I ordered a meal which was supposed to come in two boxes — one with chicken and salad, and another with sweet chilli chips. I only received one box with mostly salad and barely any chicken, and the chips were completely missing. When I called the first time, I was basically ignored. I rang again and was accused of lying about the missing chips. First, they claimed I received them, then said chips don’t come with the order — and finally admitted the mistake and apologised. By the time they offered a redelivery, it was too late and not helpful. Honestly, the food was disappointing, and the customer service was even worse. I won’t be ordering again.

I've been ordering from here for a few months now and the food is delicious 😋 never had a problem until tonight. Food arrived 15 mins late, absolutely freezing and couldn't eat it. Upon speaking to the restaurant the receptionist was rude and kept muting my call. Due to this I will never order from here again and will be telling My friends and family to avoid you too. Absolutely disgusted with tonight's service 😒 and still hungry. What a waste of £50 Dogs happy and full though

Order was accepted for delivery then heard nothing for 3 hours, wouldn’t respond when phoned and no help from uber eats. Then said order was delivered when nothing arrived. Absolutely disgusting don’t order from here unless you want your money stolen !!!

Manager doesnt know how to talk to customers and has a very bad attitude which he meeds to chsmge. I ordered 60 pounds of food and he never gave a tub of sauce when i asked for one he started arguing with me for no reason. The manager made me pay 4 pound for 2 tubs and said i will give 2 more for free but didnt. Yoh burgers need to change there management so then the other managers can respect there customers.

went there as had black friday 20% off but told no that doesn’t apply to box meals…even though they are main menu items. guy was really friendly very helpful and made my food very fast…. so when i opened the box to find good fries, overcooked fried chicken and soggy nachos i can only assume they have the boxes ready quick fry a burger and send me on my way. sorry but for £33 i think the food should be piping hot at least at collection. i’m from out of town but definitely not going back. the smash burger and wings were really nice though

The worst food I've ever had, food was cold the service was very poor. Students were running the show in the kitchen. I'll never ever go again.

Appalling service they advertise that their open till 10pm but turn all their equipment off at 9pm very rude staff 😡

First time staying over in Leeds and where I’m from we don’t have any good munch box options or many good takeaway options in general. I cannot describe how insane the food is, quoted on Tik tok as one of the best munch boxes in the UK and they weren’t wrong, best chips I’ve ever had from a takeaway full of flavour and sauces were beautiful. The batter on the tenders and wings were also just incredible. Wish I lived here because i would be here every week itching for more. £34.95 on Uber for the Munch box but don’t deep the price just get it ordered!! Works out at £15 between 2 people. 1000% worth it

We've been at their place to order and collect the food. They said is going to take around 20 min, and after all we waited one hour for 3 burgers and 2 fries. The food is nice but the service is awful

Burgers are stunning and plenty of choice, perfectly cooked and made. Service is great, friendly and quick. Only gripe is the fries need more cheese sauce. Worth every penny though and one of the best in Leeds.

Never not enkoyed the food from here and the delivery driver, robby or devon or whatever his name was really good.

Another Google recommendation so, I thought I'd check it out. The actual place is concealed and even with directions you could easily pass by without noticing it being there. You are best off ordering from home. YOU CAN NOT DINE IN at the Leeds branch, you must order online and takeaway. I ordered the Mac & Cheese Beef Burger, cheesy house fries and ice cream with bounty topping which came to just over £20. Although expensive, I have to say the burger was very good (one of the best burgers I have had). The brioche bun and meat were soooo good. The meat was juicy, thick and full of flavour. The Mac and cheese made it that much better 😀 The fries were also really good and an impressive portion. Fortunately the cheese topping came separately so you could add it to the fries. I say fortunately because, the cheese topping was not very nice and I ended up not using any on my fries ... Disappointing 😞 The ice cream was spot on and the bounty topping was so much better than I expected, it seemed to be an actual bounty chocolate bar broken up and mixed into the ice cream 👌🏾 Overall, a decent meal, the burger was definitely the highlight. It is pretty expensive which could be off putting but, it could be nice as a one off treat every now and then

Probably the best burger I have ever eaten. The burgers are so tasty and juicy. Forget the turkey bacon which is not nice, but the rest of the burger was out of this world. Portion sizes were bang on too. It is quite expensive for the wagu burgers but there was an offer on which made it affordable. I would 100% order from here again. We live miles away from the seller but the food arrived quickly and still piping hot. Very good indeed.

Please read.. the Mac an cheese was alot better before you changed it to that nasty plastic version. I was really disappointed in the Mac an cheese in Friday just gone. First of all my girlfriend can't have cheese so they did the cheese items seperate in the munch box in their own individual containers but I didn't get alot of Mac and cheese, i got a little bit in a tub which I was gutted about. The Leeds one did not disappoint with quality. We got a munch box again because it's better value for money and everything was banging. I got four patties in my burger and was juicy full of flavour. The batter for the chicken at this branch was alot better than Huddersfield, this batter was actually edible, not to salty and was nice, thin and crisp. Nachos good. Mac an cheese was absolutely delicious but like I said before I needed more, there was just abit. We got the peri lemon sauce over our munch box and it was really nice but abit over powering for me personally, that's just my preference. Everything was good apart from the Mac an cheese portion size. I didn't get any pictures as I was starving but it was really good. We also got a milkshake tub full of decent sweets free of charge !!!. Thankyou for a nice meal and good service. I would have put five stars for the food but the portion for Mac and cheese was a let down. Going to the Wakefield branch next and then Rotherham branch, see what them ones are like !

I had food poisoning from this place yesterday at sunday 19:37 pm. The reason I had food poisoning it’s definitely because the food was outdated. The service was good the food was horrible. Hope this place takes accountability for that.

Put an order in for delivery because they had an offer of a free tub of sweets if you spent over £25. Our order of over £40 arrived with no sweets. When I phoned to enquire where they were and if there would be a new delivery (as I would have expected the missing part of the order to be sent out separately) I was only told they were sorry it was missing. It’s incredibly unethical to offer deals to get people to order and not follow through on them. You’ve lost a customer with your false advertising. To add a few weeks later - despite opting out of their text messages they still continue to harass me with messages.

Food was absolutely delicious. My and my friend decided to share a munch box which was more than enough for 2. Chicken was cooked in a crispy and flavorsome batter. Beefburgers were juicy and well seasoned. Little tip, order through the website and collect on site.

I visited this takeaway first time though I have ordered before for delivery, it's my to go takeaway now. The manager called Sharath took my order and he really helped me and offered me some really good suggestions. I was suggested to try there very popular munch box. I must say the quality of there food is really amazing. Next time when I visit or order for delivery again I will ask for sharath as he is the guy who gave me the best option and I really enjoyed my meal. Thank you YOH Burger

The burger was luke warm chips cold but they were tasty. My issue is after an hour of no sign of delivery ringing to keep being told 10 mins away when infact it was then another 50 minutes after delivery time! For the price mark that is insane and all you are met with is we are busy! well stop taking orders or add an extra wait time on. Wont order again based on that

Food quality was 10/10. Fries portion is huge. Burger was just right. Will be going back. Friendly staff. Found it to be a little pricey. At least a drink should come with the meal.

I expected much better for the price. I ordered a pizza which was extortion! It was tiny. I ordered a beef topping, it was mainly topped with cheap tomato purée - there was no beef at all. It tasted awful & cost the earth. There’s a minimum £25 fee & it cost nearly £6 for delivery. Never again. It’s a rip off & tastes terrible.
