Me quedé absolutamente horrorizado por cómo el personal respondió a mi hija cuando le preguntó si era posible hacer una excepción para usar el baño del personal. El inodoro del café estaba en desuso y está embarazada de 8 meses, la chica a la que le preguntó respondió diciendo “no si trabajas aquí 8 horas al día, entonces sí!”. En toda mi vida nunca había oído hablar de una respuesta tan grosera y fuera de lugar. Y para rematar todo el Gerente no dijo nada en ese momento, pero aparentemente estaba parado al lado de aquí, como descubrí cuando llamé para hablar con él, ¡sólo dijo que tenemos un registro! No hay disculpas de nadie, nunca volveremos a frecuentar este café, su pérdida como de costumbre vamos como una familia numerosa. Espero que su negocio sufra como consecuencia.

The food was amazing and the staff were so kind , lovely atmosphere and I will definitely be returning. The cocktails were also lovely.

Came yesterday had a Lovely carvery, followed by a lovely desert and coffee. Reasonable prices. Friendly smiley staff good place to visit!

For a Toby, this place was lovely as the quality across the chain is very hit and miss. We went for wraps instead of a carvery and I was generally very impressed with the service and food quality. Only thing that lets the review down is that the place wasn't staffed as well as it could be. A big restaurant that was mostly empty, yet it took a good hour or so for the food to arrive. Would happily return though, as I said, the chain is very hit miss in multiple locations so much as they are renowned for it. EV chargers are in the car park to the rear side of the premises. Questionable IHG hotel is very close. Also, can someone pick up the mouldy banana from outside the kitchen door grass area? Made me laugh seeing that as it looked like a masssive poo.

Prices at bar toooo much but the service was brilliant efficient and friendly. Staff worked really hard

I celebrated my 70th birthday here with a large family group of mixed ages. I wasn't sure what to expect but needn't have worried, as it proved to be a wonderful afternoon. The furniture had been placed to make two very long tables together, creating a nice sociable atmosphere. I have to say we were very impressed by the service of all bar staff and waitresses, especially as it was a busy afternoon with many other guests. They were all so helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The quality of food and service was also superb. We had an open bar for the afternoon, a three course lunch, which had been pre-selected from the extensive menu along with teas and coffees and we didn't even flinch at the final bill. Many guests said they would definitely be returning as will we, so thank you Oulton Hall for a memorable afternoon.

May is very friendly and always smiling,a credit to the business.Fish is always fresh and spot on

Son came here to order some plain soft fried noodles as it states on the menu they are on the extras to be told ylhe couldn't have the noodles on their own he had to have beef or chicken and they also covered it in sauce was also cold and hard won't be calling again

Ordered food delivery at 4.45 came at 5.45 incorrect and cold. Rang requested replacement. Waited an hour to be told had been delivered but to an address which wasn’t mine. Won’t give a refund and after ringing numerous times told me nothing they could do and now hang up if if ring them. Terrible service . Is it my fault they sent out incorrect order then deliver replacement to wrong address. Apparently so.

Very watery and bland it was a waste of £30, its a real shame because it used to be decent. I dont usually write reviews but was very disappointed.

Cuando llegamos a la cafetería en Morrisons Rothwell la cafetería era muy tranquilo un montón de mesas para sentarse cuando pedimos nuestra comida nos dimos cuenta de este papel en el mostrador de labranza diciendo no puré sin pescado ni frijoles no chaqueta patata no hay comida.

Asked for a black coffee and got one with milk in it. Now sat on bus with hot drink I can’t drink. Displeased and wasted £ :-(
