Simply Grilled in Leeds

The food was amazing and the staff were so kind , lovely atmosphere and I will definitely be returning. The cocktails were also lovely.

What a disappointment. We went for a special treat. Food was nice, and we both enjoyed our dishes but sadly they have a long way to go in terms of customer relations. We were told we 'needed to move' halfway through our meals as they needed the table for 7 people. Once moved, we were offered complimentary desserts by a different member of staff, only to find that we were charged for one of them on the bill. I queried this and was told by the owner 'no you were only entitled to chocolate and you asked for baclava' but I was told by the lady at the time a list of complimentary desserts which we could choose from and baclava was on the list. He continued to argue and told me that they needed to 'make a profit' which I thought was a bit rich considering they own the takeaway across the road and another in a neighbouring town. The dessert was £6.99. We just got out coats and left. Won't be going back if this is how they treat their customers. I'd highly recommend Zoya in woodlesford if you would like a nice meal and would like to be treated with a bit of decency.

A fantastic selection of mediterranean and middle eastern food which was cooked to perfection. The service was great and had a real personal touch. There was an amazing buzz in this new restaurant, so it comes highly recommended.

We've eaten here twice since the new restaurant opened. The familiar menu has been given a makeover with some amazing signature dishes added. Customer service is excellent, and we love the new venue and the choice of background music. The coffee is outstanding. We'll be back to ssmple the breakfast menu soon. We're so lucky to habe a quality venue like this less than a 5 minute walk from home.

Had dinner on the opening night of the new premises last Thursday. Fantastic food and service great atmosphere. A great place to eat and drink in Woodlesford.

Absolutely ace! Really friendly staff. Couldn't fault the service and quality of food. Excellent atmosphere. This was our first visit and we both agree that it will not be the last! Thank you for a smashing meal. Will be back soon.

Their online ordering system is fine but delivery takes hours. Literally. Ordered at 19.22 received delivery at 21.15, despite website saying 90 mins. And it's cold. So have to reheat in the oven. Such a shame as in restaurant it's so good.

The website states “olives with feta, sundried tomatoes and bread”. I received a tub of olives. I phoned up and they said they never put sundries tomatoes in but there should have been feta and bread. They offered to send some but we’d already eaten (and didn’t want the food to go cold). This isn’t the first time they’ve got an order wrong and I just don’t think they care (it’s very easy to see that a transparent plastic tub of olives has not feta in). Plus the person that filled it knows. The rest of the food was good but as I say, this isn’t the first time things like this have happened and I actually think they really don’t care. Won’t be going back.
