Nazma Tandoori Cuisine in Leeds

It's not called Nazma anymore, it's called Hot Chilli. The food was excellent, service brilliant. Will defo go back and would recommend this place to anyone who likes good Indian food. Really good food and very reasonably priced.

Food ordered and accepted through JustEat. I put on the proviso "no fresh coriander" in anything. Took money, then order rejected. Must all be pre-prepared and not freshly made.

Taste is not constant. Same dish taste differs each time

Worst food ever!!!! Do not buy from here, rotti was rock solid could barley eat it. The food was dirty and was microwaved (tasteless) I spent £20 and got like £5 worth of food, I wouldn’t even accept the food for free. It definitely needs improving.

Order taken to wrong house - 4 miles away - then was lied to about where it was. They said on its way and would be a few minutes. Unluckily for them the person who had my order phoned me to say what was happening. Needless to say was bloody cold when it got here! Waiting for it re-delivering. Nearly 2 hours since I ordered.

First time of ordering . When food arrived much earlier than estimated was pleased to see fresh salad on biryani. Got the special Absolutely gorgeous Hot tasty and excellent service.

Been a Nazma customer for years but ordered 2 curries last night took nearly 2 hours to be delivered,arrived cold and swimming in oil sorry to say it all got binned and you have lost 2 loyal customers

Ordered food at 20.15 good did not arrive until 22.30 2.5 hours for 2 curry's not good. When the food came it was cold and the bottom of the bag had a puddle off Grease in and so did the food. There was no taste to my bhuna it tasted like tomato puree no spice whatsoever. Oh and also heard the door go when drive came went out 20 seconds later the food was on the floor the driver was gone. Would not recommend this place. Put me right off takeaways

Been going to this restaurant since I was little and always loved it! Unfortunately the delivery service is shocking! Always missing stuff from my order and it never gets refunded or brought back.. I will no longer be ordering from them again!

First time using takeaway. Splendid meal for four. Really lovely fresh food. No mistakes 'lovely service. I would really recommend NAZMA.

Ordered a take away and had to wait 1 hour 45 minutes for my delivery and when it did get to me it was cold and the chicken was all fat Totally disgusted When I tried to ring to complain they told me to wait as the other phone was ringing and left me waiting 20 minutes when they eventually answered the phone to me they hung the phone up when I tried to complain Totally unacceptable

Had takeaway from here for years but never been in to eat. Went last night for a birthday treat and the quality was still amazing! Very clean and cosy... Staff didn't rush us to order or rush us to leave will be back soon. Thank you Nazma 😃

I have used this restaurant for 14 years recently the service and care of customer had changed. I ordered a meal at 19.15 and 21.30 it’s still not delivered!! Apparently it’s road works actually I can walk it it in less than 3 minutes!! Road works or not this is unacceptable!! Continuous excuses have been delivered by the person on the phones who did not listen to me but reeled excuse at me.on delivery at 21.47 the delivery man admitted he had only just been given the order!!! You need to get your act together Nazma !!!

Very nice staff. Gorgeous food every time I've been. Very cheap for the quality of food you get. Think it's great to sit in the restaurant. Bit chilly usually, till the food comes. Staff are very accommodating as to adding extra chilli or making it milder. I don't find the currys that hot.

Biryani was not worth the cost. Chicken was not cooked properly. It was just the normal fried rice not the biryani rice. Very disappointed. I won't recommend anyone.

The food is nice from here but the customer service is not very good. Takes ages to get food when ordering for takeaway. Regularly 20 minute wait after advertised time. Would not go back if it was not for the food quality being good. Best takeaway Indian food in the area by far.

Ordered from here and it wasn’t hot (ordered for collection and kept ringing to see if was ready and was there within a minute of being told it was ready. Food wasn’t hot, was warm at the most. Three of us ordered and shared the three curries. All suffered food poisoning within hours of each other after eating it. We hadn’t eaten anything else this day or anything the same in the days before so it wasn’t from anything else. Called nazma to speak to someone about this to be put on the phone to several different people and then told we were barred... for what? Trying to make a complaint. Was that they have no complaint procedure. Disgusted by the customer service already having suffered food poisoning.

Overall a decent curry house :) Collected one last week, and it was great - couldn't fault it. Had one delivered yesterday - fast delivery, but VERY salty - would not have known they both came from same place? A bit on the expensive side (especially for Balti's!), but then again I come from Brum - so know how cheap and good a proper Balti is ;) Will give Nazma benefit of the doubt for now. Be warned - parking outside the restaurant is VERY limlted!

Total tosh! What a complete waste of my hard earned cash! Was cold, tasteless with old (very old) poppadoms. Also the delivery driver is rude. 1 more customer lost may not sound much but I'm sure I will be followed by an army of unhappy fellow customers. Keep writing your own reviews because no one really likes eating tepid poooop. 💩

Went with my partner and a couple of his work friends. Food was beautiful and service was friendly and welcoming. Well priced, would seriously recommend to anyone looking to takeaway or eat in. The garlic and green chilli massala is amazing, I recommend trying it!

Called in tonight for meal and because my hard working partner who had just finished work had dried silicone on his trousers we were turned away like a pair of tramps I have lived in Beeston for all of my 53 years and have never felt so disgusted with the poeple who have opened business in my area to turn us away. How dare they. Is not as if the restaurant is top notch it’s just an average eating place with smelly toilets and at times quiet rude service. I will never step foot in the place again and will advise my many friends in the Beeston area to do the same. Absolutely disgusted!!!

Very friendly staff and the curry great and the cost very reasonable 8 people with drinks less than 10 a head. Highly recommend.

Ordered a chicken garlic balti and got some sort of brown meat curry which definitely wasn't chicken, could of been beef or lamb I don't know but, very disappointed. Chips and rice nice though.

Me and my husband eat here at least once a month , and have done for years! The staff are lovely every time and we have never had a bad meal! Would recommend to anyone who likes freshly prepared food at a decent price in a nice calm atmosphere!

I only ordered a nan,chapatis, poppadoms n mixed pickle tray about 4 weeks ago now as I had made my own curry thank god but when we COLLECTED them (as its only at top of my road) the nan was absolutely charred to death the burnt smell hit ya as I opened the bag and the chapatis wer also burnt on edges the poppadoms tasted like dirty fat that ain't been changed for ages n the pickle tray had dips missing then wen I rang them I got told "well u got wot u ordered didn't u lol wot a joke this place is absolutely disgusted

Myself and my boyfriend went at approx. 7.30, not too busy, got drinks and popadoms, ordered mains, 40 mins late still no food, asked the waiter to pack it as a take out as we were sick of waiting, he said he would tell the kitchen staff as they hadn't even started cooking it yet, forget it !! paid for drinks and left, will NOT be going back

Really good quality food, takes a while so be prepared for this. but honestly I couldn't give a monkeys I would rather wait for quality. beats all the other takeaways in beeston serving cheap horrible slop.

Food here is great if you can get it. Started with going for a few meals and the service got slower and slower so decided that seen as how when we where dining in and waiting 40 mins for our mains there where plenty of takeaways flying out we would next time try ordering As a takeaway. Well next big mistake we where quoted 50 mins well 1 hour and 20 mins later it still hadn't arrived when it did arrive 1hour and 40 mins it was lukewarm and missing items . So next time we said we would collect they said it would be ready in 30 mins. We went to collect 30 mins later and then had to sit and wait an extra 20 mins and they got the order wrong. Like I say the food is lovely but service is terrible they need more chefs and a bigger kitchen. I thought after the refurbishment it would have improved but No!!! Try miahs kitchen in town, may take 1hour but it's far superior and arrived hot and correct order.

Thought it was fantastic. We arrived at 6pm before the Leeds v Ipswich match travelling up from Suffolk. The food was hot, the beer was cold and the flavours and freshness of the curry, rice, Papadums and garlic nan was first class. Friendly staff. I had Garlic Chicken and Mushroom Balti and I have to say it was one of the best curries I have ever eaten. Really enjoyed it. Shame about the result for Ipswich! If back in the area again for football we will back! Thanks.

it was extraordinary! although it is a small restaurant the food is absolutely gorgeous.Its like saying small but big surprise. it may have had bad reveiws in the past but this place deserves to be 5 stars no question.
