Bottomless brunch was great! Really good service, food and drinks! It was brilliant service from Charlotte today! 😊

Came in on a busy Saturday night for an 18th birthday. Our severer rob was amazing made lots of effort to make sure we all had a great time. 10/10 service thanks rob!

Just popped in for a quick swallie, brilliant bar staff, fetched my drink over to the table for me.Not that many in but it's only 3 o'clock ish,will visit again in the future.

Attended the sabrina carpenter themed brunch last night. We was there for 2 hours and they only played 2 Sabrina carpenter songs! We asked the staff why this was and they explained that the people on the normal brunches complain about having the same artist on constantly. If this was the case they should have stopped normal brunches just for one night as the people paying extra haven’t got what was advertised on social media etc. It is totally unacceptable to charge extra money for a themed brunch that ended up being the same as a normal one just with a few props! We had to ask a few times to be served as we waited for long periods of time without drinks and every Prosecco we had was warm and not fizzy. We did ask if we could pay for the standard brunch as we haven’t received any themed one and they came back and knocked £4 off the bill. We would not recommend this brunch at all as it is not what it seems. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. It really is a shame as I have been a few times for brunches and really enjoyed so I am disappointed about this service!

Easy to book table, food arrived in reasonable time and the staff were attentive. A very good experience

The food was spot on, we did the pink menu bottomless brunch. The service was OK, they could do with more table servers, as the place was very busy so wait times were longer than they should have been, also the music was a little too loud for it to be easy to talk to the party, although this wasn't helped by being so close to a speaker. The only real downside was when we went to pay the bill, as we were out in couples, all the bills should have been the same, but we had 1 couple pay £70+, a couple just short of £60 and the rest about £50, and when we brought it up they said that we'd have to solve it between ourselves.

Nice place for first and last drinks before the train home. The best deals on drinks are during weekdays . On weekends it turns into nightclub with music and sticky floor , all sorts of people on different levels of drunk . Very busy There is a massive selection of cocktails. The ones that come from the pre mixed bottles , not the real deal, you get what u pay for . Its similar to revoluion ,turtle bay etc Its more on the main road ,next to all the weird and wonderfull stuff that happens outside . Bouncers , beggars , drunks , it feels like its not very safe to get too drunk there...

booked a table for a bottomless brunch and the service was great, we were never waiting on our next drinks & the food was also lovely! would definitely recommend and it’s great value for money! the staff were also lovely aswell. overall a great experience xx

Fabulous place. Staff were so welcoming and had beautiful smiles and were very helpful. Once again, I'm only here for the beer, but will definitely be back. Huge place, great seating over 2 floors. So different from many other pubs Great menu, lots of daily promotions to enjoy.

I know it’s a franchise/chain but no issues in getting in whatsoever and always a good atmosphere in these bars, music was on point playing some absolute classics and no issues in regards to getting served quickly and even though we had to stand because it was busy in there it didn’t take away from the atmosphere and good time we had

I visited the venue in leeds today and the service was well below standards. I took my 11 year old daughter for breakfast and was told they couldnt serve the mock tails that I wanted because it had a 0% alcohol shot in it. So I said can u not just leave the shot out because the only reason iv brought my daughter here is to show her the mocktails with the cherry on top. I was told very rudely that no they cant but I could have another mocktail from the menu and they'd leave the shot off that. why couldn't i just have the one I wanted ? I strongly believe that this person just simply didn't want to make the one I wanted and her attitude was rude and not friendly. She had a permanent frown on her face and was playing on her mobile phone disinterested in customers. So I went with the cocktail she decided she wanted to make and when I tasted it it was extremely sour. Iv had these cocktails before and it didn't look like or taste like it usual does. I felt like this person had just instantly taken a dislike to me and was being difficult on purpose. When my food arrived I got eggs benedict and the egg was completely undercooked it was flat on the bread and the white was none existent it was so undercooked. I didn't want to complain as already felt uncomfortable by the waitresses treatment but It looked horrible and I didn't want to eat snotty egg so I09 asked for a refund because I just wanted to get out, i also asked for a refund for the sour cocktail because it was too sour. Then one of the bar staff said to me im banned for complaining even though I should just be able to complain if food isn't up to standard. Iv been here for breakfast so many times and it shouldve been the same standard it always is. When I spoke to the person at the bar I said I was going to make a complaint about the under par service and way i had been treated and she smirked and said go ahead cos its me who deals with complaints. I have never been treated with so little respect anywhere before. The 2 women that were working both had miserable faces and were playing on their mobile phones whilst working and it was extremely unprofessional. Now I understand why every time i went in there it was really quiet. I won't be back ever again now but I had to write a review because of how terrible the service I received today was and because those 2 sour faced staff are destroying a lovely place I really enjoyed frequenting.

Went for a couple of hours for my partners birthday. Was a Monday night, so not real busy but, nice food and drinks and the bar staff were lovely.

We booked a late brunch and it was packed when we arrived. After getting brought prosecco we weren't happy with our table as there was a lot of passing traffic and we felt a little uncomfortable. Mari moved us to a more suitable table, took our food and drinks order and couldn't have been more attentive. The music was great, the food was lovely although because we had a late booking we would have preferred more nibbly bits than an actual meal. Mari never stopped! The bar staff never stopped, everyone was so polite and although run off their feet they were in good spirits and had time to chat. Lots of praise to Mari, she runs an awesome ship!

We came for brunch and had Tom as our server who was really attentive and quick with the drinks.

Great location, nice layout and decorations. Online booking system is fantastic for Christmas do meals. Staff were attentive and professional. Dropped a star for the food quality but when it’s £14 per head cheaper than alternatives you come to expect it.

Group of 10 went for breakfast, the service was good, lady behind the bar was very cheerful. Coffee's took a long time to come out (apparently they ran out of cups). Also a lot of items were forgotten. Breakfast was decent enough.

Called in this afternoon (Monday) on our way back to the train station. Very nice bar deco well thoughtout good relaxing atmosphere. Good drinks selection food menu looks okay. Didn't have time for food today. Staff friendly and polite. Large City centre bar good location.

The worst bottomless brunch ever! We waited half an hour for drinks the staff were rude and ruined the night and tone for our friends birthday we had 4 drinks in end after constantly complaining and none of the drinks were the right drinks that we ordered! I’m so angry that we didn’t just leave in the first place it honestly ruined our night and the bday girl was really upset I wish I’d never booked this place it was one of the the worst experiences and waste of money I’ve ever done it was such a negative experience the staff were over worked and stressed and they started blaming us for their short comings they forgot to ask for our order and blamed us for their mistakes

We were very understanding that it was busy but our bottomless brunch was mediocre - at one point we had to ask to order our next room of drinks because it felt like there was nobody even around, the one staff member we did have at our side of the room was worked off her feet. We ended up having to ask them about our food about 1 hour after arriving because nobody even asked us about it, and I pre ordered our brunch meals through email which I was directed to do, but when I got there, apparently they can’t do that.

Food wasn’t amazing - but the service was!!! Tom was great and made sure we got our moneys worth even though the food left much to be desired. Would definitely recommend for a botty b ;)

My friends and I attended a cowboy themed bottomless brunch and had the best time, our server was a really lovely girl called summer, we didn't have to ask once for our drinks to be replaced, she really made sure we very well looked after, and the food was absolutely stunning. Called ahead as I have coeliac disease and I was coming for bottomless brunch for a hen do. Was assured there was a dedicated gluten free fryer and multiple options I could choose from. Got there and had to ask 3 members of staff to find out which items are coeliac safe as they're not marked on the menu. Finally found out I could only have the burger and the gluten free fryer had been broken for MONTHS. Really disappointing. They said they could give me nachos as a side instead but they literally just gave me tortilla chips/crisps, not cheese or salsa or anything? If there's no extra, they're not nachos lol. Super disappointed meal, so dry

Wasn’t worth the money. This is my 4th bottomless brunch and I got about 4 drinks in the 2 hours of been there the chicken strips was like the crumbs from the bottom of the bag. We got given our bill nearly 10 minutes early and when I asked to order a drink they never got us another

Just eaten at this Slug and Lettuce, the service was lovely, the food however left a lot to be desired, my fish and chips was half decent, though the peas were barely room temperature at best. My partners chicken burger was just shocking, miniscule amount of salad, the chicken was rock hard and a very small amount of chilli jam not even enough to coat the underside of the bun, completely unexceptable, not to mention the price, nearly £40 for the 2 meals with half a pint each which is ridiculous for the quality of the food. Honestly wouldn't recommend eating here.

Bottomless brunch was had by 7 of us. I didn’t want it to be honest cos I dont drink cocktails but Rob,the young man tending our needs adapted it and served us some amazing drinks. The food was fab but the service Rob gave us was second to none. A very friendly,polite young man who’s gonna go far in life. Will definitely return and will definitely be having brunch again. We did a bottomless brunch at 6pm yesterday. The food was fantastic and so were the cocktails. However what made it so amazing was our server Darcee. She really went above and beyond and kept the drinks coming. She is absolutely fantastic, she’s kind and funny which is everything you want for a bottomless brunch server. Wish we could have tipped but they only take cash tips. Thank you Darcee! Xxx
