McDonald's in North East Lincolnshire

Always pleasant staff and friendly..

Food was standard McD quality as expected. Expected to drink black tea - this appears to be standard Mcd standards, I know very few people who drink black tea, but still have to go and ask for milk having placed order using their preferred method so cannot request it at pos. Wait time is compromised in person ad Just eat are yhe bigger customer and more important. Generally displeased by this chain, but needed to sit and eat something as I am Diabetic and my Son wanted a treat which turned out to be furthest from a treat. Well done for a bad experience, lesson learned by myself and my Son. He has no excitement of having future McD treats (Thankfully)

My milkshake was not upgraded and I did not receive my free meal collectable

my order never arrived even though you sent a message to say it had I'm not happy at all as you've taken the money and there's no phone number to call to speak to someone to sort this out.

I left the note on my order saying to not ring the doorbell and he did which I wasn’t happy about when I said to him I said to not ring the door bell he just said ok and had no apology

Burger was hot but the chips were stone cold

delivered lots of orders first as went along way the wrong direction had to come all the way back

Never sent the condiments this is not the 1st time. You get charged 10p for them now but then they don't get sent. Also the burger was cold. Chips where fine but had no condiments to dip them in. Very disappointed

Not only was my order late, my house is no more than a 5 minute drive from the restaurant however after being picked up at 12.44 it did not arrive until 13.06 and stone cold! It doesn’t take a scientist to work out that the delivery driver was delivering many orders from probably several restaurants. This driver should never be allowed to deliver to me again.

The time was a bit messy and it's slightly cold but overall very good and need to keep the shamrock shake on the menu, it's sooooo good

Hot chocolate lid wasn’t even on properly so it leaked everywhere as the delivery guy passed it to me. Maybe check next time that lids are on properly before you send out

I love how all the bad reviews are from people who can't even use proper spelling or grammar. Says about all you need to know. You do realise this is a McDonalds, right? Of course it's not 5 star cuisine, but hey, Jeremy Kyle rejects go for that type of thing, don't they? Think about this, use that tiny brain of yours and actually think, you live in Grimsby and you bothered to leave a serious and passionate 1 star review about a McDonalds. Yeah, you're not benefitting society in the slighest, and you probably regularly attend cash converters. Once a doley always a doley. 😂

Took forever to come, and when it did things were missing and the food overall was discusting

I ordered a chilli double cheeseburger and got sent a single cheeseburger plus my food was only warm

This place NEVER gets your order correct, and the final straw was the delivery driver not even showing up at my house. Never order from this location.

I received x2 McSpicy Burgers instead of my order of x2 McCrispy BBQ Smokehouse Burgers, the chips and nuggets were cold. If I had an allergy from something contained in the McSpicy it would have been a disaster. Why are the chips and nuggets cold? Were you delivering too many orders at the same time?
