakes to take home, which was a lovely thought. Thanks so much to all working, it was a busy Saturday evening but as usual, everything was perfect. Scott

Just visited Landmark for the first time with a friend. Really beautiful place and lovely atmosphere - food was great. Service upon entrance was very welcoming, but sadly no one asked during the meal if 'everything was ok' - other than that we enjoyed it and will be back!

I went with 2 friends , 2 of us had been before some time ago & thought we'd take another for her birthday , what a disappointment, I ordered drinks, 2 of which I got out the cabinet & we waited for the Latte , after 20 mins my friend got up to go ask about it & it turned up , then the food - 2 chicken curries 1 homeburger , , they arrived 40minutes later by which time we were past hungry , had we been told there was such a wait we would have gone elsewhere, as it happened I spotted a lot of plates ready to be served on the serve hatch & joking said they'd been there 12 minutes hope ours weren't there they'd be cold , sure enough they were , it arrived warm , but the curry although saying MILD was tasteless & the chicken chewy , we both left quite a bit & no one came over to ask how our food was the burger was apparently nice, we left & all agreed we woon't go back . To our disgust we also saw a member of staff SNEEZE into her hands , then arrange cutlery on the next table !! Beautiful views sad about service

Had Scampi and chips for two which was Scampi garden peas chips and tartare sauce with a pot of tea for two food was nice but small portions for £15 a head the pot of tea for two only filled one mug and half filled the other which was slightly dissapointing at £32.50 for the bill for two plus having a time limit on your visit makes you feel like you have to rush through your meal so having said that i dont think it was really that good a value for the money also a very limited menu to choose from so will give it a miss from now on

Had a lovely early evening meal with family for my Fathers birthday treat. We booked a table for 7 people. The table had a wonderful view as the sun set and food was fantastic. We had a vegetarian and a coeliac in our party and there was plenty of choice to cater for all. Service was excellent. Food was hot ,tasty and decent portion size. Will definitely return. Thankyou for making my dad's birthday special.

Arrived to a very flustered and rude waitress, plunked on a table and after 25 mins we was still waiting for even any service, no drinks ordered neither. No staff to be seen anywhere Menu is very limited and lacks anything other than greasy spoon style food but at restaurant prices. The only thing going for this place is the amazing views, shame the service was such a let down.

We hadn't booked a table but they let us have our breakfast on the patio in the sunshine. The staff were really attentive and friendly. We had a lovely meal. 😊🌈

270225 update: Still great here and the staff just get better. Shakshuka again and a cuppa. Excellent 👌 Dropped in, without a reservation, but the lovely people found us a table. Not a fan of carrying your own cold, non alcohol drinks to your table after ordering. No trays either, feels very cheap skate and awkward. What if there's 4-6 off you? How many trips to the desk..... Spoils what was a very welcoming experience hence 4* on all, down from 5 before 😕

Super well presented tasty meal.

I have never written a bad review but this was the worst meal I have ever had. The beef pie was £17 but first half had three pieces of beef thst were so chewy and second half alo had three small pieces of beef that I left and just eat pie case as the meat was just fat and sinew. Pukka pies are better filled than this pie. No veg just mash and mushy peas. What a shame will not go back again! Just had a response from the manager and it was my fault for not reporting the substandard meal!! It is not just the worst meal but worst customer service I have ever received!!!! The manager should be ashamed of her customer service skills and apologise for a poor meal and service. This was probably a one off bad pie but instead of apologise she chose to slam me for a bad review. If you want a good meal and decent customer service best pie around is Woolpack in Louth.

What an absolute gem of a place. From walking in the door we were met with the most friendliest team. We were shown straight to our table which was set out lovely and had lots of space around us. The restaurant is ultra modern and has a great ambiance. Our party consisted of 2 couples and we opted for the seafood linguine, fish and chips and beef stroganoff x2. When the food arrived we were amazed how much was served and we honestly could not eat it all. It was all mouth watering and absolutely delicious we have to say the seafood linguine and beef stroganoff was the best we have ever tasted. The team were super attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. When the bill arrived we were pleasantly surprised with how little it was for the amazing food we had just eaten. I cannot recommend this place enough and we all have a new favourite place and most definitely will be back soon.

Went in Saturday for a birthday meal , weather was not the best so no stunning views but food was exceptional . Past it many times but never ventured in , will definitely return as made to feel truly welcome

Had a lovely breakfast at Landmark Restaurant on Barton Street. The food was delicious, well-presented, and full of flavour. My partner especially love the different options for breakfast and the chili running through the avocado - a great touch!. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Service was friendly and attentive, though there was a slight wait for our food. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely return!

Popped in on the off chance and we were shown to a table for two straight away, even though we hadn’t pre booked. A warm, friendly welcome with very polite staff. The food was wonderful! Will definitely be returning soon!

Always busy. Lots of choice. First class food. All the girls are very nice,very obliging. Coffee is nice scones are great. We stop every time we go buy.

Came for a mid morning breakfast. Quite a limited menu. For some reason I was expecting a little more choice. What we had was all ok but I thought £2 for a slice of black pudding was a bit on the high side. It was a gloomy day but the restaurant was still bright and airy. Personally I think I prefer somewhere a little bit more cosy.

We stopped for a lunch on our way back from the coast before Xmas. Place was very busy and we were lucky to get a table without reservation. It looks like the place is very popular and it should be as the food and service were excellent. We'll definitely stop there again when visiting the area.

Friendly and efficient. We asked if it was possible to have a different table to what we had been allocated. Sorted it straight away and it was perfect.

I've been wanting to visit the Lanmark for a couple of years. I've heard very good reports. So on Saturday my neice celebrated her birthday and chose this cafe/restaurant to dine at. So I was delighted to invited (little bit of poetry brightens every review). Infact this wasn't my first visit. I had seen it during the building phase. I was shown round the whole complex with a view to employment ( which sadly didn't materilise) and was very impressed with what I saw. So to see the building now fully functional was a real joy. It's a unique building over looking the beautiful willow lakes and Lincolnshire countryside. The meals were very good as was the service. I personally prefer a more down to earth approach to serving. But that's just a personal thing. Each to their own. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my evening and I'm very pleased Lawrence's vision has become a reality. I know how much hard work went into creating this wonderful facility.

We love the venue and the staff are great. Service was quick too. The reason for the three stars is the meal and prices. I had the haddock chips and mushy peas. The haddock batter was very dark and overdone. Bizarrely the underneath of the fish had batter that when you peeled it off had lighter coloured batter underneath. The chunky chips were dry - possibly a different variety of potato would be better. The peas were also very dry and clumped together. More moisture needed. Definitely overpriced for the portion size and quality. My friend had the festive sandwich. Nothing wrong with the meal but again not value for the price. A shame because we have been regular customers in the past but I won't be coming again due to this meal and the increased prices.

Best book before you go but it's a lovely place.

We recently visited the Landmark Cafe and restaurant for a family get together. As we were a party of 7 we had booked ahead. Unfortunately it was a grey, rainy day so we didn't get to see the fabled views through the glass front. We had a late lunch so were ordering normal main meals. We all enjoyed them and I found my pie, mash and veg to be pretty good and not too small a portion. I did follow up my meal with picking from the cake display, going for a mint chocolate cake. The mint icing and filling was great but unfortunately the sponge was quite dry. The service was quite good throughout. Overall well worth a visit if you're nearby.

Staying with family in the area and went for breakfast Saturday morning. Absolutely gorgeous food best breakfast I’ve had out in along time. Pleasant surroundings, great staff!! I will definitely be back when in the area again.

Very dissapointed.. Ordered tuna melt with chips .. Was served a very limp toasted sandwich with white thin sliced budget bread ..had to pay to upgrade from skinny fries to chunky chips ... This really wasn't worth the price ..Would expect better bread and not to be soggy .Chips had a plastic taste .. no side salad or coleslaw ..

The tables were too close together and hence it became more like a sports lounge.People had to squeeze past between tables when coming or leaving.The outside patio could be opened on certain times , weather permitting. That way it would accommodate more clients. Of course it would need afew burners outside to ease the coldness. Apart from that the lunchtime food I had was very tasty and well presented.

We went for Sunday lunch but on getting there we found out they stopped doing them a year ago but says on google menu they do which is a shame because thats what we wanted with family.

Pros - lovely views, friendly staff, quick service and good prices. Cons - find it a little stuffy inside - I've never noticed open windows on the occasions I've been, food can be a little hit and miss but overall a decent meal.

We stayed on site last week at the lovely willow lake lodges and dined here 3 times and each occasion the food was delicious! The building itself is quite new, very unique and has amazing views. The cafe is really well run with friendly staff. If we are ever in the area again, we will certainly make a reservation to dine here once again. 😊

My son and I went to the landmark cafe on a bitterly cold day. We were a little early so we had a coffee before we eat. Coffee was excellent. Gaz had the gluten free steak pie, which he said was delicious and I had a jacket potato and piece of cheese cake. Again the food was delicious. All the people serving were friendly helpful and efficient. There is an amazing view from the back of the cafe, which we could only partly appreciate because of the weather. Really enjoyed our visit. Thank you.

We only popped in for cups of tea to have a break from driving, the service was top notch, the staff (Girls) were very polite, the tables were cleaned straight away ready for the next customer.

Went here on my way to Skegness, had some loaded chips for takeaway, however when I asked for a fork to eat with to take it away the said we don't have any, why would you do food that you can takeaway but not have utensils for takeaway.

It is well worth a visit. It's not exactly cheap, but I would say it's worth the price. The staff were amazing, the food was lovely and the views were beautiful.

A great spot meeting up with friends from various different areas of North Lincs. Lovely bustling atmosphere, nice varied menu, some of us had chicken curry, some burgers, some chicken Caesar salad, some jacket potatoes with filling. Nice wine list, the place was very busy and staff working very hard to keep up with it all. The place was very clean and toilets very clean ! Great view, shame it was foggy. Overall good value for money and we would defiantly visit again. The only comment we had was that we all smelt of cooking when we got home 😬

What a beautiful place the landmark is, views are stunning across the wolds, the full english breakfast was so tasty & hot, good old Lincolnshire sausages, service was great, lovely staff,, especially Izzy, who looked after us. Will definitely be returning.

Always a pleasure to visit, food is always great. Extremely well presented and absolutely delicious! The price is more than reasonable and the service is always fast and efficient. Highly rate it, whenever I’m home with family I always pay several visits.

Had a full English breakfast which was delicious. Nice and hot, lovely Lincolnshire sausages. The staff were very friendly, chatty and attentive. Views were amazing too. This is definitely one of my favourite places to eat now. Will be returning very soon 😋😋😋

Attached and part of a delightful holiday park, Willow Lakes Leisure Park, (see the separate review), this restaurant is very much one in a class of its own. In my youth (many many years ago) I trained as a French Chef with some of the best in the business in the day, the very early 1960's. So I am very familiar with the requirements of service and quality in the catering industry, and this restaurant provides both in abundance. My wife and I ate there three times during our stay at the Leisure Park, once on the day we arrived for a very late lunch, a second time for a more formal evening meal and finally, at breakfast on the day we vacated. On all three occasions the staff were always smiling, very attentive without being overbearing and, as my wife noted on the first visit, the cleaning up of empty tables was not hurried but carried out in such a way that everything, including the floor beneath the tables, were fully cleaned and ready for the next customer. To see a waitress in today's world sweeping up the droppings under a table with a small dustpan and brush was somewhat novel, and took me way back to the days when appearances were paramount. The food was exemplary, I can very definitely recommend the Chicken and Wild Mushroom Sauce, an absolute culinary delight to say nothing of the handmade apple crumble to follow. Breakfast was equally delightful and, it is all credit to the staff when you can make a meal like preakfast something to remember, it must be somewhat special. Talking of staff, I have to pass comment on a young lady we spoke too, I do not know her name but, she had only been there a few months and was training as an assistant manager. What a delightful young lady. She quite happily chatted about her work and her hopes for the future but, as the meal arrived she very graciously took her leave and allowed us to eat in peace. She will go a long way with that level of customer care. If you decide to visit, and I strongly advise you to do so, please make sure you book your table in advance. Even with almost seventy covers in the main building one look at the car park would very quickly assure you of its popularity, packed is not a sufficiently strong word! Would I recommend this restaurant? In a flash!! It is not overly cheap but, the quality you get in exchange for the pricing will make any reservations you may have had, blow away in the wind.

We visited here for coffee and cake whilst out walking. It was a warm welcome upon arrival and we were offered a choice of seating. The ambiance is relaxed with polite and friendly staff. The view from the decked outside area is superb. There's a great choice of cakes. We both chose coffee and walnut cake which was sliced generously and delicious too. We look forward to our next visit.

We went for breakfast after a recommendation from a friend,but we wish that we had stayed loyal to our normal breakfast cafe.the attitude of the staff isn’t exactly what I expected,the food is ok could be a lot better,especially if they served it hot.pretty clean place with very nice views ,won’t be back unfortunately.large car park but came away feeling underwhelmed.

We came here on Saturday night for my nieces wedding reception the first one you have held, well what can I say what a fantastic reception we got from the minute we walked in to the minute we left , nothing was too much bother , what a brilliant night we had , fabulous band , plenty off dancing and the food was amazing it just kept on coming ,the chefs did a brilliant job as did the waitresses and manager , what a night , I hope you do many more weddings and events as you can clearly cater for them , what a wonderful wedding , thankyou Landmark Exceptional x

There were 8 people altogether including 2 children. 5 having the full English breakfast and 3 having pancakes. All the food arrived at the same time. Service was prompt and efficient. The only issue was that is was extremely hot in the restaurant.

This was my first visit and I thoroughly enjoyed it. With a warm welcome on entry, we were seen to our table.; it was explained to us that we had to order at the counter. There was a bit of a wait for our food but it arrived fresh and was delicious. We both opted for the steak sandwich. A really lovely restaurant with stunning views; I will return for breakfast on the terrace.

The breakfast was fine a bit meagre looking. Sos were small. Tea included as is toast. Your 10quid breakfast will increase rapidly if adding other items others include like hash browns black pudding etc.

We just had coffee and scones. Drinks were lovely, staff were very pleasant and helpful, the views from the balcony are fabulous. We’ve had much better scones.

Visited The Landmark at lunchtime today . 14th September with my sons partner. We were taken to table 2 inside and we then placed our order at the till which was Fish & chips & Chicken in green pesto with Tagliatelle. Mocha & bottle of water... Upon waiting a waitress bought 2 coffee to our table which we didn't order then 2 main meals also came to our table which again we did not order ! With it being my first time here I was unaware that they also have the same number for the tables outside which does have a tremendous view ! Now wouldn't you think that when ppl order the food that the staff would put a note saying table two outside . This is not hard come on guys ! Our food came to the table and it was nice but only just warm... We decided to take 2 pieces of cake home. One was Lemon Meringue sponge One being the Vegan cake These cakes were very dry indeed and at the cost of £7 :00 a total waste of money !!! I would revisit but just for a main meal.

Not somewhere I would normally stop. But glad I did. The food was good and not to expensive.

Landmark is our ‘Go To’ place to eat. We are locals, and anything from a quick coffee and cake, to lunch or evening meal, the staff welcome is friendly, and the food fairly priced, and consistently good. It is informal eating done stylishly, with a great bar, that is run professionally. Some may complain about the restricted time allowed at the table, but you do know in advance. Recently, when we were with friends, and almost overran our time, a member of staff very pleasantly offered to move us onto an outdoor table on the terrace so we could continue chatting. Landmark is a busy place, and we think it is a practical solution to their popularity.

Went for dinner whilst away for the weekend. Will most definitely be back when next in the area. The food was fantastic, the salmon I had was fresh and beautifully cooked. The staff were brilliant, cheerful, attentive, and knowledgeable about the food. The view from the terrace was stunning and makes for an amazing place to relax, wind down and socialise. Only negative.... its about 5hrs from home.

I can not give this place enough stars to be fair, Family meet up with my 97 year old dad, the food was excellent. the views are just as spectacular as the service. Brilliant 100% recommend 👏 this is the place to be. booking recommend, and it's got disabled parking and is one lever so wheelchair friendly too.

I've been looking forward to visiting the Landmark Cafe for some time so we had a family lunch there today. Booking experience was good. Arrived promptly for 2.45 booking, knowing we'd have to vacate by 4.30. Table not ready asked to wait at seating outside. Enjoyed the outdoor area and yes, fabulous view. Seated at table and left with menus. No-one explained we needed to book at the counter. After sitting like lemons for quite a few minutes and unable to attract anyone's attention we finally asked and were told. Disappointed with that especially as it was 3.20 by then. Food was fine and plentiful. Would recommend with above reservations.

Had to give it all 1 star as we was hoping to stay for food but dogs are NOT welcome :( Sat in a very cold area outside. If you have a dog 🐕 keep driving past. 🚗 We was travelling past and just pulled in and did not see the website about dogs. Midgets loved my drink :).

My visit to Landmark was a mixed experience. While the venue itself is impressive and has amazing views, I was disappointed to find that there was no table service, which made for a rather impersonal dining experience. The food was average but decent, but the lack of table service and the crowded atmosphere detracted from the overall enjoyment. It might be worth a visit during quieter hours for a better experience

We have visited Landmark cafe and restaurant many times as we stay in the lovely lodges, we've had breakfast, lunch, and dinner there and every time it has been a lovely experience, the staff are very attentive especially Hannah ,they make you very welcome. We'll definitely be eating there again when we stay at willow lakes. Jennifer Carlin.
