The new menu is absolutely amazing and the chef Ben cooks the meals perfectly. The customer service is outstanding and so friendly

Bar staff brilliant really helpful fast serice

This is a large sizzling pub on the outskirts of Grimsby. We went in on Easter Monday. They seemed to have a restocking problem as there was very little food available. Several choices of Lager & other beers but no cask. Friendly enough place but totally lacking in atmosphere. There is a very large car park and smoking areas available.

Easter sunday . What a let down. Was able to book a table on the app at 12pm and booked for 2.30. Turned up but was told no tables available but we could sit in the bar !!!!! No thanks as football was on. In the restaurant people were sat about just with drinks or crisps or just sat there. They said they were turning the app off. Bit late should have done it in the morning. Went home dissapointed and cross

My steak was full of gristle and wait was far too long. Order was wrong when it came but soon rectified. Waitres was new but very friendly even though she was rushed off her feet, poor girlb

Our grandson was unwell but still wanted to come for tea. Jani was so understanding - brought us an extra plate to share my food because we knew our grandson wouldn't eat much. He went out of his way to reassure us there was no problem with us sharing. Jaz served me at the bar and again was so kind. Thank you to everyone at the Jubilee.

New menu offers a good range of dishes. Staff were really attentive and a good atmosphere overall. We LOVE the Jube!

Came for my daughters 21st birthday meal 10 guest table was in a great area plenty of room around us as we had two babies with us we ordered on the app which was fast and easy. Food arrived quick and piping hot everyone’s meal was correct and lovely we also had desserts which were also lovely. Staff were friendly and polite,overall very nice visit and will defiantly come again

Really lovely, well cooked food. Friendly service. As it was busy, the only thing I would say is maybe a couple more staff to serve to make it easier for the staff.

This is probably the best way to eat in style 👌 the food is delicious and I highly recommend.

Went across to our local Zizzling Pub, Jubilee Inn on Wybers Wood, this evening 10th December. We arrived to notices on the lounge door, saying it was closed, due to a private function in there. Told we would have to go and eat in the bar, no free tables, and very very noisy. Not at all happy, so walked out and down the road to a Hungry Horse Pub, The Trawl, very pleasant staff, drinks and food were very nice. Will go back, not so sure at all about The Jubilee!!!!!

Lovely family meal for 9 people, pre ordered so very quick service at a great price :) clean plates all round!

A lovely pub with great staff and lovely food. What can I say !! Consistent high standards, lovely atmosphere, fantastic staff!! Our group of 4 meet every couple of weeks on a Friday evening for a great meal and good catch up, we love the atmosphere and great food. Vicky, the manager, does a fantastic job, she and her team work incredibly hard to keep the bar running smoothly, serve the food whilst its sizzling and hot, doing this whilst always delivering great customer service too. We usually have the steak dishes and every week without fail the meals are cooked beautifully. The steaks are cooked to perfection, the chef obviously fully understands the term 'rare' and 'medium'. Great pub, great service, great food !! *****Well done, Vicky, you are doing a great job :-)

It is always lovely to come to this pub, but the service today was above and beyond. Jo is such a lovely woman and made sure all of our needs were met, I honestly was blown away with her customer service skills, moreso towards my little girls, what a star you have on your team! Friendly,helpful staff. They asked if we had any allergies, how we wanted our food cooking. The lady even warned us about there being a 45 minute wait as they were busy. Great honesty, which gets my vote
