Very good quality food, good temperature, delivered within 45 minutes even though we are 5 miles from the business. Will definitely order from here again.
We have been to the White Swan many times and enjoyed our visits. Unfortunately when we visited on 7th February and 22nd April this was not the case. On 7th February we waited over 40 minutes after ordering for our food to arrive. We were also asked to vacate our table an hour and a half after our booking time as the next guests for the table had arrived.
On 22nd April there was only one can of Guinness zero left and two of the staple dishes on the menu were not available. We arrived early and ordered our food before 6.30pm. After 40 minutes we enquired about our food and were told it could possibly be ready in another 10inutes. As we had a theatre booking for 8pm and after a further chat with the manager who couldn't confirm when our food would be ready we had no choice but to leave. The manager was very apologetic and did not charge for our drinks. On these two occasions the White Swan did not deliver its usual quality.
Nice rooms and good location. Zero for service - tried to get some dinner ordered as room service (having a migraine and not able to leave and walk to eat somewhere). Have been told that I have to wait at least an hour with a laugh by receptionist. I wanted bread and a cheese board, so no cooking there whatsoever.

The fried chicken I sadly couldn't eat. Anaemic looking, the batter was really soggy and the chicken had an odd taste. The burger again I didn't eat much of. The bun was old and crumbly, dowsed in mayo, just not very nice. Chips just a bag of sog. Overall I didn't eat much of it. Delivery driver was good though.

Solo puedo asumir que ha habido un cambio significativo en algún lugar donde se ha tomado el control para centrarse en las ganancias, sin salsas, menú reducido, sin extras y filetes en domingo, la reducción de costos hasta el punto en que sin duda reducirá tanto que ya nadie irá.
Las colas de un domingo por la mañana eran una gran señal, mesas vacías y ahora no hay opción. Vete a otro sitio.
Vi cucarachas tan pronto como desperté, jefe de cocina muy grosero, trabajó allí está infestado de cucarachas, cocina, escaleras abajo jefe de cocina grosero muy grosero que le costó £ 1500 esta noche tengo Turmers uncall 4

The staff were very helpful and checked for my dietary requirements, explained the ordering system well. Lexi was very friendly and so was the other staff member - female with glasses (didn’t learn her name) The food arrived quickly and was tasty.
