I visited O'Neills with my best friend while on a mini-break to Leeds, and we ended up coming back every day (sometimes for lunch and then again for evening drinks) every day while we were here because we enjoyed it so much and felt so comfortable and welcome. They have great music playing and a lively atmosphere, and Paul at the bar was so helpful and kind, reassuring me about my crustacean allergy with the foods I wanted to order. We will definately be back here again next time we are in Leeds! As a note, we are also both autistic, and found this place to be very sensory friendly and, once again, very welcoming. We like to note this as places that are so pleasant are few and far between but O'Neills has exceeded expectations every time. ❤️

Turned up on Valentine’s Day and it had shut down, no warning when we booked very disappointing. Must’ve shut down recently, wish the website would’ve said, my mrs is very disappointing

The atmosphere was ok, the service not good, the food average. I believe the service left a lot to be desired. Female server was great, delightful smiley and quick. The gentlemen who served us, rude & dismissive, one laughing at myself when I mis-phrased something much to my partners dismay. The pizzas were ok, definetly not special, nachos were great, chips average. Overall the place was good but nothing to write home about. If the service improved it would be much more of a delightful place to sit, enjoy the canal.

Llamé un sábado por la noche sin reservar para tomar un té. Ordenó a los nachos que compartieran los que eran menos que mediocres. Entonces pedí pescado con papas fritas, nada de pescado fresco y masa aquí! Algo parecido a un pez hallazgo congelado. Terminó dejando la mitad. Vino blanco caliente. Nada de cerveza de barril, sólo botellas de Corona. Definitivamente no volveré. Ni siquiera para bebidas ya que no son inspiradoras y en vasos baratos. Cuidado con el cargo por servicio si no te impresiona.

I discovered this wonderful place after deciding to explore part of Leeds I hadn't visited before. I say wonderful because the warmth of the welcome from Team member Ed made it so, as did delightful Mary Jane. I sat peacefully at the bar enjoying a lovely latte and delicious piece of lemon drizzle cake,taking in the surroundings. It was 11am and the day was my own to explore. I only live in York, but felt I'd had a brilliant break. Your staff are the best! I'll be back next time I'm in Leeds. ☺️

Its actually the End Bar instead of Mook, but the best bar in Leeds. If you like dance music from the early 90's, then this is the place for you, brilliant music every weekend.

Booked an afternoon tea for two via Groupon, We had a great afternoon tea, it was delicious, fresh and a very good portion and the staff's were very friendly x

Nice straight forward place with good gin selection and good beers. Mr Beard bar man was the highlight - class guy.

Amo este lugar. La selección de bebidas es una locura si no puedes encontrar algo que te guste, entonces dejaría de beber, no es para ti. La comida es barata, barata, pero la calidad es excelente. Una de las mejores estacas de 10 onzas que jamás haya tenido la lasaña es irreal. Recomiendo ambas cosas. Además, sin olvidar el personal, son realmente amables, el bar una vez (La señora del bar) era un verdadero gruñón. y sin olvidar el happy hour, es genial para las bebidas baratas un viernes antes de llegar a Leeds. Uno de los mejores lugares que he encontrado en Leeds hasta ahora.

Nice coffee, nice staff, but please, when putting a piping hot product into a glass it tends to burn one’s fingers Try using cups instead. It’s all very well trying to be hip, but not at expense of the skin on my hand.

Been going here a long time, food is always fresh and the homemade chilli is absolutely delicious. Really friendly service too! Cannot recommend enough and can't wait for my next kebab!
