McDonald's in North East Lincolnshire

Wrong items sent, some items missing. Warm and fresh, tasted fine but not what we ordered and paid for.

Half hour later and freezing cold

asked for 5 plain burgers without egg and i got all 5 with egg and the food was cold..

This order came 3 hours later very disappointing

driver split all the drinks but food was ok

Drinks all spilt. Had medium size instead of large. Chips had barely any in them.

placed order at 11.20am for 12.05 didn't get order till 1.35pm what a disgrace as a regular on this app I am so disappointed

Even though the restaurant didn't give the right bags to the delivery guy, he went back to the restaurant to pick up the rest of the order. He was amazing 👏

Ordered a takeaway for me and my children. All of our meals were cold, I had a medium chips that wasn't even full and our food was left on the doorstep. The delivery driver didn't even knock or ring the doorbell.

This order was not delivered although the app confirmed it was. I want a refund.

Delivery came totally wrong order,order number was 2220.. which included 3 medium strawberry milkshakes,order I received and gave back to delivery driver(bag split from split drinks) included a coffee,fruit shoot and coke? Gave the delivery driver the full delivery back,and now left without food and £30 out of pocket.. I’d like a full refund please and I find this delivery getting worse an worse

my order never arrived, they claimed it had been delivered and he was given a code. I stood on the front and waited for them to arrive! so I'm now £25 out of pocket and I had to go all day at work with no lunch! some to customer services and they won't refund me what an absolute joke.

That was the best driver I have ever had!!! super nice friendly if I could get that driver all the time I would order more!

Food was piping hot and all correct.

Only the cappuccino and hash browns were correct even though the cappuccino was stone cold and hash browns were soggy. Then my main order was replaced with a saver bun! Get your staff to read the orders properly before packing (basics of a job!). And stop leaving the hot drinks on counter for 30mins before packing! Worst order EVER!

Service is that bad that they can't explain why they put an empty happy meal box in the bag instead of actually putting the food in there 🤦🏻‍♂️ absolutely shocking when it comes to delivery you never get everything they always miss things, add a number customers can ring when this happens as staff need to be made aware of mistakes

asked for big mac and quaternary pounder but got two quatarter pounder meals

You mixed my drink up I payed an extra 90 pence for that and the food was also cold , I ordered Big Mac without onions and there was onions in it !

My order was never delivered they said they put it in a safe place but wouldn't tell me where the safe place was so i lost £16 as i payed a pound tip no one answered my message on your app it is so i would like a full refund including the pound tip

My order was stolen by the driver

Yet again I ordered from Mc Donald’s and the order did not contain any Fries that I ordered. Either the staff packing the Takeaway bags are not reading the order or something is happening with the delivery. Please double check orders before they go out and make sure bags are sealed. Thank you.

Inedible food. All soaked in my drink. Which was spilled everywhere when he pulled it out his bag and all over my food. He just left afterwards.

Well we didn’t get any sauces that we ordered and paid for there were no straws for the drinks and food cold .. I know your busy but surely when you put the drinks in you’d remember straws

Everything was cold even the burgers had all fallen apart

Left out the sauces. I don’t expect much but I do expect something as simple as sauces that are on the order to be included IN the order.
