Ordered food delivery at 4.45 came at 5.45 incorrect and cold. Rang requested replacement. Waited an hour to be told had been delivered but to an address which wasn’t mine. Won’t give a refund and after ringing numerous times told me nothing they could do and now hang up if if ring them. Terrible service . Is it my fault they sent out incorrect order then deliver replacement to wrong address. Apparently so.

Doner was dry. As I ordered just after opening, I assume this was left over from the day before. Ignored my request to alter the order slightly. Double the price of other kebab shops

Karvanis special pizza x2 one gluten free and you cannot tell the difference Superb.First time we ordered had to ring up and ask which was which and they told us the one which was already sliced was the normal one

We have ordered a few times and they're not the cheapest but you don't mind paying a bit more for quality. However they always seem to miss something off our orders or it takes well over and hour for delivery. Just received an order again with a missing item and they quickly sent a drive out with missing item, driver said nothing, handed over the item and walked off. Manners cost nothing

After being really disappointed 9 months ago I decided to give this another go as I used to love this place in the village. It was another order that didn’t turn up. Ordered at 5.10 and it offered delivery at 6. On calling at 6.20 I was told it takes 40-50 minutes for delivery. I explained it had already been an hour and 10 to which they said I hadn’t asked for an order time despite having confirmation of the delivery time from the restaurant in writing. They then admitted they don’t get the times you’ve ordered for! Don’t order for delivery. Collect or don’t bother! Great food - terrible delivery service.

I online ordered a Divalo pizza and collected, I pre paid , went inside said hello and didn’t get a smile, hello or thankyou. The pizza was too wet, too salty and awful, I returned the order after a couple of bites and the when asked to see a manager the very young staff said they don’t speak good English, I got my money back and was treated like inappropriately the staff on the counter are too young and I would advise you to make your own at home rather than pay £10 for absolute garbage.

A quattro formaggi is just a margarita. Both pizzas turned up burnt black with no cheese on. Contacted woodlesford direct to not receive a response. Will never use again, waste of money. Terrible company and management

Working away from home allows me to indulge in my favourite food - Pizza. Karvani's has not disappointed on the regular occasions I've used it. The lovely girl behind the counter at the Crossgates branch is attentive and friendly. The food is fresh and of a good quality.

Called in for pizza. Man, I've had some bad pizzas in my time but this took the prize. Absolutely disgusting, made me feel sick. Soggy and uncooked dough. Puke

We order a takeaway pizza from Karvanis Crossgates on a fairly regular basis. Tonight’s pizzas were especially excellent. Calzone Kiev and Quattro Fromagi with extra garlic our regular order was one of the best ever! Plenty of filling in the Calzone and the pizza base on both was nice and thin.

The food was well made and enjoyable. The staff were very helpful. Would recommend to friends or family.

Totally shocking! The BBQ chicken pizza was drowning, rather than drizzled, in sauce. The gyros gave much to be desired, the chips were shoved in the top and it had hardly any salad. The food arrived late, and cold. Had to reheat my halloumi fried. Will NOT be ordering from here again.

Used this place a few times. Was always average. Got a takeaway Sunday evening for 21.00 came at 20.35. Meat was cold and salty and unchewable. Through £17.00 of swill in the bin. Won’t be using again and Will not be recommending 🤬

Used the Crossgates branch and won’t be using again. We ordered gyros and pizza. Gyros was overpriced and so salty, pizza looked good but all the cheese and toppings slipped off when you picked it up. Smallest portion of chips ever and charged £2.60 for them. We collected so can’t comment on delivery

Having ordered this evening on line a Fiorentia a pizza special garlic bread and a burger and was told it would be delivered within 1 hour 20 min. We received a call after an hour and was told that the pizza was no longer available even though it still showing on online. We ordered a substitute and was told it would be 30 minutes a further hour later we received our order cold and wrong. We got a supreme garlic bread instead of the special garlic bread,it was cold and hard. Im all for supporting local businesses and have been a loyal customer for years but we will definitely not be ordering anything else again, I'm not sure what the issues are but they have definitely got worse over the last couple of orders.

Karvani’s Pizza’s are top quality. I’ve used the Crossgates store a few times now and the quality is second to none. The staff are friendly & nothing is too much trouble. I can’t recommend them enough, go try them now!

Ive given this a 4 although that is obviously compared again other takeaways and I wouldn't mark Karvanis a 4 against other restaurants. That said, as a takeaway it was really nice - we created a meat feast with a bbq base and I couldn't fault it!!

I went for the special offer of buy any 16" pizza and get another free. I went to order 2 half and half stuffed crust pizzas and was charged full price for both. I argued that the offer said ANY but the staff were having non of it. I changed to 2 single flavour stuffed crust and was still charged full price for both. Ended up getting a refund and going to pizza hut instead. A shame they wasted my time

Have pizza from Karvanis on a regular basis, and been customers since they first opened years ago. Never can fault them still as delicious as they were on day one.
